I trust Dr. Carneiro (& his staff) with my life. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, & kind. I had 2 hand surgeries performed by him back in 2004, in separate procedures. At that time we were both Medical professionals with Cleveland Clinic. As soon as my surgery site healed, I was good as new. I recently suffered a nasty fracture to my radius bone. I will require surgery, thanks to the break, but, once again, I have no doubts as to Dr.Carneiro's skills & care. Color me grateful ???? I trust Dr. Carneiro (& his staff) with my life. The office staff from the receptionist to the nurse are outstanding and truly passionate about their jobs. My appointment was a great experience and it ran smoothly. The initial appointment was without a problem very helpful and productive. I feel I can depend on Dr. Carneiro to improve my health issue with my hand.

I’ve had many visits with Dr. Carneiro over the years. When other surgeons could not help me, Dr. Carneiro provided a plan to regain the use of my arm and hand after a car crash left me with compound fractures of the humerus, radius and ulner that would not heal. There were several surgerys. He put me at ease, has a wonderful manor and I can’t imagine what my life would’ve been like if I had not found him. Other doctors I’ve been intimidated by my injury and I am grateful for Dr. Carneiro.

I saw Dr. Carneiro for carple tunnel. We haven't set date for surgery yet, but I love this doctor! He made me feel very comfortable, wasn't in a hurry, and was genuinely nice. I would highly recommend him.

I had heard great things about Dr. Carencro from 2 of my friends and they were right. He is extremely knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed and fully explained the problem I was having with my left hand. Doc is very easy to work with and he knows his stuff. Clearly can see he has been doing this many years. Very friendly and efficient office. I have trigger thumbs in both hands and ended up having one trigger release surgery so far and it was seamless process. My thumb is healing well! Having other one done in 2 weeks.

Very friendly and Professional. Highly recommend.

The only downside is the telephone communication which is through a call center. I always prefer to get in touch with my doctor's office directly. In this case you have to wait a long time on the phone and keave a message to the call center. Very bad!in case of any priblem you are on your iwn#

The best hand surgeon around. He has taken care of me for years and I recommend him to everyone. His PA, Anna Guemes, is awesome as well. They have always been very patient and caring.

Dr Carneiro and his staff were very professional and courteous. I enjoyed talking to Dr Carneiro because he listened and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend him.

I was nervous when I arrived for my appointment. The staff and the Doctor himself instantly calmed me down. Everyone was helpful, understanding and comforting. I agreed to surgery and received plenty of information. I highly recommend Dr. Carneiro and his wonderful staff

Dr Carneiro treated me for trigger finger . Having successfully had treatment for a different finger some years ago, he rejected the injection with his usual skill and it has worked . A very pleasant professional - highly recommended

Productive visit

The doctor appears to be kind and knowledgeable about my hand pain. Injections didn't help and surgery was recommended. A couple small incisions would be made for the surgery the doctor said at my visit. I woke up in post op and the doctor was present. He only said that my tendons were right. I was home in severe pain. The Rx he gave me for pain didn't exist and the doctor office said that I should contact another doctor for pain meds. When I took off the surgery area wrap, I couldn't believe what I saw. I wish that I could attach a photo of the op area. Large flap wounds were cut into my wrist. I couldn't believe that a surgeon could cut open a person like was done to me. It was very swollen and the pain was severe. It can't be put into words what the op site looks like. I had no post op pain relief because the doctor he told me to contact for pain meds wasn't available. I have had 6 spinal surgeries and I know pain. What Carneiro did to me is unexcusable. I do not recommend this surgeon.

Initial visit was ok. Then comes surgery and after the surgery the doctor wrote a Rx for pain medicine that doesn't exist. When I called the office I was told to go to another doctor for pain medicine. I am in some serious pain. I am a guitarist and praying that the doctor can perform surgery better than he can write a prescription.

Dr carneiro was very professional and concise about this left thumb benign cyst and scheduled me for outpatient surgery to remove it in a weeks time

The staff is nice and professional. Usually I have to wait hours at a Dr’s office but at Dr. Carneiro’s it was quick. Dr. Carneiro explained everything I needed to know and that gives me a peace in mind.

This is my second set of visits to Dr. Carneiro. In 2018 I had surgery on my hand. Dr. did an amazing job operating on my surgery. I was back playing golf in two and a half weeks. This procedure was a shot to release tendons and it was a great procedure. Dr. C does an amazing job.

Dr. C and his nurse are delightful people. Dr. C knew my problem and explained how he would fix it. However post op I was shocked at the size and degree of the incision. That should’ve been explain to me in advance. 12 weeks post op I still do not have the strength back in my hand. Dr. C told me I did not need OT or PT. I have the same issue in the other hand, I will not have surgery.

Doctor Carneiro and Doctor Anna just did surgery in my hand to remove a tumor from one of my fingers. I felt very comfortable and they were truly exceptional. Their office also was nice and caring. God bless their hands and they can keep helping more people

Dr. Carneiro recently treated my Mother for a thumb injury that had been giving her issues for 2+ years. She had seen other Doctors who were unable to treat the issue, and 1 who even made it worse. Dr. Carneiro performed surgery about 3 weeks ago on the thumb, and my Mother's thumb is already doing better than at any point during the previous 2 years. Dr. Carneiro spent the time explaining options and made my Mom feel like she was being treated with care and respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Carneiro! I broke my left wrist in two places several years ago. Dr. Carneiro performed the surgery and follow up until I was released from his care. My wrist has never given me a problem and feels great. During my recovery, Dr. Carneiro listened and addressed all of my concerns. I now have carpel tunnel and will ask him to treat this. I trust him completely.
