If I could give 0000 I would! So unprofessional and basically a nasty attitude having dr! I’m telling her how I’m feeling and I could tell she could care less. When she got tired of me talking, she stands up saying there is nothing else she can tell me and motioned for me to leave! I honestly left in tears! Are you a licensed dr or not?! Where did you get your degree?! Please don’t see this uncaring unsympathetic person who claims to be a dr!!

There’s no wonder she overall has a 2.4 online. Waited an hour and half to be seen and only spent ten minutes with her. Where she spent majority of her time comparing my trauma to her trauma and how hers is worse and “I will just get over it”. I have never felt so invalidated by a doctor. Do not recommend.

Our daughter has some serious psychiatric issues. Dr. Haque prescribed a particular medication. It made my daughter stare into space for about the first three hours of the day, then kept her up all night with extreme anxiety. I called and left a message describing this reaction. Dr. Haque's nurse called back and said Dr. Haque said to take my daughter to the ER. We have been to the ER several times. It ends up costing around $1000 out of pocket. They usually say my daughter needs a psychiatric consult and they refer her to their behavioral unit and recommend some psychiatrists, which is how we ended up with Haque. When we pay a psychiatrist to do medical management, which is all psychiatrists do except for diagnosis, we expect them to actually do their job and manage medication, not refer the patient to the ER to let them do the management at an exorbitant price. Seems Dr. Haque doesn't want to be bothered with difficult cases.

Dr. Hauke is very kind, she continues to remember the things I talk with her about, makes me feel calm and she makes healthy recommendations. I think she is 5 star, and so are the ladies in her office.

Do NOT go see this psychiatrist. All she cares about is giving you medicine. I hadn't slept for days and she immediately gave me antipsychotics and a mood stabilizer. She is unfriendly and disorganized. She told me not to go back to university because it wouldn't be good for my mental health. I went back and got a 4. I came back to her for care and she denied me because I went against her orders and went back to school. She's unethical and didn't give me referrals.

My appointment was at 3 and I was 30 mins early to fill out paperwork. It is now 4 and I am still in the waiting room. I am the only one in the waiting room. Ridiculous.

If I could give her zero stars I would. This office only cares about the money and not the patient. I made an appointment and it was not until the we were in the office that they told me the appointment was $166.00. I told them that was inaccurate and it should only be my 30.00 copay. I paid anyways thinking that once I talked to my insurance I would get my money back. Daughter saw Dr. Haque and she was ok. We made another appointment. When they called to confirm, I opted to cancel the appointment...2 days in advance, since they had overcharged me and could not figure out what they were going to bill me going forward. Since I could not resolve the payment issue I decided it would be best to cancel any future appointments. When I called again to resolve the payment issued ( they owed me $136.00) She said I had a credit of 36.00 due to two 50.00 cancellation fees. I’ve been going to Dr Haque for roughly 6-7 years & she has always been great at listening and making prescription suggestions based on how I’ve felt & what she hears me telling her. This morning at 9:30am one of her front desk staff called me to check me in & take my payment before my actual video call with the Dr. I don’t have insurance for financial reasons so I’ve always paid $125/ mo + $150ish for my prescriptions. This morning the lady on the phone told me that my amount owed was $210, because I missed my last appointment. She didn’t bother to ask why I missed it. IF she had she would have known I missed it because I am having financial issues. So bad that the State of TX has a freeze on my bank accounts for back taxes. If you know how taxes work, when you don’t pay, they keep hitting you with penalties until eventually they take everything you own & lock you in in jail to pay off the rest with time. It seems Dr Haque has the same policy. When I told the lady this morning I couldn’t afford $210 she asked me what I could afford. I said $150, thinking this would be fair being my normal rate is $125. The lady said NO, that is not enough. I’d have to at least pay $160 because that’s the new rate for my video chat & then more on top of that to get as close to $210 as possible. I told her I can’t afford more so I need to cancel. She then told me that I will owe even more for my next visit on top of the $210 which we’ve already established I cannot afford. So now being without much needed medications for over 30 days I am left to self medicate the same way I did 7 years ago, & piss away my 4 years of sobriety. It’s not about helping those of us with mental illness, it’s all about the money. So the next time you see a mass shooting on the news, ask yourself. What was going on in their life? The absolute most disorganized mess I’ve ever seen. Not to mention Dr. Haque has the bedside manner of a pickle.

My issue is with the staff, more than the doctor, per se. My first appointment was virtual and at noon. I finally was seen at 6pm. In six months, I have yet to see the doctor at my appointment time. It's always 45 minutes to hours later. My last appointment was changed from 30 days later, to a 2 week follow up, and I explained the day before the F/U appointment that I needed to reschedule because I couldn't afford the copay, since I'm on Medicare and get paid monthly. I was still called the day of the appointment to check in, and explained again that I didn't have the copay. I was rescheduled for today at 10:30 am. When I was called at 11 am to check in (30 minutes after my appointment time), I learned I was charged $50 for a no show fee, from the last appointment. When I explained that I canceled the day prior so there wasn't a "no show", I was told I would be called back. It's now 9:44 pm, I never was called back, and will run out of medication in 4 days. I have no future appointment scheduled, so apparently I won't be getting any either. I'm on disability for mental illness and have to start all over on the hunt for a doctor to prescribe necessary medication. What a disappointment, considering I actually liked doctor Haque and felt she was knowledgeable with mood disorders. But I can't block off my entire day for a 5 minute virtual appointment, anymore. Unreliable, My husband has been seeing Seema for 7 years. You can not get any calls through or returned. Its been this way for at least 4 years. My husband ended up hospitalized due to him running out of medication and no return calls from Seema. She apologized to us personally and stated that employees had been terminated but it doesn't seem like it anything has changed. My husband had an appointment today, they were suppose to call for payment followed by Dr Seema calling for an appointment. My husband's phone rang once and for some reason jumped to voicemail. We have called no less than 10 times to pay for appointment but can not get through. My husband works nights and is awake trying to be responsible but this Medical office is ran so poorly we can not take care of business. I highly suggest you find another doctor.

Let me start by saying that this was my first and only visit with a psychiatrist and Dr. Haque personally. When I walked in the office, I wasn't greeted by either of the 2 staff and I noticed a note to call the office on the glass. I did call and they started entering in my information and verifying my insurance at that point which took an hour and a half while I waited with no update. Once I was finally sent back to see the doctor, I waited another 10 or so minutes for a 20 minute appointment in which Dr. Haque asked me a few (like literally a few) questions and then proceeded to listen to me for about 5 minutes until she cut me off, told me that she doesn't handle disability paperwork and that if I wanted to go elsewhere I should! I was apprehensive about go with Dr Haque because of the negative reviews but another Dr advised me to understand that she is not in the restaurant industry and people typically don't provide positive feed back for Doctors. He suggested I give her a shot, I did and am so relieved that I did. Her staff seems knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They sent all new patient paperwork via email so my appt with the Dr was a breeze. Dr Haque was incredibly understanding to my circumstances and quite thorough with my medical history. I think its a delicate line Dr's must walk given all the prescription abuse and so making everyone happy is an unrealistic expectation. I can say I was sent for blood work and labs and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy within 2 days of my initial appt. It was quite convenient. I'm sure every situation is different so keep that in mind as timing may very but I'm certain the service will be the same all the way around. While my son s went to her, it was like a cattle call. And after several years away from her We find it Isabel worse. We can't get the office staff to send medical records f to our attorneys. Can't even get the staff to send an email so we can pick up his records! She has 2 practices & they both shuttle the calls to each other or not at all. This is against the law. We are calling the AMA, BBB & TEXAS STATE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER & BOARD.

As I was treated at both of her locations over the past 3-4 years, I'm posting my review for both her Arlington and Mansfield offices. My experience was fairly equivalent in both locations. I made aware that I would no longer be seeing her again last week. Staff: Her office staff are unprofessional, rude, and fundamentally disorganized. They regularly lost (and then lied about losing) bloodwork, prescriptions, and notices. The pharmacies and diagnostic clinics often were baffled by this - the office staff blamed the pharmacies or clinics. But I began to doubt that every organization they interacted with was so careless. I have overheard dozens of patients fighting with the staff about changes and mistakes in scheduling that the staff made and then tried to penalize the patients with. I was lucky not to experience this, but in the long waits (despite regularly being on time or early) I heard this almost every single visit. Also, several of her staff are needlessly disrespectful - I brought this up several times with Dr. Haque herself but to absolutely no effect. This is not normal behavior for any physician's office, nor have I ever had such a bad experience this consistently at any other physician. Dr. Haque: I have no issue with her personally, but she regularly forgot details about my file, wrongly brought up incorrect information, and showed minimal interest in outcomes. Also, concerningly, Dr. Haque seemed ignorant of the different names of medications. Additionally, she would basically prescribe any medication you asked for without much consideration, though she demanded regular visits (and thus payments) for exceedingly brief sessions. In my last few sessions, it became clear that Dr. Haque was not a good fit for me. Recommendation: I broadly do not recommend Dr. Haque, primarily due to her staff. If you know what you need, she'll prescribe it without much thought (though I doubt this is true for controlled substances - hopefully). You just have to be willing to wait about an hour for appointments and fight to get her staff to do their job. 5 star reviews: Reading some of these, they seem somewhat generic and formulaic. I'd be careful in trusting them - I've spent hours in her waiting room talking with 10-15 other patients about our shared frustrations and the stories matched with disturbing regularity. Take it from an actual ex-patient - 2/5 is a generous review.

I rate a zero. Rude staff to begin and the same with the Dr. She was was cold and insensitive to one of my conditions. One of my issues is sever anxiety and she refuses to to fill all but one of my scripts. None of my major depression meds either. I told her don’t bother and left. Ratings should speak for its self.

Look, Miss Haque is not going to give you 45 minutes of time. She has no bedside manner, comes off rude and insensitive, often impatient and in a rush. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and make you feel comfortable this is not the psych for you. That said she is by far one of the best psych's I've been to. She is so smart, and dedicated. She's dealt with my really complicated diagnosis better than any psych I've ever met. She listens and yeah she might cut you off if she thinks you are rambling but it's because her mind has already figured out what it needs to know. She is careful with your health, and will not prescribe things willy nilly without good reason, while still giving you what you need. I'm very happy to have found her. Please Disregard the several Poor ratings for Dr. Haque; please Trust my Evaluation! I am a new patient who's Intake Evaluation today was outstanding! Qualisha and the others at the Front Desk performed with a remarkable level of quality and efficiency. Dr. Haque provided me with 20 minutes more time than my previous two Drs. Our interview was very impressive ! I've been managing my BP2 for 40 yrs. (43 different Meds.) and Dr. Haque's Office is the 2nd BEST I've experienced. This is where patients go if they are addicted to prescription meds. She doesn’t even see the patients. They just walk in get their Rx and walk out. Something is not right with this particular office. They need to be reported to the state medical board. Didn't ask questions about my mother's other health issues, kept checking her phone ( I feel she had our visit timed ). Was walking to the door and then asked if mom had any questions. She did but the doctor kept walking. Hard time reaching. Leave a message and no one returned calls.

I made an appointment to be tested for ADD, which the front desk said they could do, and so I made an appointment. They informed me that a first patient appt with testing could take up to an hour. Ok no problem. Appt: The Dr is running extremely behind. I, and 15 others, wait an hour and a half to be seen. My New Patient ADD test appointment turns into 10 minutes of her saying she won’t test me. She referred me out. I actually PAID for this... This woman has fooled people into thinking she cares. She doesn't and is only in it for the money. I see a counselor to help me and ONLY go to Seema Haque for the meds. She overbooks appointments and will NOT refill meds unless you have an appointment with her. Also if you call their office, just keep calling until hey answer because they wont call you back. Last, you have to take time off work to see her because you are guaranteed to wait an hour and a half before seeing her due to the over booking. Best thing is to try to have an appt in the morning during the beginning of the week. Later in the day means the even longer wait. The only reason I’m actually giving her an actual one star is because I have to in order to do this review. She literally had been robbing all her patients blind. Billing is done by her husband. They do not wait for the proper time frame for claims to be processed. They will charge you and then recieve payment from insurance. Yea double payment. Some might even call it insurance fraud. They won’t allow employees to verify insurance and charge the proper amount because it takes too much time. And when her employees are honest to the patients, they are given ultimatums to follow the rules or find another job. All they want is your money. Run, find a different doctor. I’m not a patient, I worked in this evil place. Check with your insurance companies. Get EOBs. Compare payments. Know your insurance plans and know the exact amounts you have to pay. Get insurance educated and savy. It’s my goal to make you all are aware of this. Do not be fooled. Do not let them take your money. I really wish i can give this doctor -5 stars. To all patients. please avoid going to this doctor. she really does not care about her patients. Dr. Haque and her husband will rob you blind. take it from me. i was a previous employee, i was fired because i collected the right amount of payment from a patient. she was very angry and fired me on the spot. they are doing illegal things with people insurance companies to get more money, they are also billing people insurance more than once, even when you do not go back there to actually see her. when they have not received a payment from the insurance company yet(because its still pending) they will collect the money from the patients and tell them that they will be reimbursed once ins pays(THAT IS A LIE) once the ins pay them, they will keep the money and will not reimburse you, and will tell the patient we never rcvd a payment.shes very uncaring and money hungry. and i will be reporting her for insurance fraud as well.SHE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. The waiting room smells horrible. The front desk ladies wear wrinkled t-shirts. Waited over an hour. Everyone who was there appeared frustrated. Will update my review after I see the doctor. Saw Dr. Haque she is very nice. The appointments are quick, but that's to be expected. Her office didn't smell.

I appear to be the dissenting opinion, but... I've been coming here for several visits, and I'm quite happy with this office. The ladies at the front desk are pleasant to interact with, and I have nothing negative to say in that regard. The only real negative to be said is the wait times. Your appointment will never be on time. Ever. But that's part and parcel of being in the mental health field; appointments run over. As far as the Doctor herself? A lot of the reviews seem to be confusing a Psychiatrist and a Therapist. A psychiatrist hears your symptoms and gets a -very- short overview of the why, then proceeds with medication management. If you want someone to listen to your life story and go into the depths of your problems, you see a therapist. Many people -need- both. Dr. Haque does her job, and so far, I've had an extremely positive experience. I had zero hope or quality of life, before i came here. Now, i actually feel happy sometimes and don't feel crushed by the weight of the world; I'm getting there. I appear to be the dissenting opinion, but... I've been seeing Dr. Haque for a few months now. Both she and her staff have been nothing but amazing and accommodating. She listened to my treatment goals and I feel as if she is as invested in my treatment success as I am. Visits are quick and painless and feel productive, every single time.
