Very clean, modern and professional office in a easy to find and very visible location. His staff is wonderful and Dr. DeFranco is extremely knowledgeable and helpful (must be Auburn graduate). He fixed my bad crown without causing me to scream or pray! I will return soon!

My whole family has used Dr DeFranco for years and have been super happy with him and his staff! They do a great job with my children especially- explaining what is happening and asking them about their interests. The office is always clean and we feel very at home there! We have been using Dr. DeFranco for at least 15 years. Dr. DeFranco is a great dentist and does not push you to get work done if it can wait. The hygienist and Dr. DeFranco’s assistants are always very friendly and do a fantastic job. I have never had a problem getting a late afternoon appointment. If you have an issue with a tooth, they will get you in quickly. I have not had a long wait before being called back for my appointments either. They do everything possible to make your visit convenient for you and comfortable during your visit. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a try. My husband and I have been going to Dr Stacey Defranco for years. We love the entire staff and have a personal and pleasant experiences at each appointment. In addition to the personal experience, the office and appointment process runs extremely smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Defranco for your dentistry needs.

One of the best dentist I have ever seen. He has fixed so many of my bad fillings of myself and husband, I have quit counting. He is almost painless. Very professional and fun to chat with, especially about deer hunting.

I had the worst expeiece EVER at this dentist office!The staff acts friendlt...but they are fake!!Amy,one of the girls in the office call my insurance company to make sure I have it.....and that everything will be covered.Well, for some reason it was not! So,I send them payments on the amout owed to them.... the enrtire time they are sending them to an attorney...I owed $148.00 now the amout the attorney want with 33% interest is $297.00!!!..YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED OR ATLEAST NOTIFIED ME SOMEHOW!..I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM AN ATTORNEY UNTILL A SHERIFF BRINGS ME A SUMMONS! If Stacy Defranco needs that little bit of money that bad...that should tell you he is HORRIBLE AT HIS JOB!! I have NEVER had an issue like this before!!...AMAZING...please dont go there,and do yourself a favor!!!!!!
