Found great doctor for aesthetics and skincare check ups… wrinkles and laser skin blemishes (brown spots, cherry dots, etc) if that is your thing PLUS annual check ups or odd skin issues. Regional Dermatology is in rural area, but I drive to visit office from STL because Dr. Jensen understands healthcare, skin, and how to preserve youth. She is very kind thoughtful and knows how to treat patients. Super efficient doctor and helpful staff… scheduling, payment and followed up. Right off the freeway, easy to get access. Highly recommend if you need a dermatolgist for check up or skin care or to do some clean up. So nice to have a great doctor in remote area.

From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is amazing. The waiting room is clean and calming. The receptionist is friendly and thorough. When I get back to the room, it also has calming music playing which allows me to focus on relaxing rather than the background sounds of a doctors office. Dr. Jensen is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to the office a few times and even the very first time Dr. Jensen made me feel like I was an old friend. My brother recommended I see Regional Dermatology after he went. I put it off and finally called the office. I never thought I needed a check, but Dr. Jensen was real helpfull. The staff is kind and easy to schedule. They took my insurance. I paid credit card. Great system. I have a another check in a few months. Health important. Thanks brother and Dr. Jensen. I would not recommend going to her,her staff are very rude to non staff..I made a appointment a yr ago when I had a different insurance policy,I 1st checked to see if she was in my network,then made appointment,had one 6 weeks,went to appointment,was called to go to my exam room,then waited over 45mins then a assistant came in took vitals and told me to wear a gown for upper part of body.he left a office personal came in said they did not take my ins.said it would be 160 dollars for Dr. to look at my spots on my arm and back,not saying any other charges..I'm on medicare,I checked and made appointment,but no one in her office called to say we don't take your ins.so I got dressed left called my ins.b4 I left parking lot.they in return filed against the DR. NOW I have a different insurance,called to make another appointment with new ins they called back to tell me she would rather not see me because I was upset with the last year mess up...I guess if ur on Medicare and Blue cross they pick and choose who to see....This is so wronge I guess if I do have skin cancer I will have to search till I find another dermatologist.... From walking in the door to walking out the door was a horrible experience. Never have I been treated like an inconvenience at a doctors office as my son and I were at this office. If they are going to require masks in the office for petes sake, let patients know before getting there and charging $3 per mask and if you don’t have one is absurd. The entire appointment felt rushed and was not given any answers. Dr. Jensen did hand me a brochure and said this is what’s going on. Ok….great, take my money and I get a brochure, no other explanation. And why ask what pharmacy you’d like to use if your going to send the prescription over 30 minutes away and say your prescription was sent here and you need to call them to complete the order and they will mail it to you. If I’m given a prescription I’d like to get it started sooner than later. If your looking for a personable office, do not go here. You will not get answers and will feel like your being rushed out the door the entire time. **Response - I have read the response from Dr. Jensen to my review and her responses to other negative reviews. Can she be any more unprofessional? Is she purposely trying to be sarcastic? Never in my life, with all of the experiences I have encountered with physicians and their staff, have I ever come across a "doctor", such as Sarah Jensen. I am certain she will respond to this update with another snarky, cutting comment with her failed attempt to be funny. Such a shame and a waste of all the years and hard work to become a physician, just to belittle herself to such childish behavior. First, the office cannot tell you enough times that you need to wear a mask. To the point that they have a mask monitor that comes out to the waiting room and will correct you if you are wearing it incorrectly. Nikki, the nurse is awesome! She was the one saving grace of this practice. Dr. Jensen not so much. I have never been made to feel as if I was inconveniencing a doctor as much as I did that day. She could not get out of the room fast enough. I mentioned an itchy, crawly scalp. Her response was, "I can look at it if you want me to". Why was I there if not to have my skin issues addressed? Why did I go through the lengthy explanations for my visit with the nurse, if the doctor doesn't take the time to read the notes before going in? Why did I have to point out to the doctor the glaring red rash on my face when all she was worried about was my red cheeks? Maybe my cheeks would not have been so red if their office wasn't 80 degrees and everyone was forced to wear a mask. This office needs a lesson in humanity, especially Dr. Jensen. She needs to stop and listen to her patients instead of watching the clock. Please don't get me started on their patient portal. It would be easier for me to infiltrate our government than to access this portal. Then when I received a notice that a clinical document was posted to my portal and after finally getting into it, there was absolutely no information entered!! NOTHING! I switched to Regional Derm after my last doc stopped taking in insurance. I am glad I did. I like the office, it has a homey, comfortable feel. I enjoy the staff’s demeanor. And Dr Jensen does more thorough skin checks and treats my ezcema with success. Finally! After years of itch! As for folks who complain about credit card on file here. I don’t know where I don’t have my credit card on file anymore. Netflix, my pharmacy, all bill pays. This office is no different. All in all. Dr. Jensen is a nice Doctor but does not give me confidence that she really took the time to inspect my body for abnormalities. Felt like she just took a few glances, walked around me and called it good. Also, waiting 40 minutes after arriving on time for a 7 minute talk with the doctor, kinda sucked. Was canceled on the first appointment I had for a family emergency. Rescheduled a few weeks later and was sitting in her office waiting to be seen when she canceled for another family emergency. I understand things happen, but twice within a few weeks with a short notice is a complete waste of my time and unprofessional. If you're in the middle of family issues, please don't continue to book appointments you can not keep. Other than her, her staff was friendly and apologetic. Dr Jensen is kind and considerate and makes me feel like she’s fully engaged in my well being.

I was impressed with her concern of my condition. She has a proactive plan for me. Which makes me very pleased since I have been dealing with this for 14 months.

Dr. Jensen is amazing. I have basically sent all my family members to her for various issues. She is so thorough and caring. She was able to diagnose my issue quickly and prescribe the correct medication. She is very liberal with samples which really helps given the cost of some of these medications. I am impressed with her knowledge and kindness. Will definitely return for any other skin needs and keep sending my family and friends her way.

Trying to get ahold of this office has been a nightmare. When I finally got someone on the phone, after leaving numerous messages with no call back, I got an appointment. The spot I went in for turned out to be Actinic Keratosis. I was prescribed some ointment that burnt the spot away. I tried to make an appointment for follow up but again dealt with not being able to get anyone on the phone. When I finally connected with someone from the office I was told that they were only doing virtual visits. I called my insurance to see if this was covered and was told Telehealth service was covered. I then went through the calling every day until I finally got ahold of someone in office and asked if they use Telehealth services. The person on the phone told me they use something like Teledoc but never told me the name of it. I was put on hold and then hung up on a few minutes later. At this point I decided it was time to find a new Dermatologist. I found a new one and they are 100%

Dr Sarah is so sincere and kind! She’s walked me through skin cancer and always treats me like I’m her only patient. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I have been seeing Dr. Jensen for about 8 years now for severe eczema and acne. She has been truly wonderful and has prescribed a couple different medications that changed my quality of life for the better. She will send prescriptions to certain pharmacies that will give you the best price for the medication and also finds prescription coupons to help offset out of pocket costs for medications. Her office staff is friendly and responsive as well. I will continue to see her for as long as she continues to practice!

first time patient, not very responsive to my concerns, felt like she was rushing to get on to the next patient, not a complete exam, staff was ok, told me to order my prescriptions from Prugen, wasn't impressed with their service at all. Most likely won't be back!

A very good person and doctor but really needs to slow down when she does her examination. My last two visits I was there less than 5 minutes. More attention to detail, especially when it comes to the skin.

Worst dr office ever. No communication with pharmacy’s and or patients. You can’t get ahold of anyone there, I’ve been trying for over a week. You can leave a message, but they won’t get back with you.

Dr. Jensen and her office all have excellent patient communication. They were attentive and compassionate to my needs. Dr. Jensen herself truly cares about her patients and explains her reasoning behind doing or not doing treatment. I would highly recommend her!

The staff were caring and kind. Really a great group. Dr. Jensen did beautiful for on my lips and mouth. It really looks lovely and I love wearing color on my lips.

I read all the reviews of this Dr before I decided to book my first appt. some reviews were not nice. I found Dr Jensen to be very informative on treatment in all aspects such as Insurance and how they work . Some Drs don't have a clue and she was very nice, not at all what I expected from what others wrote. So far I am very happy with my treatment ! Yes, I will recommend her in the future.

I visited this office after seeing many other doctors for my skin issues. I was so happy to have someone who knew what she was doing and someone who treated me as a person. I will be back and also have told many friends and family about this office. From the front desk check in, to nursing, to the doc--this place is top notch. I am so happy I found this office in my neighborhood. What a local gem!

Dr. Jensen is very down-to-earth and listens to your concerns/questions. She doesn't try to push "product" on you; however, her office is fully equipped for any of your needs. The staff was equally as friendly. The appointment time was kept to within 5 minutes of schedule (awesome!) And the office/exam room was spotless. I would highly recommend Dr. Jensen for any dermatology needs.

Started seeing Dr.Jensen when she was in ST. Louis and have continued with her now in Festus. She is very caring and patient and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Called to make appt which took 4 weeks to get in. Waited 4 weeks when staff canceled the appt the day before. Took another 4 weeks to get in. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before getting back to a room. Once in a room I saw an assistant. She gave me a paper shirt to put on and said the dr. would be in shortly. I waited another 45 minutes before Dr. came in. She was in the room 5 minutes. I did leave with recommendations and a Rx for my issues, just had to wait a really long time.

Cured my acne twice! I have had acne since 6th grade. Tried every product. Went to a dermatologist in middle school. Didn't really help. Eventually, I just started hoping that today was going to be a good day for my face. Went to see Sarah Jensen, cured my acne my senior year of high school with accutane. Made an appt. with Dr. Jensen after having biopsy done by Angela Bova (NP). Went to office, saw Angela. Told her I made appt. with the Dr. Was told weather was bad, Dr. didn't come into the office. I didn't sit down, in exam room about 30 sec., was charged $80.00. Protested, but didn't feel my credibility was considered. Was told I was informed that Dr. was not in (I was not). If they called me I wasn't home to receive the call. Is it possible the staff never makes mistakes?

Although this is not a current evaluation, I came across her online & want to tell of my past experience.My adult daugh. & I made appts. when she first opened in Crystal City.Glad to get a doc in Jeff.Co. Time to wait: not long.The visit I'll call it, Not a Checkup lasted nearly 90 sec. I have poor skin & Many issues to address.She was in, said a few things & yes to my issues, but left doing NOT a thing.Exact same for daugh.No recommendation from either of us.We pd., for nothing, never returned.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jensen. She saw my concern over a funky scar at the top of my left breast and took a biopsy. It turned our to be a squamous cell skin cancer which TERRIFIED me. Dr. Jensen and her staff were very caring and they all put me at ease as soon as I walked into the office for my MOHS procedure. She got all the cancer on the first try and set me up with a fantastic plastic surgeon so my scar is a very thin line. I would have NO problem sending my friends and family to her. Dr. Jensen did not solve my problem or try and help. She didn't listen to me when I told her what I thought the problem was and she just said maybe i was right but probably not and I was going to go bald and all I could do was start using Rogaine now or it will just get worse. I didn't want to do that so I did some research and tried a different shampoo and then switched conditioner and solved my own problem and all my hair is growing back. She acted like she was the expert and I should be quiet but clearly I knew what was going on with me better than she did. I prefer a doctor who wants to work with me not just tell me what is written down already on Web MD.
