Dr. Stacey Dale Mcclure

Requested a second opinion and we got this Dr. He was terribly rude. Did not adequately communicate information and was insensitive to my pain management. If your expectations of a dr are to have a warm bedside manner and 100% interest of getting you back to a full and active recovery then Dr McClure is not that Dr!

We came to Dr. McClure's office and had a great experience! His staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help with appointments, X-rays, and follow up appointments. Definitely will come back and recommended.

Referred to by the VA For a torn bicep muscle which the VA and told me he needs to have surgery within 3 weeks of the injury And these guys call knowing the severity of the injury and won't set an appointment until December. Not a very good orthopedic surgeon and should not the VA list

I have had recent rotator cuff and labral repair in my shoulder. While I still have a long re over ahead, I couldn't have had a better doctor. Dr. McClure is very informative, direct, and has a great bedside manner! He and his team show that they truly care!

Dr. McClure was very honest, open and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and sensed he and his staff cared about my treatment and recovery. Front desk was incredibly efficient and friendly. If you have a problem with this office, you’re more than likely the issue; this office is wonderful.

I had an appointment with Dr. McClure. After waiting patiently for almost an hour, he came into the room and greeted me as "boss", which I thought was unprofessional to start. I explained that I was about to leave because I had waited almost an hour. After he heard my comment.... he looked at me angrily and said....."you can leave if you want." He told me they were running behind because of Covid. Then I said "well isn't that why we make appointments?" After he heard that remark, he said; "well, this isn't gonna work out." Opened the door and walked out of the room. I followed him to the front counter, and as he walked into his office, I thanked him for wasting my time, told him he was unprofessional, and I left the office. After spending all of 2 minutes with Dr. McClure, it was obvious that he didn't care about me or my time at all. The least Dr. McClure or his staff could have done was apologize, inform me that they were about 45 minutes behind schedule, and ask me if I w

He was unprofessional, discourteous, egotistical, and insensitive. I felt disrespected not only as a patient…….but as a person. As if his time is more important than mine, because he is a doctor? I don’t think so. I would obviously not recommend Dr. McClure just based on his attitude, demeanor and arrogance irrespective of of his abilities as a doctor.

Very pleasant and thorough care, great instructions, and they were able to see me right away!

I've had the "pleasure" of having 5 surgeries and Dr McClure and his staff have always treated me as well as i could hope. They've been able to answer all my questions in a timely manner and Dr McClure takes every question and concern to heart with his experience and guidance.

I had a right knee repair 11 years ago, and that knee has performed very well all this time. Two weeks ago I had a rotator cuff and labrum repair, as well as removal of some loose floating cartilage and reduction of a bone spur. In both cases the prep, surgery, and followup have been exceedingly good. I feel confident that I've gotten the best possible repairs, and that I will recover from this surgery just as well as my prior surgery. Thank you Dr. McClure, Monica, and Ashley! I saw Dr McClure for the second time. He was just as wonderful the second time as the first. He was sensitive and caring and light hearted. Easy to talk to (and cry to). Forewarning... this is gonna be a long one...Recently I was involved in a jet ski accident. I knew I injured my knee and wasn’t sure where or what to do. A friend of mine suggested Dr McClure and gave me his #. From the first moment I called in to now ( post surgery), my experience has been superb! Monica and Ashley treat you like family. Monica has everything down to a science. There is no stress, no questions left unanswered. She is amazing. The first time I saw Dr McClure, he put my mind at ease. He spent time with me to insure I felt comfortable with my options and decisions. I have never had that in a physician. I was not just a number, but a person with questions and concerns. It was obvious they care. On the day of surgery Dr McClure remembered how phobic I was with surgery and calmed my nerves, making sure I felt secure. Again.... not a typical situation. After my surgery Monica made sure I had everything I needed.she took into consideration any and all things that could happen and had a plan. I even called her after my surgery and she picked up the phone to see how I was doing. My recovery has been amazing, Dr MCClure did a fabulous job on my knee, treatment plan for PT and follow up appts. I will always use these guys for any orthopedic issues and HIGHLY recommend them! From Dr McClure with his warm kind personality, down to the staff,my visits were perfect. Everyone is kind, sympathetic and I never felt rushed. My knee surgery went perfectly and I have already recommended my family and friends. My brother in law will be having surgery shortly Highly recommended! Look no further!

This is the only Doctor's office where no one ever answers the phone! I've always had to leave a message which is horrible. Once I asked the person in the office why doesn't anyone ever answers the phone and she said, "we have meetings and things"!! Have you ever heard of such a thing! I guess patience are not important enough for this office. Also, no one is allowed to talk to the doctor, all calls are answered by the assist. This is ridiculous. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Dr. McClure and his staff are the best!

Dr McClure gives sound advice and doesn't rush to a surgical fix. My husband and I will ALWAYS go to McClure!

Dr McClure has taken great care of me. Very knowledgeable, great staff. Always on time. Very responsive.

Amazing staff, Monica & Gardenia are both friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Mc Clure takes the time to listen and explain. Would highly recommend!

I went to Dr McClure after a very long year of pain and having no results with PT - I would definitely recommend him -I have been recommending him to everyone I know, he spends quality time and explained everything- Very knowledgeable!! My surgery for SLAP tear went well and I have fully recovered, back to work- no more pain!!!! THANK YOU DR. McClure and staff !!!!!!! I can't Thank you enough

Mcclure's office is only great for someone if they are ok with allowing a total stranger to do whatever they want and not care about explaining it to you or helping your recovery. If you bring up pain, be prepared to be told to just take two. Left me without a script for a week while it was sitting on the desk because they kept leaving early... only cares about your money. Find honesty in a surgeon. Performed extra things while I was already on table without my ok!
