My father had a great experience! The staff was great and very helpful. Dr. Frost was very nice The wait time was quick in and out, would highly recommend to family and friends!

Dr. Frost is always very friendly, caring, and professional.

Dr. Frost is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen to his patients. I was stressed about this appointment, but was completely at ease after our discussions. I would recommend him to anyone who may have urological issues.

I still have not heard abut a test that was done over a week ago. It does seem he should have given me report no matter what it was. Very disappointed in him. Maybe he has gotten to busy to take care of his patients any more.

I had a professional experience during check-in; got in to see the Dr. quickly; and he was able to reassure me and handle my concerns quickly. Overall, a great experience!

Excellent patient care and medical knowledge.

Everything was good -- Doctor, the staff, location, building -- professional and friendly staff.

Doctor Frost is outstanding. His intelligence, experience and manner are very reinsuring. With Dr. Frost, you know you are in good hands. His staff members are also excellent and cooperative.

Short wait time and always good to see the doctor

I had an emergency and walked into the office to get examined. I was told.my doctor was out and they were booked solid. The front desk assistant stated Dr. Frost agreed to see me due to.my emergency. I really appreciated Dr.Frost going the extra mile and treating me given his booked schedule. Very good bedside manners as well.

Dr. Frost, along with his magnificent stafff, is absolutely the greatest.

My husband is very satisfied with Dr. Frost’s office manners, knowledge, and his concern that his patient understands the medical information provided. If Dr. Frost is a little late, he spends whatever time is needed; he doesn’t rush through the appt.

Horrible doctor. Worst experience of my life.

Dr. Frost always seems to be in a hurry. I feel rushed, and it's sometimes difficult to voice my concerns before he's out the door.

Thankful that I was able to get in the same day. Fast, efficient and Dr. Frost was great and did everything he could to get me on the road to feel better.

Doctor Frost is very good, he explains the pills he wants me to take, and is very knowledgeable. He does not mind if I ask questions.

Dr Frost has been my doctor since 2003. Great doctor and he did surgery on me for Prostate Cancer and he have been my doctor since then.

Dr. Frost was friendly and responsive to my questions. He listened to my thoughts on my treatment and made me very comfortable.

Everyone there shows true concern. Dr Frost and his staff are gentle and take care of business with the least amount of pain and discomfort as possible. I hope no one has to go here, but if you do, you're at the right place. All professionals here.

Please get rid of mask wearing, at least for those of us that have been vaccinated. A study published today has confirmed that a mask does not stop the spread of the virus.

My first time with this Dr. He was very welcoming he took time to explain my situation..he as questions and asked if I had questions or concerns! Didn't rush me glad I made the choice to choose him I would highly recommend him.

The experience from check in to check out was incredible. Everyone was cheerful and personable. Dr. Frost is what a doctor should be. He is engaging and humorous. My problems are just that; my problems. They were addressed professionally and thoroughly.

Dr Frost has been my urologist now for at least a couple of decades. He has always been friendly, congenial and helpful. His professional advice is always concise and correct. I attribute my well being in part to him and I am most thankful that he has been my urologist. Dean Fellows

Very unprofessional staff don't have a Rn. He have Cna for a nurse they don't wear name tags or picture to ID he don't pay attention what's going on with his patients my husband cancer got out of control because Dr. Frost didn't listen to him I do not recommend No one to him.

AH-MAY-ZING First appointment. Couldn't believe how professional and on top of it everyone was. Very short wait. Nurse was a total pro (didn't even feel the needle for a PSA). Frost was textbook perfect. Talks to you LIKE A PERSON. Not rushed. Great listener. Extremely competent. Professional with a good bedside manner.

Very GOOD, YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG IF YOU DO HE WILL FIX IT.

I FIRST SAW DR. FROST IN 2012.... HE AND HIS STAFF HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, DETAILED, HELPFUL , AND FRIENDLY. DR. FROST IS EVERYTHING ONE WOULD WANT IN A UROLOGY SPECIALIST.

I DO recommend Dr. Frost. He’s a tremendous asset to your clinic.

Not a very caring doctor do not explain your care very well do not have a nurse no I would not recommend know one.

Dr Frost is very easy to talk to and took the time to explain his diagnosis. His staff is super friendly and professional. Doctor Frost is very knowledgeable, experienced and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Frost and his assistant, Johnny, did a great job of making me feel comfortable and explaining the entire procedure step by step as it was taking place. They also answered all of my questions fully. I feel that I received very knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring treatment.

Dr. Frost totally botched a surgery of mine, never took responsibility for it, and then when he truly knew it was a mess, just advised me to----"live with it".....After going to 6 other urologists for almost 2 years I ended up losing a testicle, and having varicose veins, and other problems in my scrotum all due to his ineptness. He needs to either retire or be retired by the group of doctors with whom he works before more damage is done...
