Dr Lutz always answers questions. If he can't answer in the allotted appointment time, he asks the patient to make another appointment so he can fully clear up the issue. He follows up on everything! He has contacted me at home when the results of a test were not as expected. He wants his patients to fully understand their health issues. He will refer a patient to a specialist when he feels that is necessary. I wouldn't want anyone else to be my primary care provider.
