I also see the PA for visits. Multiple times I was told I had white blood cells in my urine, but was never treated for a UTI. I asked what that meant, (because my referral there was for complex cysts) and was told it was probably just skin cells. I had pain and nausea on a continuous basis, but was told she couldn't determine what could be causing that, but she didn't believe it was kidney related. Despite the high white blood count in my urine, I had lithotripsy for kidney stones, which was when a kidney stent was placed. The pain and nausea got worse until I was admitted into the hospital. I only saw her, not Dr. Green. They prescribed Ketoralac for pain (no stronger than Ibuprofen). When I went to the ER for the severe pain, fever and nausea, Dr. Green 1st refused the request for stronger pain medication (I went to the ER where he was at). I had to call his office and beg and plead for them to call him and tell him I couldn't deal. I found out he told the nurses I had been going to other ERs to get pain meds. I made them call those hospitals and verify I had never even been there in my life. He said he thought I was a different patient. When he never bothers to spend time with any of his patients, it's easy to mix them up, I guess (however, I found out the patient he confused me with was male - not even the same gender). PA still claimed she did not know what could be the cause of my issues, especially since the pain and nausea were present prior to the stent. I was treated for a severe infection called Pylothoria by an infectious disease doctor and a week in the hospital on IV antibiotics, plus another month out of the hospital on oral antibiotics. Once I was discharged, and saw my PCP, I asked what that was, and how it got there. Apparently, Pylothoria is a severe infection that happens when a UTI goes untreated for too long. Add that I had a stent placed while I already had a bad UTI, and I got really sick really fast (within 3 days of procedure I had a raging fever and couldn't barely move). I was referred to Dr. Green a year ago for complex cysts that are suspected Bosniak 2F or possibly Bosniak 4 (could be cancerous, definitely cancerous). We never discuss my cysts, other than Dr. Green will have to look at them. But, I never see him. So, it just stays in the back of my mind of possible issues with no closure. The doctor and all his staff are very professional, thorough and kind. Glad I found them.

My experience was not good. He came into the treatment room totally unprepared. Had not even looked at my chart sent to him from my other urologist. He asked me my birthday twice in one minute because he has horrible listening skills. Wanted to get in and out. Not personal at all. I would not recommend him to anyone,
