Dr. Steven D Feiner

Only Dr. Feiner seems to be on his game. My wife and I have bills due for eight months due to the unresponsive front desk and billing department who won't refile under the insurance we provided at check in. They continued to file under our past insurance which we explained well was not the current insurance. This seems to be a Orlando health thing. This is the University office. I have updated this on March 1st as it seems the charges were just now showing paid on my correct insurance as of February 2022. I will leave the frustrations above as others might be warned of an office staff not willing to go the extra mile in resolving an insurance problem that could affect ones credit. Horrible supporting staff at the University office. No callbacks, support, or guidance on medication. The front desk is always hidden behind dark-tinted glass and won't talk to you unless they want to. I was left waiting for 50 minutes before I walked up to the window and opened it only to be told, "Sorry, I didn't realize you already signed I." If they stay off their cell phones, they might have noticed the two patients waiting. Now I have been trying to fix a medication order they messed up for two weeks, and still nothing. The office was very busy the morning of my appointment and I arrived 20 minutes late. I also had all new patient paperwork to fill out. So I knew I was being worked in. When I saw Dr. Feiner he was very patient and attentive. He carefully reviewed my medical history and asked me questions. He completed a physical exam and reassured me that he would get me scheduled for the needed procedure and get me some answers. Just very caring of my needs. Very prompt with sending referrals. I have been a patient for about 9 years I think....wouldn't go anywhere else. DR FEINER IS THE BEST

After visiting 20 + doctors over 15 years that treated just the symptoms, I finally got the pleasure to meet with, Dr, Feiner. He took the time to listen, understand, and then scope/biopsy me based on his vast knowledge/hunch to test me for a very rare disease, mastocytic enterocolitis….and it came back positive. Although that sounds like a negative, his test helped me finally get the diagnosis I needed and he was able to put a treatment regimen that allows me to live a mostly normal life, whereas before, it was too painful. Dr, Feiner is truly a lifesaver! I referred all my friends and coworkers to him ever since and will continue to do so for going above and beyond!l. 7 years post diagnosis, I found out that the vast majority of MD’s never even heard of the disease, let alone have the knowledge to test for it. He even mentioned I was the first to come back positive. Yaay for me! Kudos to Dr, Feiner believing in me, my symptoms, and quite honestly, saving my life.

The team was in order to take the documents I'd brought. Dr Feiner took the time to review the CT report prior to coming into the exam room. He listened attentively to my concerns then took the time to explain my situation and respond to my concerns.

The first time I came which was last year I was extremely disappointed in the attitude of the staff as well as the way I was treated. However, this time was the total opposite. The staff was extremely attentive they were very professional and I felt treated well.

I have been going to Dr. Feiner for many years now, but only see him for my once every five years colonoscopy. He is a great doctor, who also takes terrific care of my son-in-law, who sees him annually. I have complete confidence in his skills to protect me from colon cancer, which runs in the family.

One of my favorite doctors. Always listens. Always friendly. Takes time with me. Is thorough. Highly recommend.

Dr. Feiner is a compassionate and very competent doctor whom I so appreciate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feiner for about 7 years. He is extremely professional, courteous, compassionate and skilled. He has a genuine caring nature and is always truly interested and engaged. Dr. Feiner is never in a rush to move on to the next patient. I'm extremely grateful to him (and his staff) and have no hesitation in posting this recommendation. Really disappointed. My appointment was rescheduled by the office 3 times. Last one this morning 35 min before an appointment and now Dr. Feiner will be on vacation not back till June. I am so disappointed. I took time off work and all. ????

Have called this office several times and left voicemails. No one will return my calls. They are incredibly inaccessible.

He helped me with my IBS issues with a very simple and inexpensive remedy. My life is soooo much better now!

Everyone is nice and professional in his office. Dr. Feiner and his nurse practitioner are very polite and courteous. His nurse practitioner is very sweet and she is the best at explaining everything to the detail. After years of illness I finally found a team that actually cares and wants me to get better as much as I do!

Good guy and great doctor. Megan is cool too.
