I had the worst experience with their scheduling staff. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with an attendant who told me I had a virtual appointment on Monday at 11:30 am. That appointment was never scheduled. I called to check and another attendant that was extremely rude told me I was not even in the system and the earliest she could get me in was on Friday. I told her I needed to find another doctor due to the level of pain I was in. She showed no compassion and no sympathy at all. The following day I get an e-mail with the confirmation of a Tuesday appointment which I did not make. When I tried to check in for the appointment it did not let me. I tried to call them to inform of the issue, and gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. A day later I get another e-mail regarding an appointment on Friday. When I called to cancel it, once more the attendant was extremely rude and said I did not have any appointment and was not even in the system. Yesterday I got a call asking if I would be able to change my appointment on Friday. An appointment I never made and according to two attendants I was not scheduled for. Dr Luke left firm also leaving patients (my husband being one of them) to fall through cracks. Takes min 10 min to talk to a live person after being on a wait hold no matter what day or time (hopefully they don't accidentally disconnect). If you like run a round this is the place for you. This office still will not tell my husband his test results. They insisted on making another appointment (which is more money out of pocket) ridiculous and greedy group. Dr. Luke is an exceptional doctor. He has great bedside manner and is a great listener. He'll answer any questions you have and explain your condition and treatment plan to ensure you are informed and the captain of your own care. The one discrepancy you may find with Dr. Luke is that he is a little shy and reserved at first. He is still a wonderful, compassionate, and friendly doctor once you get to know him. I would highly recommend anyone who needs to see a urologist to get established with him.

Even though it took a while to get in for the appointment, Dr. Luke and the staff were great! Took the time necessary to explain, answer all questions, has a sense of humor ;0) as did his nurse which was appreciated. Would I return? Absolutely, but hope I don't have to ;0)

I was referred to Dr. Luke, several years ago when I developed kidney stones. However, he turned out to be the the best physician I've had. He treated my urology problems with expertise and caring along with his nurse, wife. A team exceeding expectations. I was devastated when he transferred out of the area with his family. He is sadly missed and it is difficult to replace his knowledgeable ministrations and the kindness with which he treated his patients.

Dr. Luke is awesome. Knows his stuff and will answer questions. Personable. Does not talk down to you. Can't say enough about Steve. Sorry to hear he has moved to Colorado.

I drive 2 hours for an appointment with Dr. Luke. One of 2 Dr's I keep going to in Naples even though I moved to SE Fla. I have seen Dr. Luke for many years and he is the best in his field. Trust me, I saw many doctors before I met Dr. Luke.

Left 17NOV review including a critique for unreasonably lengthy delay (1:50), for a procedure Dr. Luke performed at Specialists in Urology facility. Since then, unprompted, Dr. Luke apologized for the delay, several minutes after hearing an announcement in the waiting room that there were 45 minute delays seeing another doctor there, with apologies. Beats unannounced, unacknowledged delays. I withdraw my criticism and revise the rating to 4 stars.

Pleasant, soft-spoken; listens; attentive to patient concerns/questions. Not disposed to offer condition intracacies or protocol specifics unless asked. Reassuring demeanor/eye contact. Annoyed to endure an altogether intolerable (hours) wait at 'Sunergy' outpatient facility where Dr. Luke performs procedures. Would like to award 5 stars, but that horrid wait! The upstairs Specialists in Urology office is punctual, comfortable - nice.

Bad experience, when your care provider bails on you. However, I choose Dr Luke on a friends referral, she is also not real happy. My experience is this. I am healthy and need his services on an annual basis. Over the last 3 years this office has shown me how a disorganized a functioning business can be. Case in point, I see him annually, the process has blood work and Dr review. Well they didn't do the full blood work up and as a result I had to redo the blood and was charged twice. Never again

Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Explains things in an easy to understand manner.

Very competent physician who listens and answers questions. He takes his time and does not make you feel rushed. Terrific bedside manner.
