Fantastic. Dr. Poirier is so patient and is very skilled. I have unique needs for my eyes for personal and job use that are very different. He came up with solutions for both. I would not recommend this Dr at all as he is rude, horrible bed side manners, only cares about the bottom dollar and recommends that patients get services they do not need to make extra money. Dr. Poirier put on a fake smile but could careless about patient satisfaction.

The receptionist was absolutely great! But, I have a bump on my eyeball that I told the Dr about at the time of my appt. He assured me there was no bump on my eye & seemed to display no concern. I even looked in the mirror to show him that I do have a bump on my eye. It turns out that the lighting in the exam room was just too dark to see it. Once I was back in the car & took a look in the mirror I was able to clearly see the bump. I feel that if he was concerned then he should’ve turned the light on to look. I've been going to Dr Poirier for the last 15 years and have never had anything but professional awesome service. They're always helpful with advice, setting appointments, and getting set up with glasses/contacts. Can't believe anyone would ever rate Dr Poirier or his staff with anything less than 5 stars

He is so patient focused and really takes his time explaining things. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been a patient since Dr. Poirier established his practice in Knightdale NC many years ago. We relocated but never considered not driving back to him. Service is excellent and staff is wonderful.

My wife and I have known Dr. Poirier for years. He has consistently taken time to explain everything involved, relating to each of our eye care needs and provided us with solutions that has given optimal results. He has the cutting edge technology regarding his examination equipment and is current with the latest procedures. His team also is always on point, thus if you're seeking an excellent Optometrist, Dr. Poirier will deliver!!

Best Visit to a doctor ever. Starting from check in all the way through to check out was a easy seamless experience. Dr. Poirier knows is stuff, has all the latest equipment and is very knowledgable. I have had the most thorough, detailed eye exams with Dr. Poirier. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming! I can't imagine going anywhere else. Their office is 30 minutes from my house and I pass many other eye care facilities, but Knightdale Eye Care surpasses them all!

I have seen Dr. Poirier for years now and have had a complicated vision history to say the least. I always appreciate the personal approach he takes during the visits and feel he is invested in me and my vision. I also appreciate the investments he continues to make in his practice from a technology standpoint. The cutting edge equipment he uses not only provides more accurate information, it also leads to a much more pleasant experience for the patient.
