He has been seeing my daughter since she was three, that was 10 years now. She loves him, always takes his time with her and us.

Dr Forman takes his time for me 3 hours doing all kinds of different testing. I had my second Brain Tumor radiated and I was having severe headaches and eye pain 1 and a half yrs..after radiation. I was losing my sight and my mind. I could not do anything driving bright lights noise all made the condition worse My neurosurgeon could not help so I went to Dr Forman and after 3 hrs. testing he found I had aseptic meningitis. I was put on intravenous steroids for 3 days. Thank You DR F
