Hands down, the BEST pediatrician in Stafford/Fredericksburg!!!! Completely comfortable with her and her team for my babies!!!

One of the best things to ever happen to our 3 children was to have Dr. Allegretti as their pediatrician. Only wish she was still their primary care provider!!

The best pediatrician around. She is very thorough and never rushes appointments. She has a very pleasant demeanor and bedside manner. We are lucky Stafford has such a great doctor.

Best pediatric office in Stafford. We love Dr Allegretti and the whole team. They always make time for their patients and always squeeze us in same day if one of the kids gets sick. Can highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Kids First-Dr. Allegretti and Robin are professional and approachable. They address any concerns and questions with knowledge and sincerity. My children are comfortable with both of them, which is really important because the doctor can be scary for little ones! Dr. Allegretti is an exceptional doctor. She takes the time to get to know your children and cares. She is knowledgeable and I trust her. My two kiddos have seen her since birth and they’re now 10 and 11. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.

Dr. Allegretti and Robin have gone above and beyond with our kids. I have a 1 year old and a newborn, so we have had a lot of questions and a lot of appointments - each and every time they have been efficient with our time, careful to explain things in detail and the most unbelievable is personally call you with test results or answers to questions well past office hours. They respond to concerns through email throughout the day. They're flexible with scheduling and honestly after our first terrible experience with another pediatrician in the area- PP - I was just happy to find someone who would take us in (we had the newborn coming), but it has been the greatest blessing for our family to find them and I would wait on a wait list for them in a heartbeat if I had to. Dr. Allegretti is an amazing pediatrician! We wouldn't take our girls anywhere else. She is very thorough, and takes time to explain everything. She always make me and my 2 daughters feel comfortable. We are blessed to have her as our pediatrician!

Dr. Allegretti is incredible! I have 3 children, my oldest have been seeing her since 2005 and my youngest since birth. We moved with her when she opened her own practice. She is thorough, making sure patients, parents, and caregivers leave the appointment informed. She takes the time to ask questions, explain, explore alternatives, and incorporate parent/patient concerns into the plan. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She doesn't hesitate to reach out to her peers and seek advice and referrals. She is available outside of her office hours when needed. She even follows up when your child has been to urgent care. She has an amazing staff that cares just as much as she does and it reflects in every visit and phone call. Her NP Robin is also amazing and really goes out of her way. Dr. Allegretti is incredible! Dr Allegretti has been our family pediatrician for 18 years. She's great with both little kids and young adults. She genuinely cares and makes you feel like you're her only patient by providing a thorough exam and giving you all the time you need to ask questions and discuss any concerns. I have encountered countless clinicians as a patient and worked with many as coworkers. I can say with the utmost confidence that Mr Allegretti is the best! She takes her time to hear parents concerns, to get on the kids level and make them feel heard and part of their care, and truly wants the best for their well being. Because she doesn't overcrowd her practice she has the time to give each appointment, and can get sick visits in. She is responsive to calls and emails, keeps up with the most up to date medical information, and just has an overall fantastic bed side manner. 6/5 stars ???? Really rude receptionist!! Please be aware before try to make a appointment!!

Dr Allegretti has been both of our kids doctors since they were little (now 17 and 14). Great Doctor and very accomodating and understanding. I can't understand these 1 star reviews.

The BEST doctor and team. 14 yrs since we started seeing Dr Allegretti and we are really fortunate to have such an amazing, caring and intelligent doctor for my girls. We drive 40+ miles and there is a reason why. She always takes the time to go over every detail and not once have we felt rushed. She is so thorough with the files and takes special care in following up too. We feel absolutely secure knowing our girls are under the best care. Dr Alegretti is very compassionate. She takes her time with every visit and we never feel rushed. She had a wait list when we first arrived here but it was well worth the wait.

We love Dr Allegretti. She is patient, caring, and doesn't rush you. She really takes the time to get to know her patients. The office always calls you back, and I always feel comfortable with her recommendations.
