Dr. Richlin and the entire RMACT staff are incredible. They take the time to listen to your concerns, put together a detailed approach unique to your particular circumstances. They are truly leaders in the field. They are prompt with responding which provides great ease during a challenging process. I felt safe in the care of Dr. Richlin and his team. I am in my 9 week of pregnancy and have "graduated" from RMACT to my obgyn for the rest of my pregnancy. I cannot express my gratitude to the entire RMACT team, for this miracle. Highly recommended. Four years ago my husband and I began our fertility journey. We were seen by a doctor close to home who discouraged me and made me feel less of woman for not being able to get pregnant. I call RMACT and from my first phone with the scheduler I was hopeful again. Working with Dr Richlin and his team was a wonderful experience. He explained everything from day one and always would tell me not to worry he was on the journey with us. After multiple fails of IUIs and IVF we are beyond happy to be expecting our little man in Feb/2022. We worked closely with him and his nurse Cathy, Lisa from billing, Sammy our patient navigator and Amber who always greeted us with a cheerful welcoming attitude. I am a hard stick but the phlebotomist always got me and I applaud their skills. I will never be able to gather the words to express how grateful and blessed we feel to have met this amazing group of people. You all will have a place in our hearts forever.

Stay clear of Dr. Richlin and RMA. My wife and I sought treatment and he pushed her to do IVF (high cost) even though she was only in her early 30s and had unexplained infertility for 1 year. He overstimulated her and she was terribly sick. They then tried to change various data points in her treatment to cover up their horrible decisions. Highly unethical. They will push you to the most costly treatment. Would never recommend. Stay clear of Dr. Richlin and RMA. I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Richlin. Of course you go in being a bit nervous but his demeanor, his bedside manner, his support, his entire team - everything - was amazing! I would recommend him and RMA to anyone. Although I am thrilled to not need to see him anymore I'm actually a little sad that I won't. He's a talented and personable doctor - which is exactly what you need when dealing with such a sensitive, physically and emotionally draining process and I am blessed to have been under his care. Dr Richlin is a wonderful Doctor who truly cares about his patients. We had such a great experience at RMA both with the staff who are all so lovely and Dr Richlin. They made a daunting experience much more manageable and the multiple appointments more enjoyable. I could not recommend RMA and Dr Richlin more.

Dr. Richlin is an experienced, caring, and talented doctor. His kindness and sense of humor combined with his intelligence and care made my experience at RMACT a great one. Always reassuring and thorough, I can't recommend him and the other staff at RMACT more. Thank you for everything!

We had amazing journey ! I wanna thank DR Spencer Richlin that he tried so hard for me to have successful IVF. I am not going in details of what i went through, i know i had amazing DR because he always treated me like i was family with very honest opinions. He give me every option that we will have successfully IVF. We only had one Embryo so we couldn’t take any chances and i am42 years old. I Had lots of eggs but not the healthy ones. Before i met DR Spencer i tried for 20 years to get pregnant with no luck. Luckily i was doing some research and I found RMA Clinic who has amazing staff and they are located in to places Stamford and Norwalk in Connecticut. I live in NJ but i was willing to drive all the way up passing 2 states to get there, and it was all worth it thanks to them. I am12 weeks pregnant and going forward. I cant describe the happinesses,,but i can tell you that this place is amazing. I am so lucky that i got to meet amazing Dr Richlin and his wonderful staff. Dr Richlin performed a hysteroscopy on me after a couple doctors previous had told me the only way to get a fibroid I had would be by performing an abdominal myomectomy.....Which would mean I would then have to be out of work for a month, not drive for 2 weeks, not try to conceive for 6 months, and have a all in all harder recovery ahead of me..... Dr. Richlin didn't give up! He studied my slides, MRI's , ultrasounds and was confident enough to perform this the least invasive way, when other doctors wouldn't take the chance and I could not thank him enough. I appreciate it so much! He is absolutely amazing and so are his team of nurses/ scheduling assistants/ and entire staff. They make you feel at home and the care I got was above all. They are always available if you have a question or concern and they talk through any anxiety or question you may have. Lower Fairfield County is LUCKY to have RMA at their fingertips. It is truly an amazing place!!!!! Dr Richlin is the best. I cannot thank him enough for giving me the confidence to go ahead and get my second dream come true. The whole process has been so easy for me because of him and his staff, I felt in very good and professional hands the whole time and never had any doubt because I felt so comfortable. Dr. Richlin (and the entire RMA of CT team) was absolutely incredible. Their patience, knowledge, and kindness helped my husband and I through one of the most trying times in our lives, and we are forever grateful for the growing family that they have helped us to create. Dr. Richlin truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He even Skyped with my husband at work to go over test results! I felt at ease every time I left their office, knowing we were in the best hands. I can not recommend him and the RMA staff highly enough!

Dr. Richlin is fantastic. He is extremely thorough and excellent with communication. I would not go anywhere else for my infertility. All the doctors at RMA have been amazing through our journey.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Richlin. He is a consummate professional and a true expert in his field. He is compassionate and understanding. He takes his time with patients and truly cares about them. I strongly recommend Dr. Richlin.

We have been with RMA for almost 3 years now and have had a very good experience. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant, my husband and I are very excited to meet our first baby and all of the life changes that will come with it!! Over our 3 years at RMA we grew close relationships with all of the staff, everyone is very personable and positive! We already miss them now that we have been officially released to move on to our OBGYN. RMA offers many services such as acupuncture, a in house Nutritionist, yoga classes, and support groups. I highly recommend looking into all of these to see what suits you best and take advantage of the opportunity of it helping you on your own fertility path. I did see the acupuncturist and the Nutritionist and found both extremely helpful! We are very fortunate to have the staff of RMA to guide us through our journey, they have worked with us on each step to make sure we have a positive experience and outcome. We know that they are dedicated in trying to reach our same goal of getting pregnant. We are very lucky to have them work so hard for us, we appreciate each and every one of them!! Dr Richlin is kind and caring and exactly who I want taking care of me and also people I care about. He is brilliant and at the top of his game, yet also has a great bedside manner. He and the RMA-CT team are amazing!

I was referred to Dr. Richlin by my OBGYN. From the minute I walked in the door Dr. Richlin was caring, kind and loving. He was so patient and understanding. He spent hours explaining the fertility process to me and my husband. He never gave up on me or my fertility process. He always kept me hopeful and was always ready to try something different in order to make my journey possible. After 4 IUI's I wanted to give up. I lost all hope and didnt think it was possible. Dr. Richlin and the entire staff made me feel at home and safe and were with me every step of the journey. On my 7th IUI - success and I owe it all to Dr. Richlin and the entire staff at RMACT!!! I didnt want to graduate after 8.5 weeks pregnant because I wanted to stay on with the staff but unfortunately they do not deliver babies! I honestly feel like they are part of the babys family! My husband and I sought out Dr. Richlin after having 3 IUIs done at another fertility clinic with no luck. He and the staff at RMA are tops. They really took the time to look into our benefits and found out that we could have back to back procedures at no additional cost. My previous doctor also suggested I may have an ovulatory issue but was reluctant to change my regimen, insisted on IVF. Dr. Richlin changed my meds and approach. We are now 10 weeks pregnant and only have Dr. Richlin to thank!

We worked with Dr. Richlin here in Southern California. It was his patience, expertise, and supportive manner that we loved. We now have twin sons who are turning 13 soon. We can’t thank him enough!

I couldn't have been happier with Dr. Richlin and the entire RMACT team. They took care of me through a difficult year of infertility and I never once doubted that the outcome would be successful. Dr. Richlin's kind and professional manner is wonderful and he instills a confidence in you that the process will work if you stick with it. A bittersweet day, I graduated from RMA 10 weeks pregnant from first IVF!! Naturally over the moon and excited to progress to my OB, I will sincerely miss seeing my entire support team and staff at RMA. Nothing compares. After 3 failed IUI’s at Cornell in NYC, my sister steered me on the right path to RMA, Dr. Richlin was my primarywho was an absolute breath of fresh air. He is incredibly kind, positive, high energy, passionate – he has a sincere enthusiasm for sharing information and all the time in the world for you, it was the perfect match for me. Cathie Gray is an incredibly nurturing, caring, down to earth nurse who played a huge role, held my hand through the process and kept me as relaxed as one could be. I really valued her quick response with emails and calling me when she said she would with updates,. I got to know the entire team of specialists, and really blown away by all. Dr. Murdock did my retrieval, Dr. Hurwitz did the transfer, and Dr. Leondires did a few ultrasounds. I really appreciated their expertise and approach. They are all so positive and personable, and really gifted at making the most nerve-wrecking experience feel okay and even exciting.
