It was a quick visit. The assistants did most of the prep and explanations. One assistant seemed almost hyper - seemed very rushed. He said I would receive a follow-up call to schedule surgery. However, in over a week I still have not received any communication from Eye Consultants. When I called to see if I could get some information I was transferred to someone who would help. I got a recording saying she was not able to take the call right now and it could be several days before anyone would call me back. Another long wait since it took over six weeks just to get an initial appointment. Makes me wonder what is going on and how reliable the company is.

Awesome doctor!!

From start to the end of my appointment I interacted with the top professionals. They were all amazing. Dr. Reeves listened to my concerns and took time to answer all my questions and explained future procedures.

Dr. Reeves is personable, respectful and professional. He listens and answers any questions presented. I have been seeing him for years and trust him.

The staff is well open to patients.

Very professional and did an eye examination for surgery for cataracts.

I had a procedure done yesterday that made my vision clear in my left eye. I have lived with blurry vision for about six years, so long that I didn't realize the clarity I was missing. Thanks

Visit was regarding cataract surgery. I appreciated that Dr. Reeves told me my options and what his recommendation would be. No pressure was put on my decision. All the staff were very kind and polite.

I had a cataract removed from my right eye yesterday. I had no pain at anytime. The procedure went quickly and all the staff was very informative and kind.

Dr. Reeves is well educated, well trained, and a marvelous care giver. I had glasses for 44 years and after my cataract surgery, I now have 20/20 vision(far sighted) and only have to wear readers for computer work or reading.

I recently had bilateral cataract surgery. The pre-op staff was efficient and knowledgeable as was the anaesthetist. My surgeon Dr Reeves explained the expected outcomes and those were right on target. Thank you Eye Care Consultants.

Eye wellness check. New doctor for me after Dr Launer, my friend for 20 years, retired from this group practice. Dr Reeves is Professional and communicated clearly on my eyes. Rechecked one finding from optometrist which he questioned. Glad he retook the measurements. Projects confidence in new patient like me. Set up follow up one year later.

I have went to Dr. Reeves now for many years he did my cataract surgery and I have a delicate condition I am legally blind in one eye so it’s very important for me to have a doctor that has excellence in his profession Dr. Reeves has that ! I feel that Dr Reeves is the best We are so very fortunate to have him!

I had excellent results on my cataract surgery for my left eye and looking forward to getting the right eye done. Dr. Reeves explained what I would have done and I felt comfortable having him do the surgery. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Reeves and his staff did a wonderful job of listening to and answering my questions and concerns and offering solutions. Dr. Reeves also told me to check back if I had further concerns.

My appointment began on time and (per usual) I was treated with the utmost respect. The Dr. Reeve's and his team are amazing! He's never condescending and explains things in ways a layman would understand.

He resolved an eye problem i was totally frustrated with.

Dr Reeves is thorough Doctor however the staff and systems are not working. We understood to wait in cars until a room was ready but wait 30 min w others in waiting room.

Doctor was smart and I trust his opinions. I’ve got some uncommon issues. Staff although very cordial was unorganized and not only could have been more smooth but MUCH for streamlined! Last year they’re were 30-40 in waiting room now we’re supposed to wait in auto until appt/room ready but still 10 wait room and waited at least 20-30 in outer wait room. Somethings are amiss still. They had 3 at the front desk so it’s not like not enough staff.

The appointment was very thorough and comfortable. Wait time was minimal.

Dr. Reeves performed my cataract surgeries in 2010, and a DMEK for Fuchs Corneal Endothelial Dystrophy in 2019. He is now part of a KOWA clinical study for a DWEK approach to Fuchs, and this visit was a routine part of that study.

Excellent, He was very thorough and his technical expertise is spot on. He got my post-cataract lenses so that I can now read and drive without glasses and when my body clouded up the lens capsule, he was able to zap it open in a minute. My vision is now surprisingly and amazingly clear.

He was very helpful and diagnosed my dry eye problem which my previous ophthalmologist couldn't really determine the true cause of my dry eye. Dr. Reeves was also very good at explaining everything in depth that was wrong and how he was going to treat/resolve the issue.

Book an appointment with a doctor and a tech does most everything. The refractive exam took less than two minutes and there was no double checking as is usually done. Wouldn't want to purchase lenses with that hastily done screening. No personal touches at this clinic - you're merely a number to them. Super disappointed!!!

My experience with Dr. Reeves in the Maplewood office was extremely positive for each surgery I had done. I was specifically referred to MN Eye Consultants outside of my network because of their excellent reputation.

Do not see Dr. Reeves! He performed what he told me would be a simple proceed called Cross Linking. It cost $1,800. Dr. Reeves destroyed my vision in one eye to the point where I can’t read the numbers on my speedometer. After one year of follow up visits I asked for my money back. Dr. Reeves sent me a certified letter telling me to go find another doctor. No phone call, no explanation of what I should do next, no apology, just a go away letter. He doesn't care about patients!

He is dishonest and unethical. He over corrected my vision by placing the incorrect lens during cataract surgery. He refuses to own up to the fact. My regular ophthalmologist has confirmed the error. I have worn a contact with the correct prescription to confirm the error. He is so uncooperative and unethical that I will probably find it necessary to take him to court to recover the cost of surgery and follow up appointments with my doctor. My corrective surgery will be done elsewhere
