Very lovely staff very caring and straight to the point. I love their staff and my daughter did too and it helps that she could take her mind off of waiting with the pictures on the wall.

My children have been patients there for 15 years.. I just absolutely love the staff and the dr is wonderful.. She takes her time with you and answers all questions you may have.. The staff is very friendly and you're usually in the same day.. Highly recommend :)

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Chughtai for almost 8 years. She is an amazing doctor, great with all of my children and listens to all your questions and concerns. Everyone of my kids is very comfortable with her, and her nurses are wonderful as well!

The doctor cares but they expect you to wait an hour past your appointment time just to get in to the waiting room. Rude. Inconsiderate.

My son has gone here since he's been born. My only issue is I dont understand how they say they open at 9:15 and i call close to 10am many times and they still say they are closed. so I am forced to take him to statcare today because I cant get through. other than that, I absolutely love this drs office. I'm sure it hasn't been easy taking in her moms patients as well when she retired but the whole office is handling it entirely well. any questions you ever have and they answer them or send you to someone that can. friendly staff and drs. never waiting long for appointments. I have been trying to call a while. Every time I call during open hours, I get a message that tells me they are closed.

They're fast, friendly, and love the kids and never make them more uncomfortable than they've got to be.

The doctor is great, my kids and I adore her. Unfortunately after several years of going to her we are In search of a new pediatrician because of Julie at the front desk. She has always been very rude to me and every other parent that comes In or calls on the phone. If you don't like people you shouldn't work at a doctor's office AT THE FRONT DESK !! It's a shame that I can't even stand taking my kids there anymore because of the mean witch they have at the front!

I have went through many pediatricians finding the perfect one for my boys. She is kind and considerate. She really listens to your concerns.

Have very very sick little boy. Called office FIVE times & never got call back. Had to take child to Children's Hospital. Julie (office staff), called next morning & makes "excuses." Told her it was not acceptable. Her reply: "Well, if you'd like to come in & sign a release, you can just go find another doctor." WOW !!!
