I appreciate Dr Nodine and his staff , professional and seem to care about the patient.

I find that Dr. Nodine listen to my concerns well. I haven't been a patient for very long but will continue with his services. He doesn't pussyfoot around. He is cordial and does what you need him for quickly.

Entire experience was fantastic! Nurses were very knowledgeable and caring and Dr. Nodine takes his time to listen and treat each problem.

Dr. Nodine is professional, caring, and intelligent. I trust him with not only my health, but my children's health as well. He is a thorough doctor who listens to his patients. His skill and knowledge are unparalleled.

Great caring doctor that truly gives time to his patients and follows up regularly.

I've had to see Dr. Nodine twice recently while my pcp was out of the office. Both times he seemed apathetic to the medical issues I came in for. It felt like he just wanted me to leave so he could go to his next patient.

Dr. Nodine and his staff are squared away and they go out of their way to take care of all of their patients!! I'm very satisfied with Utica parks service in Claremore.

Appts are always polite, prompt with very little wait time. Dr. Nodine knows how to handle any medical situation that I have had. I've been seeing him for 8+- years.

Great Doctor, listens, cares and knowledgeable.

Dr Nodine is an excellent diagnostician. He takes everything seriously and works to find out what's behind the symptom and what can be done.

Dr Nodine was very efficient and attentive to my needs! I felt like he cared about me as a patient. It was a very good examine! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Nodine for about 8 years now. Dr. Nodine and his staff have always been very nice and helpful, little to no wait times compared to other doctor offices. He is very knowledgeable and has always helped me or led me to a good specialist. A+

I don't understand the negative reviews of Dr. Nodine. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. I see him frequently for a variety is issues, and he is not only knowledgeable, but he is kind, compassionate, and professional. He is incredibly smart and listens to me and shows genuine concern for my health. I would take these other reviews with a grain of salt because this is absolutely NOT the doctor I have trusted with my health for over a decade of my life. He also treats other members of my family, and I will not speak for them, but he shows them the same level of compassion and respect that he shows me. If you are searching for a good primary care provider, I highly recommend Dr. Nodine. Regarding the comments that he receives kickbacks and only prescribes high cost medications: that has not been my experience. I seriously doubt he receives any sort of compensation from pharmaceutical companies, and he has always prescribed the generic version to me when there is one available. He's always worked with me to ensure that I am taking the most effective medication possible. A Regarding the inability to schedule an appointment in a timely manner: I've never had a problem getting a same day or next day appointment when I've had an urgent need. He makes it a point to see everyone who needs to be seen. He does not personally handle the scheduling, so being told by a receptionist an appointment is not available isn't the fault of the doctor. My father is a patient with Dr Nodine, I've been having to miss work, and stay with my parents because of my dad's pain he is in, for over 2 months now, he can't eat, sleep, barely walk because of 3 fractured vertebrae. My mother has called and my dad has messaged asking for a stronger pain relief so he can rest until something can be done. Nodine refuses to give him anything other than glorified advil and Tylenol! All they wanted was 5 pills, just enough to get him Through. And he denied him, said take Tylenol, this man has absolutely no compassion for his patients, i will be encouraging my parents to find a different dr. Just because they are elderly dosen't mean they shouldn't get all the help that anyone deserves!! I will be going with him on his next appointments! People need to be treated with respect no matter the age!! Every opportunity for a good treatment should be available young or old!! Money shouldn't be a Dr's #1 priority, it should be his patients!! VERY HAPPY WITH DR NODINE.

Dr nodine prefers to perscribe name brand drugs and new drugs that have a a high associated cost. Dr Nodine also receives significant reimbursements from several major drug companies as indicated in the Dollars for Docs database which tracks all payments from drug companies to doctors. If you expect to be prescribed well established drugs with generic equivalents, this is probably not the doctor for you. I went in 2 months ago to Dr Nodine because he is my husband's dr. I filled out all the pages of paperwork. They said someone from his office will be calling me soon to set up an appt. Well, 2 months later, no call. I called him Tuesday because I have a UTI or a bladder infection, kidney infection or something going on. I was told he couldn't see me until next week. I told her that I am peeing blood & was told "sorry". They couldn't even tell me what to do until then. I went in 2 months ago to Dr Nodine because he is my husband's dr. I have been seeing Dr. Nodine for approximately 5 years. Recently he played a large part in saving my life by detecting a heart attack and sending me to the emergency room where I underwent life saving surgery. He has always been attentive, friendly, detail oriented, and respectful. Great Doctor!

I think Dr. Nodine is a very skilled physician. He is my elderly mother's primary doctor and I'm there for every visit. Every so often I'll visit with him for me. He is quiet and measured. He listens and asks the right questions.

Horrible. When I questioned his decision about how to address my health issue, he acted like “How dare I question him”. I have every right to question my doctor’s decisions and will continue to do so (with a different doctor).

Went to see Dr. Nodine because he was in my network. I was in a car accident in 2007 and since have had very bad back issues and very bad nerve issues as well. He sent me in for an X-ray and found nothing to be wrong. Sent me in for a no contrast MRI and found that I had "minimal" bulging disk in my L3, L4 and L5. told me to exercise, when I explained to him that was very hard to do, due to me not even being able to do daily functions and not being able to loose the weight because of having PCOS he stated that PCOS has noting to do with weight. After leaving his office, I read the handout he had given me, that is when I read that there was also a benign hemangioma found in my L4 and a cyst on my right Kidney. (that was never even mentioned to me). When I called the office back and asked about it, they called me back a day later (which is fine) but I was told "it was found by accident and not to worry about it." This doctor does not take the time to listen or even try to find the cause of an issue. Went to him about a problem and he brushed me off and told me to exercise. Found a different doctor, who listened, and determined that one of the medication that Dr. Nodine had been prescribing me for years, was causing the issue. I was weened off and now only have minimal problems, but unfortunately, due to the years of being on the medication, won't ever be free of it. Had he listened years before, the side effects may not have been permanent. I do not recommend this doctor at all. I have seen dr bridges for a long time. When she went on maternity leave she said Dr Nodine would be prescribing my meds until she got back. One is for depression. He refused to fill it and told me I had to find a psychiatrist. No psychiatrist could get me in for months. I had to go to a family practice doctor in pryor. I was so mad I never went back even after Dr Bridges got back. When her nurse called to ask why I hadn't refilled my medicine she was very frustrated after I told her what had happened. If he makes his patients see psychiatrists that one thing but to deny me my meds after Dr bridges had always prescribed it then making me withdrawal from it until I found another doctor doesn't seem right. He was supposed to be filling in for her but he caused her to lose patients. If he didn't trust her judgement he shouldn't have agreed to take on her clients. Plus he was a jerk about it. My first review EVER. Recently had to choose a new insurance provider because my old provider didn't want to no business in Claremore any longer. New provider list Nodine as possible Primary Care Provider. I chose him. My mother used Nodine and my wife and mother in law currently use him. My insurer called today to set up my 1st appointment. After a few ordinary questions and a short back and forth between the insurer and Nodine's office, I was informed "Nodine refused me as his patient." I got no reason. Just a cold hearted "NO". MAYBE he said no because I am a Vietnam war veteran. I did mention to the insurer I had used the VA for some healthcare issues related to combat in Vietnam, I was a pilot. I just don't know. I know exactly what the prior poster feels like. I was operated on by Thomas Craven way back in 2002 and he ruined my spine. I've been on pain meds ever since. I met with Nodine ONE time. I could tell that he wasn't really happy that I had even made an appointment. I was told by my PHARMACY a few weeks later that his office sent them a msg, stating that I was in search of a new Dr.!! I guess he ONLY takes patients that are going to be really easy to take care of. Not once did anyone from his office alert me to the fact that he was refusing to take me as a patient. Went to this physician for muscle cramps, pain, and uncontrolled muscle spasms in my face, arms and hands. He brushed me off. I went to someone else, found out it was a medication he had prescribed, weened off the medication, and only have minimal twitches.I never needed the medication to begin with and he cared so little to actually listen to his patient. I will always have the twitches but thank the lord I was able to find a doctor who actually listened and cared. This doctor doesn't.

Dr. Nodine and his staff are very professional and value each patient's time. We appreciate the caring attitude of the entire staff!

After moving away from Claremore, It was a real struggle to find a doctor that could compare to Dr. Nodine. He was my daughters doctor from birth to about 3 years old and he really takes an interest in his patients and pays close attention to detail.
