Dr. Salvatore J Infantino

Dr Infantino and his staff are awesome. I definitely recommend them! The plus side is that Dr. Infantino does many different procedures and does not send you to anyone else. I had pain and they had me come in immediately and Dr. Infantino took care of the issue.

After decades of poor experience with dentists, I have to say that Dr. Infantino and his office staff are a true breath of fresh air. Everyone's been very friendly and professional. He listens to my thoughts and addresses my needs appropriately. Both he and his staff follow up with me after a procedure to see how I'm doing. When I needed an emergency surgery due to a badly abscessed tooth and they didn't have time in his schedule, he had his staff call around other local dentists to find someone who could address my immediate need. My only regret with seeing Dr. Infantino is not having had him as my dentist much sooner.

I haven't seen Dr. Infantino in about 8 years (lived in different states due to hubby being in the military) I had an issue with a tooth recently that needed a root canal, and the staff got me in really quickly to have it taken care of. Dr. Infantino made sure I felt no pain what so ever! Best dentist and staff in the area!!

PAINLESS.... Work Impeccable

Absolutely the best dentist in town! He accommodates emergencies and busy schedules. He pulled a molar that was infected and there was ZERO pain!

As nervous as I was, I came out all smiles... very courteous staff... much respectable doctor, if you need a dentist this would be the one to go to... That's my opinion, Peace out and I'm back quiet!!!

Dr. Infantino is honestly the best dentist I have ever had. He goes out of his way to make his patients comfortable. He and his staff are always so accommodating and there for you when you need them.

Horrible preventive care and lack of technology use

I have recently reviewed Dr Infantino on another site and have received a backlash. I didn’t have enough space to fully express the timeline of events around everything and the way the whole experience has affected me. I had scheduled an appointment that was for a cracked tooth. Was told I needed to set up a cleaning and xrays to have any procedure done. Then Received an extraction- following which while in the office, I was bleeding- almost passed out and felt hurried out the door. On my way home- which is over an hour away- I called- concerned that the gauze had become blood soaked- my mouth was full of blood- I was informed by the girl on the phone that they were leaving. They weren’t open the next day and called on their next open day. I was in agony shortly after the extraction for which lasted two weeks. I had dry socket- treated the dry socket on my own with the doctor’s approval over the phone. Followed up with getting stitches removed and then the doc had looked at teeth that were “trouble”. He named the teeth by number to his staff member. He told me the teeth were in the back corner of my mouth. When I fulfilled my “mandatory” cleaning appointment, I waited forever- once in the exam room the staff member broke a tool in my mouth and told me I had to return two weeks later to let her finish. She said she had someone scheduled right behind me and didn’t have time to get me done. I had set an appointment to “finish”. I called my insurance and documented the situation directly afterward- they informed me that they would record the info and they hadn’t been billed yet. When I went back, I asked if I should be in pain from the extraction even after the stitches and the healing were done and I was told it was normal. At this point, the staff member said the doc was to do something to my two front teeth. I questioned it, at this point, they must have realized they had a typo in their records- (apparently #18 and #19 teeth are aren’t the same as #8 and #9 teeth). When I attempted to remind him of what he told me in the previous visit about which teeth he wanted to address he replied, “we can do whatever you want.” He then proceeded to inject me with something to numb my mouth- 40 minutes in the exam chair, he came back and drilled at a tooth and repeatedly told his assistant he needed to change the drill out because it was “just about cooked”- after the filling of the tooth- I was told I had to schedule yet another visit to work on the #18 tooth- I asked, what tooth did he just work on if that wasn’t it- They told me I owed for the cleaning and the filling to which I reminded his wife they never finished the cleaning previously and had broken a tool and told me I had to come back due to their tight schedule- she then told me I’ll only owe 18 dollars cash for that day- I didn’t have cash on me so she told me I’ll be billed- I called my insurance immediately and found out they had billed for the cleaning previous to completing it, then I called a dentist local to my area and scheduled a consultation and immediately went there to set it up. Later that evening, I received a slurred voicemail from sal Infantino asking why I decided to leave. Apparently he felt a certain way because two weeks later my 18 dollar bill was turned into a 180 dollar bill- I learned that they attempted to double Bill my insurance and falsified info to try and push it through. My insurance rep informed me of the grievance process. I did call and leave a voicemail at the Infantino’s office telling him I was filing a grievance and he can stick the 180 dollar bill where the sun don’t shine. To date , he has since responded by sending a reformed bill showing a note “professional courtesy” that expressed the original total of 18 dollars. - I have not yet inquired as to what my insurance has paid him in total and the grievance process is still ongoing. I have recently reviewed Dr Infantino on another site and have received a backlash. First time I have every gotten a cavity filled that didn't hurt! I love how friendly the staff is and appreciate the fact that they are really accommodating. I think I finally found a dentist that I won’t be THAT scared to visit!

I scheduled an appointment online specifically to have my lower permanent retainer fixed and to have a cleaning. I travel frequently for work, so today was the only time I could have this done until another week and a half and I'm very impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the team. They went above and beyond to make sure they solved this problem. They were able to fit me in at the end of the day and help with my problems. Extremely happy with the way this was done. Thank you! Well what i say about Sal and his amazing team. Ive been going to Sal for over 17 years and never really had great teeth. Over time they got worse because i went thru some hard times with not having insurance or money at the time. Its been over 10 years since ive had a full set of teeth and i can finally feel the finsih line getting closer because of him and the amazing work he does. I know alot of people out their are like me and afraid of the dentist. Going to his office doesn't feel like going to dentist because its like a family their and he wants the best for you and your teeth. He will make you laugh even if your feeling down for having a bad daybor anything else even if you don't want to laugh that day lol. The staff's their is amazing and will help you in away they can no matter what. So if anyone out their has a similar story like me out their. You owe it to yourself to give a call you will not be disappointed at all. He is update to date with all the new dental technology out their and will find something for your need. on June 20th i cracked my tooth eating skittles real bad. Half of my tooth was missing and it already had a root canal. I contacted Sal immediately after hours and he told me He would fit me in no matter what. He was so busy and still had time to call me and get me right in immediately the following morning before pain kicked in. This wasn’t the first emergency or work I had done here and let me just say it’s rare to find a person that has amazing bedside manor, is kind and cares about not only your oral hygiene but YOU !! He told me to get the crown last year and I procrastinated but now I will listen! looking forward to getting everything I need and want done including cosmetic teeth whitening in office! Just had two teeth extracted by dr. sal .. I was always iffy about going to the dentist but dr. Sal is one awesome guy ! He’s very sociable and his personality is great ! His entire staff is very friendly . He made my extractions feel like a breeze ! He definitely earned my business ! Most importantly , dr sal and his staff got me in immediately when I was in a lot of pain. If anyone is in need of a dentist who is sociable and makes you feel comfortable , dr sal is your man ! Had to get a root canal on a filling that was going bad and causing infection in my tooth. Dr. Infantino explained to me why I needed the root canal and I was contemplating just having it pulled because I heard a root canals hurt BAD. I decided to go with the root canal and I couldn’t be happier. I felt no pain during the procedure and my tooth is no longer in pain and sensitive to temperature. Excellent doctor! Very thorough and caring. I've been getting routine check ups and simple cleanings since long. I recently had two implants completed and couldn't be happier with the results. He goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable while your in the chair.

My first impression of this dental office was how clean and modernized it looked both inside and out. The location is very convenient for me, great communication by the front desk staff there. The doctor took care of me while I was on the chair for my routine cleaning. He was very friendly and I appreciate how he constantly checked up on me to make sure I had no issues or any discomfort. He did a thorough job on cleaning and even went back a couple times to touch up on some areas. Thank you for the pleasant experience. He has restored my faith in dentists. I had severe tooth pain that wasn't allowing me to eat or sleep which came on all of a sudden and it was over Thanksgiving weekend, I tried everything I could think of to relieve the pain with no success. My husband made an appointment with Dr. Infantino and when I went there, they gave me a reasonable quote on pricing after a brief check up, before starting any significant work on my tooth - which I really appreciate. He is very professional and really focuses on patient experience. He has restored my faith in dentists. This dentists have the worse customer service !! They don't know how talk I guess the don't need new patients!!!!!!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Infantino for at least 15 years, we travel 35 miles one way to receive his services. He is by far the best dentist in the area.

Hands down the best dentist in this area! Staff is extremely helpful and professional! My children also see Dr. Sal, thanks to him and the staff my kids never have fear of going to the dentist! Highy recommend this office!

I've been having issues for some time now due to the negligence of my prior dentist. After searching for a bit, I was recommended to see sal. All of his staff have been 100% professional and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Dr.Infantino pulled out my first tooth and I was terrified as it was my first problem EVER with something being wrong with my teeth. He was VERY understanding and walked me through it as it was happening, Assuring me everything would be okay. It was over within a minute and so professionally done. Dr. Infantino has been my dentist now for almost thirty years. Hands down the best dentist in the valley. He and his staff truly care about you as a person and not just a patient.
