Dr. Sidney Libfraind

I've been going here my entire life. I don't trust anyone else. I drive from Smithfield to Knightdale, that's how awesome they are. ????

The staff is nice and I never had any real issues here. As a small business manager I am hesitant to write a bad review about anyone. However, I recently switched dentists (only reason for switching was location) and my new one found TEN cavities, some of which were pretty deep (from what I understand this means they were almost definitely present during my last visit to Dr. Libfraind 6 months ago). Getting them all filled took about 8 painful hours total. I've been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months like clockwork at Dr. Libfraind's office for a few years and up until several months ago I had never had a single cavity in my life. I'm not too happy that 6 months ago this dentist whom I trusted didn't notice even one of these ten cavities. If I had switched sooner I might have avoided all of this unnecessary pain and stress... This has been my dentist for over 20 years and they have always been excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I was very disappointed but I overreacted with a 2-star review. I never got to see Dr Libfraind and I should give them the benefit of a couple doubts.

Dr. Sidney's practice has been in the community for years. I trust the office with my families care.

Dr. Libfraind is awesome & he is very kind but the only issue I have is reception calls me way too much. I repeatedly told them I had a change in my insurance & I will call them if I need anything...this was just a day ago & they still call.

Dr. Libfraind always has the most reasonable dental prices for everything from cleanings to add teeth to partials. Friendly staff and you can always get an appointment pretty quickly if you need to.

They are amazing they removed a stain know my teeth every other dentist insisted was permanent. Their staff is very friendly and my teeth have never looked better. Definitely my permanent dentist. I highly recommend them!

The dentist is my least favorite place to go to. This dentist however is amazing!!! The receptionist is super nice, the dentist was very patient and gentle. The hygienist Laura, wow absolutely incredible! My last dentist made me feel bad like I neglect my teeth, so I was really dreading going to the dentist. We have friends that encouraged me to go here so today I went and had such a wonderful experience. My teeth are shiny clean. I feel confident and happy. Laura is so amazing!! Very knowledgeable, gentle, patient, caring!!! She is the best hygienist I have ever encountered. Thank you so much!! I'll even be a better flosser now, I promise! I have no problem ! I get good care been a patient for years.

I have been going to this dentist for many years and have always had a good experience. So I brought my husband in with his first cavity in his life which is causing him major pain. He was anxious about the process of having a cavity filled given how much pain he is in and instead of calming him and telling him it’s not that bad, we were turned away. I am very disappointed in the treatment of my husband by Dr. Libfraind and will be looking for a new dentist for myself and my family. Love there receptionist; a great personality.

Very knowledgable and has a very calm affect on patients by speaking softly. Open to listening to patients about their concerns, issues and assists with helping them to make the best decision for their circumstances, not his own profit.

Let me preface this by saying his staff, Cheryl and Laura, are amazing and the only reason we hadn't quit him long before. I called Dr. Libraind on a Thursday afternoon around 3 pm due to tooth pain my daughter had and it wasn't getting better. (Our family had been going there for over 5 years) The office was closed but msg gave an emergency number to call so I did and had to leave a voicemail. He never returned my call! Bye bye Libraind, sure to find some one who cares less about the $$$.

I've been going for many years and have never had any issues. Great with my kids and wonderful friendly staff.

We have gone here for years! GREAT with children, helpful, flexible in scheduling. Our children do not fear the dentist because of Dr. Libfraind and his wonderful staff!

As a Navy wife we have moved around a lot. Having been to many dentists throughout the years and I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. The people know you as soon as you walk in, greet you with a smile and laugh, and the dentist is extremely personable. A big factor for a dentist is pain, and so far I have experienced none. I have been going to this practice for years. Everyone is friendly, caring, gentle, and professional. I feel that I get excellent care. I love the reminder calls and the smiles!

I went in to see this "dentist" for an abscessing tooth I was given an antibiotic that was not working. I call to see if we could try something different and was refused. As the infection has to be brought under control before an extraction can take place. I was told to see a different dentist thus costing me more money as I am uninsured. I feel this "dentist" to have bad bedside manor and a lack of empathy for the people he treats or lack of. He prescribed an antibiotic that did not work and should be able to give something different to fix the infection so I can have it pulled. I don't understand how he could treat someone this way. I had the worst emergency toothache ever!!!! The weather was bad and snowy and they were so kind to see me. Great Doc and staff. I left my Dentist of 15Yrs and now they are my new Dentist.
