I've been a patient for a number of years. But his nursing staff never answers the phone or calls back. His poor secretary ends up running around trying to fix the problems the nurses are suppose to address. And if you get a morning appointment dont bother because he shows up three hours late constantly.

I have been going to Dr. Hashemee for many years. He takes his time to explain everything and has very nice manners. The only complaint I have is that many times I've waited in the waiting room for long periods of time. Even so, I would not want to change doctors.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. First experience, the doctor was an hour late and nurse said it happens all the time. I’m still struggling to get the office to code visits correctly. They use paper filing system and ask to fax information. If this was 20 years ago and this was the only place you had available, sure. I would drive an hour to see another office than drive 10 minutes to this office. If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. Worst Dr ever! Came in at 11:30! Late for all his patients. Instead of rescheduling he decides to be 3.5hrs behind all day. Which meant my mom was left in a wheelchair in pain for 3 hrs. She said this is common practice for him. His license should be taken away. He gave her script for pain meds than refused to fill it until she came back in! Why? So he could bill Medicare again? Make her sit there in pain for 3 hrs again,? She just had back surgery! He's a quack! He took over for the Brashears who did the same thing. Takes his time and listens to all your concerns!

Takes his time, explains and answers questions in term you can understand.

Someone appointment was 11 am I've been waiting for them an hour and 20 minutes and still waiting for them and the patient has always had a long wait here.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hashemee for a number of years. He is very attentive to all his patients and concerned for their overall well-being. Many doctors will only discuss the specific reason for coming in that day but Dr. Hashemee is interested in everything that is wrong with you and will listen patiently to what you have to say and do what he can to make you feel better or send you to another doctor if needed. He does not rush you through your visit and takes time with each and every patient. He is very knowledgeable and I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor. I went as a walk-in patient for a broken finger. Although the staff is extremely friendly, Dr. Hashemee seemed to be only interested in my past mental history. After telling him I was alergic to Bactrum, to my surprise he prescibed Bactrum! Not only that, he gave me Motrin 800 for severe pain! Then he had the nerve to ask me if my finger always looked crooked, asking me if I had arthritis! Are you kidding me? My finger was broken! That evening I went to Raleigh Orthopedics, and my doctor there laughed at my experince with Dr. Hashemee. It turns out that my finger was dislocated and they fixed it right up, and gave me Vicodin for the pain. I was in and out within one hour. I went as a walk-in patient for a broken finger. Our 92 yr old father has been a patient of Dr. Hashemee for several years. Dr. H is extremely conscientious about the level of care he provides for his patients as well as the support/care his patients, particularly the elderly, have available from family & friends networks. Dr. H takes the time to carefully examine, review and report on the patient's condition; sometimes this may cause another patient to wait longer than normal to be seen, however he will spend the same quality time with that next one. The staff is extraordinarily delightful and efficient, always making the patients and their family members feel welcome & cared for. It's a shame more health care providers aren't this attentive.
