Dr. Russell Dale Moneypenny

Dr. Moneypenny was very thorough during my most recent visit to UPC. He took the time to diagnose my ailment, made recommendations, and made the necessary arrangement for lab analysis to get down to the root cause. Then he followed up with his report via MyChart.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE READ. Too busy to see me in years. Always had to see an “assistant / aid”. Finally get an appointment. Prescribed 4 medications in which none had positive outcome of any sort. None. He nor assistants communicated w/ recommended referral & then on vacation so forced to wait 5 more days to get corrected. Several weeks later, Call back to communicate no medications have worked in any way of any sort, ask to reevaluate simply to find any relief at all. Mr. Moneypenney responds w/ “ I can’t help you”. This has been the most lack of respect, care, & overall “give a crap” situation I have ever been a part of for medical treatment.

Dr. Moneypenny is very thorough and professional. He takes his time to answer any questions you have and recommends follow-up treatments if needed. I highly recommend him.

I felt he rushed thru the time I had with him and then he just walked out the door. I did not get to say thanks for seeing me or anything. I never see hand washing/cleaning with the doctors at UPC.

We love Dr Moneypenny, he confirmed a diagnosis made by LiveMD via telephone while we were in vacation. I don’t know that he emails, but answers messages in MyChart quickly…

He is always professional & caring. He listens to my concerns & explains things in a way I can easily understand. He is thorough & quick to set up tests & quick with results. Highly recommend!

Dr. Moneypenny is a very friendly and knowledgeable physician that listens to the patient, and is very through in his exams. He always makes you feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis and treatment recommendations. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.

Always a pleasant experience to visit Dr. Monyepenny. His attitude and sense of humor takes the edge off what might otherwise be an unpleasant experience as doctor's visits sometimes are.

Overall my experience with Doctor Moneypenny has been very good. There has been a couple of incidences with getting medical procedures scheduled in a timely manner.

They are almost always on time for appts. Dr. Moneypenny spends the time required to listen and understand your issues. Staff is always professional.

I think he is a really good doctor. He took time to talk and explain his thought process and recommended treatment.

Moneypenny has been a great Dr, always listens well and does not try to push something I don't want.

Dr. Moneypenny is the best!! He has been my Dr for years he always has time to listen and work out what is best for me. I can’t believe he would be rude or condescending. He gets on me when I don’t take care of myself he will be my Dr. for as long as I need one. The staff is wonderful and always very polite and professional.

He listens and is very up to date with the medical world. He doesn't put a bandaid on your issue. He helps find the best long term solution.

Terrible. Pushes his political agenda on you rather than listening to what you’re actually there for. I even stated multiple times that we should agree to disagree and talk about the reason I was there. He persisted with wrong information. He was combative and condescending. Dr. Moneypenny has been my doctor for 15+ years. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Moneypenny is a great doctor and I love the staff and general treatment by the office. He listens to me and answers all questions. Honest and caring. I did not feel rushed. I'm sure I will continue to see him for a long time. My sister and several friends recommended him. They like him too, obviously.

He was a complete JERK!!! Never have I ever been treated the way he treated me. I have never left any kind of review but this time I need to. His mannerism was poor he didnt listen and he was NOT professional. He spent most of his time telling me his negative opinions about the passing of the 788??. As im telling him my situation which I have lower back pain and leg pain he sits there and tells me “ yea and everybody in Oklahoma has back pain” REALLY!!!!! I will not go back to him!!
