Very mindful of your whole body health not just mental. Takes all aspects of general health into consideration before coming to a conclusion.

We would not get anywhere with my appointments, just go over history and she's would write me a script for an antidepressant. Don't cancel an appointment (even if it's a week before the appointment because you had a death in the family and the funeral is being scheduled for the day of your appointment ) because she will tell you she is losing money that way. She also may hint/bring up politics or political agendas and may offend what you believe.
