I was a patient of this practice for over a decade. During that time, Dr. Chaudhary firmly established that I have no support system. He also firmly established that my confidence, self-esteem, positive self-image as well as many other aspects of my identity were tied to my career as a Physical Therapist. He then pushed me toward filing for disability, stating that the plan would be that I get disability, focus on my health and then I'd return to work as a Physical Therapist. The law firm he recommended failed miserably in their handling of my case. Neither Dr. Chaudhary nor the lawyer suggested or recommended additional objective testing. My claim was denied and nearly five years later I'm still not back to work as a Physical Therapist. My health continues to decline. Because my health insurance is now Medicaid, I've received very poor and unorganized medical care. Five years in to all this I still have a diagnosis of "generalized weakness" with no sign of treatment to be seen. I cannot deny that I have improved psychologically but my quality of life is abyssmal. I've been involved in disability cases before on the side of the clinician and I've never seen a doctor take so little interest in the outcome of a case. From my experience, the physician who starts the disability process usually maintains a degree of control and communication with the rest of the medical team involved in the patient's care. That has not been the case for me. Psychologically I was in poor shape when I started with Dr. Chaudhary. I'm still not great but I am better. Physically I can barely function. Instead of focusing on the lack of medical care, his PA was more focused on my living conditions. Granted, my work and living conditions are poor and undeniably add to my poor health. That said, taking charge and showing more concern regarding my medical care would have made more sense as that stood the best option to get me back to work as a Physical Therapist. I don't deny that I need to be on disability. I wholeheartedly do not agree with how my case was handed by this physician. The sole source of positive energy in my life was taken from me and I was told to focus on what I can build out of my life. Pathetic. I was a patient of this practice for over a decade. I love Dr. & associated at S'eClaire. He is a phenomenal doctor and person. I attribute him to saving my life while suffering with depression. Thank God for people like him in this world!!!

Dr is very caring.

would have at one time. original practice lied several times about where he was and that he was not coming back. He never told his patients he was leaving. I was a patient for 8+ years and was left high and dry. now in need of finding someone who takes my insurance where I can get my meds.
