Dr. Judd's bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. My spouse has mental health issues (which is in their records) and Dr. Judd asked him if he was crazy. Dr. Judd is an extremely qualified Dr. I've known him for years. He is a caring, concerned, attentive, understanding and loving Dr. He takes his job serious, and does what is best for the patient. The entire staff are kind and they are actually capable of reasoning and deduction. These people are not only kind and efficient,they literally saved my life at least twice. If you want an office of kind people that actually care about you emotionally and physically,and have an IQ over 90,this is a place of kind and educated people. I say this with no bias as i only judge people by their Caliber and am quick to point out the negative so others don't suffer to, even philosophically i couldn't find a single flaw. All the staff is very nice, they always get me in and out really quick. The doctor is great and very thorough. They call in my refills quickly . They were very accommodating to me when I wasn’t able to Come in due to a covid exposure but got sick with something unrelated . The office staff comes across rude, lazy and disorganized. If you go here, be ready to keep on top of them to get anything done.

The worst office staff . Thank God I didn’t need oxygen l. Simple refill

I often have problems with refills of my medicine. I am often left out of refill. When the pharmacy sends the refill request, they get no response. This happened again last week. So when I check with the pharmacy, they ask me to call the doctor's office because they get no response. I called the doctor's office and the front desk told me that I should not call them because they only accept electronic request from the pharmacy. Even after I told them the pharmacy has sent the request and get no response, she still insists that they would not accept my request. This happened severl times, I think I have no choice but change a familt doctor soon.

Worst physician I have ever been to see. The doctor in my opinion is totally incompetent. I had blood work done and my A1C level came in really high and they wanted me to wait one month to come in for the next appointment in order to go over these results and get the proper medication. I had to argue to get in sooner. I go in for the next appointment he does not perform any kind of an exam. Refuses to give me the medication that I requested.. tells me he doesn't know anything about that medication. He prescribes a medication that I never heard of and thank God I researched it before getting it filled because it was going to interact with another medication that I take. Needless to say I will not be going back to this doctor and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Dr Judd has been my Primary Care Doc since he took over the practice from Dr. McGann many years ago. I never have to wait when I arrive on time for an appointment. His front office staff is responsive and the Physician Assistant's who work in the office are superb.

I have been going to Dr. Judd for 2 years and my husband was going for 3 years prior to me going. I only have wonderful things to say, we never had to wait and the staff are always polite and are easy to get along with. After my husband passed away I stayed with Dr. Judd and I really like the nurse practitioner that I see. I find it easy to talk to both of them. I agree that if you are not happy with your doctor you are free to change primary care physician. Dr. Judd was very friendly, listened to my complaints and changed my medicine. I am already feeling much better!

I have been a patient of Dr. Judd's for over 10 years. My husband also sees him. He is very pleasant and kind, and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with Dr. Judd.

Spoke to the doctor's medical assistant Angela. She was very rude and not so helpful. Its very early in the AM and she should have better manners, this coming from an assistant with another practice- who called to speak about a mutual patient. I understand your job can be stressful but she should be a little more professional. Hopefully she doesn't speak to the patients as she did this AM.

I would NOT TAKE MY DEAD WORST ENEMY here he needs to have his license pulled If I could give a negative start I would've X's 10

Worst Dr ever never see patients and never give you refills on time should be reported to medical board. Never go to him if you value your life

Staff are EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I find it heartbreaking that they talk to the patients like children and they are so busy being rude that they cannot adequately listen long enough to give you a respectable, reasonable, and educated answer. Dr. Judd has also disappeared from the location. The ARNP was sort of just “given”. Every time a question is asked about the Dr.’s whereabout it’s a different answer. Search for a new doctor is the quest. Getting refills cumbersome! Terrible office

Revolving door doctor. After two years of getting checked by his assistants and a nurse and my request to be checked by the doctor, I got to meet him for about 10 minutes.

SO HAPPY..EVERYONE ATTENTIVE DR. JUDD VERY COMPASSIONATE. REALLY HAPPY WE HERE..

Although most of the time I see Nurse Practitioners, of which I think very highly of their conscientiousness, I know that Dr. Judd, who I see from time to time, reviews everything as well. An example is having blood work done at Quest on a Friday, and a phone call from Dr. Judd on Saturday - to get myself to the emergency room as my Potassium was dangerously high. That tells me that he does follow-ups on the weekend at a minimum. I think the care I have had over the last 5 years has been excellent. Dr. Judd gives you as much time as you need. He does not rush you. He listens not only with his mind, but also his heart. He has true empathy for his patients. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I feel blessed to have found him and would highly recommend him.

This doctors office used to be a pit but they are sprucing up the place, but I'm afraid it's just "lipstick on a pig". The staff is still lacking in customer service and they can be abrupt and rude. Unfortunately, this sort of behavior usually comes from the top down and that is this case. My first appointment, I wasn't greeted eye to eye with a handshake, I was staring at the back of a laptop and the top of the doctors head. This offputting manner continues to this day almost four years later. One too many times for it to be "just a bad day". Started in Jan to get diabetic shoes. Between HMO Humana & Westcoast Brace & Limb, the orginal script has run out of time. Now everyone points the finger at everyone else, but does not return a phone call. Several issues on meds, seems Judd's office has a problem getting your meds right on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc time. I have numerous health problems, and my skin is on fire, not sleeping, and constant aggravation of dealing with people that do not follow thru. I can't even get weighed there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judd since aproxx. 2005. I left his practice when my daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 Melanoma to go to the same Dr. She was seeing, so I could be in on everthing that was going on with her healthcare. When she passed I went back to Dr. Judd. I think he is a great Dr. and highly recomend him. I told him I was doing this, I think he forgot. He did take me back as a patient, I may be considered a difficult patient but he needs to accept that, it's just me.

Every time I went to see him I was always seen within 10 to 15 min before my actual appt time. I had full trust in him. I miss having him as my Dr. I only left because I had to come to NY to take care of my terminally ill brother.

I can call the office most times and talk with someone who can resolve my problem. I can get an appointment within days. They are very good with referrals when appropriate. I do not want Dr Judd to be the sole decision maker for my health care. I have been a patient for 4 years. One draw back is his extensive use of nurse practitioners. I would like to see him more.
