BEWARE!!! Dr. Samuel Hill. DO NOT GO SEE DR. HILL if you seek any kind of resolution for a health concern. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and leave you with no answers. We visited him while in FL. He spend NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES with us. He is an EAR, NOSE, & THROAT doctor. He DIDN'T even look at my husband's throat. He billed us for a 45-59 minute office visit because those are their bill codes regardless of how little time he actually spends with you ($353.56). He looked inside my husbands nose for 5 seconds ( $400.38) And then spent the end of the appt telling us how much he liked the Detroit Lion Football team. I insisted further evaluation was needed and that we at least needed to do a CT scan. He agreed, but we quickly realized he had no intention in finding the root cause for my husband's breathing issues as the front desk staff wanted to schedule the CT scan several weeks out as close to our date of departing FL as possible. The nasal spray he recommended was NOT approved by our insurance. We cancelled the CT scan and decided to see a better qualified doctor back home. We then received a bill for $753.86. His office staff said they reviewed the bill and we were billed accurately for the services provided. (The office manager didn't call me back because I was told by other staff that she's too busy). Dr. Hill did a procedure called “ClariFix” cryotherapy on 2/16 to alleviate my chronic rhinitis. I have been fighting this post nasal drip for decades with pills and sprays. I was hopeful at best. The outcome has been miraculous. Basically cured, no more nasal sprays. My wife thanks him too! 2/16/21

I went to Dr Hill because the previous ent doctor I had at a different location was terrible. Hill and his staff was completely the opposite! The staff were caring and polite. Hill took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I really appreciate his transparency and easy communication. Highly recommend

I have been a patient of Dr. Hill for 2 years with history of chronic sinus infections, bronchitis and pneumonia for decades. Following numerous ENT visits, tests, procedures and medications with limited/temporary results, I was referred to Dr. Hill. Today I am off all nasal sprays, oral meds and without a sinus infection in over a year. Dr. Hill listened to my health issues and health goals. He offered direction with each visit and in years of trying, I am finally achieving healthy outcomes. I find Dr. Hill to be a kind, compassionate, informed specialist. His staff is professional, kind and efficient. I understand my ent medical situation was very complicated and I had to do my part (weight loss, allergy injections, trialing various medications and tracking and reporting results). Dr. Hill has done a fantastic job at treating the issue my husband presented in office for. He spent time being thorough, knowledgeable, and giving proper treatment and advice. His staff was very welcoming and professional. I will continue to recommend Florida Gulf Coast ENT for future needs of family and friends !

Dr. Hill was very kind and helpful. Nurse Kennedy was insightful and made my appointment go super smooth.

I have been suffering from allergies for decades and finally decided to get tested. Turns out I am allergic to just about everything here in FL. Dr Hill took the time to test me thoroughly and not jump to conclusions or perform expensive procedures. He and his staff are friendly and courteous. After reading the reviews here, I can honestly say I haven’t experienced any of the challenges outlined above. I would highly recommend Dr Hill and his staff.

Dr Hill would’ve had a dead patient to account for: telling my husband that a prescription for a 10-day run would fix his pneumonia. I wound up rushing him to the ER with what was determined as double pneumonia. His temp, if had been taken by Hill, would’ve shown a body core temp of 76, which is hypothermic. My husband is still in the hospital. This Dr is a joke!

My husband and go to Dr Hill . I must say he is one of the nicest people/doctors we have ever had . You go in his office he is smiling and greets you with a pleasant how are you. He dose not think he is better than you and he is just down to earth. If someone asks us about a ear nose and throat specialist we would recommend him hands down. ??????????

Please be aware if you have any condition that would require you having your surgery in a hospital you should find another dr. My daughter's surgery was scheduled in an out patient facility and the ansesthesiologist cancelled the surgery because he refused to put her to sleep in an outpatient setting due to a heart condition. I asked the office to reschedule the surgery in a hospital and I was told Dr. Hill does Not operate in any hospital. We had to find another ENT and start all over.....

Do NOT go to this doctor or their office.(Dr. Hill) They fraudently claimed services that were never done. Every time you go to their office, they are running 45 minutes late, unapologetically. They performed multiple tests on my child for tubes and then put him on a 6 month waiting list because our insurance wasn't a priority to them! Their office staff does NOT return calls, they make no attempt to answer your questions, but continue to add more and more unapproved charges & services to your a

My first visit was great. They were on time and Dr Hill explained everything, He took time with me and started with the least invasive and costly procedure. I have had sinus issues for years and he didn't make me free silly for waiting so long and I left feeling good that we'd figure this out one way or another.

Told to arrive for appointment 30 min early for paperwork, which took less than 10 min. Then I was in the waiting room for 50 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Was charged for scoping which I never approved, and then they overcharged me, despite having insurance. Don't even consider going here, I don't think they can be trusted.

Be careful, we scheduled an appointment for my husband, we arrived early as they told us to do. When we handed them our insurance card they immediately told us they do not take our insurance. We have FL Blue which most of FL does they just don't take our specific policy. They never once asked during scheduling about this so we drove an hour to be turned away. We also tried to pay for the appointment but that was also refused due to contractual agreements with Fl Blue.

My throat infection was treated with a professional manner and he took time to explain my condition to me and his staff were pleasant as well. Mahmood J.

This doctor, without warning, breached his contract with three physicians and their staff and abruptly closed their medical practice. My doctor received a call on a Thursday night telling her she was fired and the office would be closed effective immediately. I am left without a physician to go to when I am ill, from whom I receive prescription refills and who proactively looks after my health. I think Dr. Hill did a complete disservice to this practice and to me. I won't forget his name.

He charged me over $300. for only a visit. Find another Dr. otherwise you will get rip-off.

Dr. Hill is nice however his staff is vastly incompetent. Had a surgery but the staff forgot to schedule me for an X-ray and I had to go to a different loc the day of my surgery . When someone answers the office phone it's to ask you to hold, you're left there until you go back into the phone tree. When the phone isn't answered, you can leave a voicemail which no one will call you back for. Oh and post-op was supposed to be called for allergy shots, still waiting and my surgery was in February.

Sometimes we do have to wait longer than I'd like, but once we get in I always feel comfortable that Dr Hill knows what he's doing and cares about us (my son & I both go to Dr Hill) and we know he will do his best to see that we are taken care of.
