Once I got in as very busy today was quick & to the point. Looking forward to next stage of treatment.

As always the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Dennison takes the time to listen to what I'm saying to ensure that he understands my problem. He then explains what he feels will rectify the problem, with his office staff doing follow up the next day or two days later.

If I had read the other reviews I would have chosen someone else....but I was pleasantly surprised at a normal wait time for my appt. Dr Dennison was extremely "Old School" compassionate. He was thorough on his review of both my MRI disks as well as the reports and discussed them with me. I found his bedside manner to be great and refreshing given some of the Drs Ive seen since being injurred. Im home today after 4 cervical spine steroidal injections and felt that while his office for these procedures was busy, that I was very well attended to while there. If I had not felt comfortable with him treating me in a caring and knowledgeable manner I wouldnt have gone through this procedure. He had great staff from what I experienced. Dr. Dennison takes time with his patients to provide the best care. He does my procedures in the office because of my insurance and I appreciate his flexibility. The wait times can be long but it’s because he’s treating everyone with the same care I receive.

I showed up to my new patient 10am appointment and proceeded to check in. The front office employee informed me I wasn't scheduled for an appointment, wait.... Maybe I'm at the wrong place, nope they had all my information but not the appointment scheduled. Can't believe I imagined the date and time. They asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment, I told them not if this is how you operate. Should have know better by all the negative reviews already posted by others. Save your time from being waisted.

Wonderful staff and physician. Dr. Dennison proved to show care while in the room and always listens to every concern I have. While the wait can sometimes take a minute, it’s definitely worth it to receive the care APC provides !

Absolutely ridiculously long wait time. Last appointment was over 3 hours with my very sick 74 year old mother. Terribly run business.

Professional and courteous atmosphere. He really pays attention to his patients needs in administering the proper care.

9:50am appt. I found that 10 people had the same appt. I tried to reschedule and was told that their would be a $75.00 fee for rescheduling. But, it was 11:45am.

Unreasonable wait time for an appointment and no consideration for your time lost. Really not worth the time. Waited over 90 minutes past every appointment they set for me. If you tell them you cant wait any longer, they insist on charging you a $75 fee.

Stay away from this doctor. He also rounds at St. Joe’s hospitals. He is condescending and has horrible bedside manners. Does not care about his patients and ignores them! I ended up having a seizure because of this man.

If I could give Dr. Dennison 0 stars I would. He was condescending, didn't listen, dismissed my concerns, and perscribed me a medication I told him I had extreme adverse reactions to. I thought doctors took an oath to "first do no harm" but apparently he has forgotten this. Do yourself a favor and avoid Dr. Dennison.

I’ve never waited less than 2 hours to see the doctor. Canceled the day before my injection appointment because of illness, was told the only way I wouldn’t be charged was if I went to the appointment and the doctor determined whether or not I was sick.

First appointment was my last appointment. He told me that I "couldn't possibly" have the condition I was diagnosed with by multiple doctors over the past ten-plus years, because I didn't "seem depressed." He said my body was just "deconditioned," told me to exercise, stay away from caffeine, and go back to school (which this last bit is out of left-field, because what does that have to do with my chronic pain disorder)? Guess I will continue to muddle through on my own. It was hard enough trying to find a new doctor, but I don't appreciate the way I was treated. Almost like "mansplaining." I wasn't trying to get pills, was hoping for a treatment plan and more guidance than that I can get a membership to the YMCA because I don't have kids and therefore can spend my money on myself. A condescending, uncaring doctor. This doctor made my sibling wait 90 minutes inside an examination room before he finally arrived to go over his pain medication needs, and immediately upon arriving rudely stated one of his family members needed to leave the room so he could discuss this (without explanation as we had a nurse come in multiple times and say nothing of the sort). Since Dr Dennison arrived 90 minutes late, my sibling also was also unable to take their prescription pain medication (which we had informed the staff of numerous times, he’s in excruciating pain and needed to take the meds etc etc) on time and began experiencing severe discomfort due to the many broken and fractured bones in their body before the appt even ended (2 1/2 hours after it was scheduled to be completed). What an abysmal experience. I would never come back to this establishment after how my family was treated by Dr. Dennison and after seeing his blatant disregard for his patients pain despite being a “pain doctor”. Dr. D may be a good doc I will never know. I never got far enough along into treatment to find out. I discovered after 3 appts that the medical group APC is a part of is a FRAUD/MONOPOLY. Because I am a VA patient and APC refuses to fax my pain med script to the VA they have decided that they will force me to buy my meds from their pharmacy 2 doors down from the office instead of sending it to a pharmacy I requested where I can get it cheaper. I paid $15/30 pills (2x day for 2 wks), $15/14 pills (2 x day for 1 wk) and $15/42 pills (3 x day for 2 wks). The med is HYDROCODONE. Dr. D with no explanation cut my meds in half day 1 w/o even telling me and started this crazy 1 wk 2 wk a time refill. I am a 100% disabled vet fused from the T10 to S1. Dr. D's reviews looked good and things sounded good but paying for my own meds under fraudulent circumstances and chasing down/doing all of their leg work to get testing done just isn't worth it! 2+ wks chasing MRI appt!!

My only real complaint is the long wait. Not every time but most. When I have an appointment at let’s say 10:00am and the Dr get there at 9:50am there is no way to catch up. So it makes it very difficult for my schedule the rest of the day. I am happy with the care

Great Dr! Love his confidence and how much he has established in his career! His bedside manners are fantastic and his listening skills to his patients are hands down the best-Never a fan of his staff but I go to see him not his staff! Can’t wait to see him again soon!

If I could give a negative star rating, I would! He does not deserve even 1 star! TERRIBLE HOSPITAL BED SIDE MANOR! First consult this physician (I use that term lightly) made very harsh judgments and accuses a bed ridden, handicapped man of selling his own pain meds?? Accused his wife of not taking care of him? Accused other physician’s of medical misuse? Wants to put him in a facility instead of his own home for weeks during a pandemic. His body is not strong enough to battle COVID if god forbid he got sick. This patient is such a kind, good man who didn’t deserve to be treated this way. No one wants to be in the hospital and you made him feel awful. There are people in this world that truly have very little quality of life due to many medical reasons and DO NOT abuse the only things that make life a bit more bearable and manageable when confined to a bed 24/7. Not everyone is a drug addict, sir. A little compassion would have gone a long way. Signed, a concerned sister in law.

He did not understand the extent of my pain and how to realistically handle it. He also had me have an MRI of my neck without explaining what it was for. By that time, I was so upset I forgot to ask him. He has an MRI machine is in his office. Sounds like I helped to pay for it. I would not recommend him.

Wait time is horrible, first visit we waited 2 hours. 2nd visit we waited 3 1/2 hours. This doctor has no compassion for his patients. My mother is 85 and is very ill and much pain. The first visit he allowed me to enter with her. I was very upset about the wait time and I let him know about it. Dr. Dennison does not want to see my mom anymore after she denied an unnecessary procedure. He then, sent her a certified letter stating that she didn’t want to continued his plan of treatment. I do not recommend him. He is not professional and treats his client with disrespect.

I was excited to have found this office and they were able to see me the very next day. But we waited 3 hours the first visit and 2-3 hours every visit after. Great doctor, he really cares and knows his stuff. I had terrible back pain, I could barely move and after less than 6 months I was pain free.

I had a great experience. Dr. Dennison was kind and attentive, and I felt very comfortable and cared for. Friendly and very helpful office staff.

Dr. Dennison and I spoke about the current improvements of my pain management conditions, to date. Which is positive, and I still may require more time, to complete possible healing of my known conditions.

After he gave her an epidural treatment, she woke in excruciating pain and was told to shut up because she was bothering other people. His staff rushed her out of his surgery center and told her to go home and take a nap. She had the same pain during the 40 minute drive home, and then could not be helped out of our car. After an ambulance trip to the nearest hospital, she was admitted with both fever and pain noted. She was later told by hospital staff that her pain and fever were related to an embolism (bubble) located in her spinal column. As a professional going in for an interview, I had a very unprofessional experience. They were very disorganized in multiple ways. An example and the biggest deterrent was I called to clarify my credentials being correct for the position, which was confirmed. When I went in for the interview they told me my credentials were not what they needed. It was disrespectful of my time. Other examples are 1)contact points with them (email and phone), 2) them rescheduling the interview with me, and 3) a confusing lobby due to not being given information. Posting this for a relative since I was searching for his office phone number. She has had a very positive experience with her appointments and care. Biggest comment is that he listens and tries to treat her issues.

I just recently started seeing Dr. Dennison and he is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to talk to his patients. My regular doctor recommended me to him and I am glad he did.

The worst staff. Twice we have been to this dr and both times the wait time outside is over 1 hour. The guy maybe a genius (I am yet to see him how good he is ) his office staff and organization is definitely a mess.

Dr. Dennison was not very understanding to my needs. Gave me the wrong medicine for my foot that was swollen due to a broken foot and caused it to swell more because of the medicine. Called office and he did not return call or showed any concern.

I was very impressed with Dr. Dennison's physical exam and thoroughness. However the wait time was extremely long ( almost 1 hour and15 minutes).

Dr. Dennison took the time to listen and help me with all my pain concerns without suggesting that I couldn't get opiods in Florida. He understood my need for pain meds and said he would monitor me closely to find the perfect meds to keep me out of pain. My experience at Dr Dennisons office has always been a positive one (despite the fact I'm in pain) the staff always remembers my name and is always friendly and helpful.
