I moved to Dr. Mazhar when my previous doctor left the DFW area. They always take care of my issues. When I forget that I need my refills until the weekend, those refill prescriptions still make it to the pharmacy. I genuinely feel like the staff is concerned about my well-being. I can't see myself going anywhere else. My entire family uses this practice.

Absolutely wonderful. Very caring and knowledgeable during my visit. Took all the time I wanted, didn't rush me. I would recommend her and all of her staff to everyone!

I love Dr Mazhar and her staff. They always explain whatever they are doing and where my treatment is headed, Dr Mazhar is a joy to deal with

They are charging for PPE and covering it up as an Infection Control Supplies fee. The sad part is they aren’t even being up front about it. If they had told me at the time of the appointment I could have made the decision to go to the appointment or not. instead they sent me the bill with the fee a month later. I think it is pathetic for them to be charging for this, especially with the demographic they treat. Even if that wasn’t the case, we are in the middle of a pandemic. Many people have lost their livelihood and thus their insurance. I know they aren’t hurting for money because sometimes you have to wait several days to be seen because they are booked. They honestly should be ashamed of this behavior. I have no plan to return. I will not support a business that takes advantage of their patients.

Absolutely horrible experience!! She is a horrible doctor and doesn't care a single thing about her patients!! She up and leaves her patients that need medication refills and doesn't leave authorization for established patients to get their refills when she decides to up and leave the country at a moments notice and the patient, my mother, is left for an entire week without her medication and in severe pain!! Absolutely horrible professional experience!! Shame on on her for her lack of do no harm!! How dare she even be allowed to be licensed!! Horrible doctor and needs her license revoked!!

This practice discriminates against patients that have insurance through the health insurance marketplace. I was denied care because I did not want to show her front desk staff my private banking information. Her staff was able to verify that I have active insurance coverage. However, I was asked to prove that I paid my monthly premium despite of the fact that my policy was verified as being an active policy. The office manager said that only patients that have the type of insurance plan that I have are required to provide proof of insurance premium payment in order to be seen. That is discrimination against a certain class of patients. Dr. Mazhar should disenroll as a participating provider with my insurance plan if she has a problem with the insurance plan. Her practice of discriminating based upon patients' insurance plans should not be allowed.

they could not provide service so they charge me for a missed appointment just to get $25. Shocked that office called and needs the $25 so bad

I really like Dr. Mazhar. She is friendly and all her staff is also. She is very professional and takes good care of her patients.

They treated me so bad I went in I was on a walker couldn't hardly walk the doctor want a patient to call the office first before they go to a hospital my insurance said I didn't have to call the doc. office first in my case to me it was emergency I was short of breath I had gone the the hospital the day before I received two shots I was in so much pain. Do Mazhar call pain management in when I got there that itself was a dis-encouragement . They told me it was not emergency so they made me wait 5-6 hrs. I never been so hurt in my life I heard my doctor and the doctor at pain management talking about me and laughing saying I was not taking my meds right that's why I was there no that's not why I was there I was there because I was very sick. I have never in my life heard two doc. talking about a patient doc. Edward she was sing about the meds that I was taking. I don't know what they put in the water they gave me because the clinic said the hospital gave me the wrong shot.

I've been going to Doctor Maser's office for about 3 years. It's a very nice facility, very clean and has in house blood work. I see Sherry Bridges, NP., shes great! Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, easy to talk to.

Excellent in efficiency and care. Several in-house tests including a blood lab. They also have several studies going at any time. The new expanded parking is super.

STAY AWAY! the front office is a mess. They won't let me have access to my medical records, after they've seen my reviews about the staff and the MISTAKE THAT THEY DID - and now I have to pay $25? I have records I will call the board on them and BBB. They staff is vindictive and I will tell everyone about the service. They will charge you copay that you should not be charged!  and clearly on EOBs it says that I do not owe their office a thing. It took weeks to reverse that. They are incompetent!

my mother has been seeing her for about 2 years. she seems to be a good doctor, but the office staff is terrible .... giving conflicting information regarding policies and repeatedly over a period of time claiming they never receive pharmacy faxes. it always end up with numerous frustrating phone calls to get her prescriptions filled.

I have been to the office about 3 times for over a year and a half, and I have found the entire staff to be very professional and helpful, excellent knowledge and treatment for various health conditions. The attentiveness and focus on my well being and treatment were top notch. Additionally, the staff was knowledgeable and capable in handling insurance issues during the time I changed my health insurance providers and all went off without a hitch, their is a lab on site - EXCELLENT!

I thought that I had found a decent doctor after searching for months under Molina Healthcare. I visited her office in April. Went back today after waiting for a wellness physical for a month. Not knowing I had a balance, nor had I received a statement, I was turned away from care because she said, I needed to pay the 87.49 balance I wasn't aware of, before she could see me.She wouldn't take my check, I didn't have 87.00 cash on me, so I was turned away. I just mailed her 87.00. Searching again.

I've never actually met the doctor, but the nurse practitioners are fantastic. That is the only reason I continue wasting my time with the rude staff. The reason I would not recommend this facility is because the front desk staff is RIDICULOUSLY rude. Seriously, something needs to be done with how they interact with patients, there is no courtesy or compassion. They ALWAYS seem put off or inconvenienced. They are awful every time I call. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I have been to different doctors in Mesquite and finally found a doctor who is sharp and on the ball with everything. Dr. Salma Mazhar is unique, caring, qualified and has an attentive ear to all your health problems, pain, etc. She is courteous, friendly and her office is always clean. Her staff are all friendly and conscientious.
