Dr. Stanley J Foster III

Had reconstructive surgery at 16 years old as a corrective procedure. when taking my stitches out, this doctor put his hand on my stomach while I was laying down and shook it (literally like the truffle shuffle) and told me I was too fat to have had bothered having had these surgeries. I moved onto another doctor to have my future procedures.

Dr Foster is one of the best plastic surgeons I have ever gone to. He truly care about his patients. He will go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and understand everything that is going to happen. Dr. Fosters instructions are very very clear so if you don't remember something, because it happens when you are nervous, it is all right in the written instructions. Which is so very helpful. Unprofessional doctor .

I went to this Doctor (hack) for tattoo removal and paid the full balance up front. I did some research on the procedure and trusted Dr. Foster to give me the results I was looking for. Big mistake. This doctor did not know how to work the machine properly. He started the first session without numbing. His assistant came into the room and told the Dr to put the cold air on to numb the area. On two sessions, the laser did not work and he had to reschedule. I received multiple bills from his office because he wasn't making enough money and felt that I was undercharged. That was quickly corrected. On one of my visits, the assistant said the doctor was getting rid of the machine because he wasn't making enough money. He told me to increase the sessions until the machine was gone. The work was not completed. I went to another Dr who told me that Dr. Foster did not know what he was doing and may have caused permanent damage. Beware of this Dr and avoid him at all costs! I have been a patient of Dr. Stanley Foster now for almost 5 years and will continue to be. I drive from almost an hour away and have always been pleased with any procedure that I ave had done. Dr. Foster has always made me feel comfortable and has a way about him that I feel always that I’m in “good hands” which to me is very important. I have been a patient since November 2017. I have had a breast lift and in July of this year I had smart lipo. I can not say anything but fantastic things about Dr. Foster. My first surgery I had a reaction to anesthesia from the hosp. And he offered to come to my home and do my post op. He was in touch all weekend personally with my husband. I have never heard of any doctor offering that. My husband has been to every appointment with me and agrees that he is the best. After I saw him for the very first appointment I had a second opinion and the second opinion doctor offered me implants. Dr. Foster never tried to push anything on me and in fact told me that I didn’t need them. I think he has a fantastic sense of humor I think that he’s extremely personable takes the time answers all your questions and even jokes around at the end. My suggestion to anyone reading terrible reviews and trust me I’ve read them all working in a doctors office myself I did my research, Make an appointment go for a consultation get a feel for the physician, Please do not listen to every review from every person who expects the world handed to them in a gold cup with expectations that their body cannot meet no matter who the surgeon is. Dr. Stanley Foster is well deserving of this 5 STAR rating. He performed surgery on both of my hands , involving both carpal tunnel release and trigger finger release in each hand. His work was excellent, with the result of my having no more pain or problem in either hand. There are no noticeable scars. Beyond his outstanding surgical skill, he is a caring, concerned doctor, who followed up with me by phone on the evening of my surgeries, on the following day, and a few days later. I never had to wait when I was in his office for my follow up appointments. His office is clean, attractive and comfortable. Dr. Foster is excellent at what he does. I've had several surgeries and am happy with the results. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and then after the surgery personally calls. I would recommend Dr. Foster for whatever you need done.

How come I am seeing these amazing reviews? I wish I had the same results and experience as these wonderful reviews.. I would trust this doctor with my life. If I were choosing a hair stylist or a psychologist, I might look for other characteristics, but I was looking for a surgeon. Dr. Foster was so careful, diligent, cautious and meticulous. He took my concerns seriously and spent as much time as needed to make sure I understood what was involved. I never felt pushed to make a choice, and when radiation from years earlier threatened my recovery, he persevered to make sure I got the extra care needed.

I have been dealing with being cut open 3 more times after the surgery with infections for the past 2 years went to another dr who is fighting the insurance to have this whole surgery done over again. I have also contacted a lawyer and will be going after malpractice. I would not recommend any one go to this dr at all. Warning Warning Warning This doctor is by far One of the worse plastic surgeons !!! His office is totally unprofessional and he will butcher you if allowed to do ANY procedure. I wish I researched him more Thoroughly before allowing him Destroy and Botch my surgery. When I expressed my displeasure with the outcome he acknowledged that he “messed up” and would “redo it “ However his office would not reschedule or return phone calls. I then received a letter in the mail claiming that there would be a charge and if I do not want to pay to stop calling his office. I have moved forward with legal action. I've known Dr. Foster for at least 10 years. He's done two carpal tunnel surgeries for me and removed cysts, moles and skin tags for both me and my husband. Last year my son was bit in the face by a dog. Instead of going to the ER, I called Dr. Foster. He was in the middle of a surgery and his receptionist interrupted to tell him about my son. Dr. Foster finished up his surgery and cleared his schedule for the afternoon to repair my son's face. He is genuine, kind and gentle and takes the time to listen to what I have to say. Dr. Foster is always great to talk to and has a good sense of humor; which makes any procedure a lot easier!! I highly recommend Dr. Foster. Just love him! Years ago I was looking for a cellulose treatment and was able to find Dr. Foster At that time he was one of the only doctors to have the state of the art machine to do so.. My consult was thourough and professional and informative. I had the procedure done and was very pleased with the results. Fast forward many years and throughout these years I have had many procedures done by Dr Foster (face, legs, , breasts) to name a few- and have always been completely happy with the results. He listens, he understands my needs and always helps me to achieve the outcome that I am hoping to get. He will not give anyone expectations that are unrealistic and explains everything completely before, during and after any procedure. I have referred many friends and family to him. My mother recently had a face and lower neck lift done by Dr Foster and the results are amazing. He is more than a doctor he is an artist. His suturing skills are amazing. My scars are invisible after a few months. He takes his time and does it right. I’ve had 3 separate surgies preformed by Dr Foster. He’s has been a wonderful Dr and truly cares about his work. My last surgery was very difficult, he not only called me at home to check up on me that evening but had also extended the offer of a home visit. You just don’t see that kind of concern for patients anymore!! I highly recommend him.
