Dr. Francisco was great. She was friendly and really took the time to let me ask questions. I did not feel like the appointment was rushed. The office staff was very flexible and was able to get my son seen within a couple of days for a sports physical. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Francisco.

Horrible Office Staff. Staff is rude and Unprofessional. Barbara has rude telephone manners and is extremely unprofessional. Dr. Sue Ann Francisco is nice but isn’t very friendly. Definitely don’t recommend this practice. Take your children elsewhere.

This has been THE WORSE pediatrician my children has ever had! Sue Ann Francisco seems to be very UNDER knowledge of medical care and not trustworthy at all. I would take my kids to a more knowledgeable doctor next time and I highly encourage you to do the same!

I have two kids under 3 so I have spent a fair amount of time at this office for sickness, vaccines etc. The staff is always friendly and there's never much of a wait. Dr. Francisco is so kind and gentle and my kids do not fear going to the dr. She explains things very thoroughly and answers any questions I have.

Love, love, love the doctor, perhaps the first in my 22 years of parenting where I feel the doctor truly takes her time during appointments to cover all and any concerns. I never feel rushed and am so happy to have found this practice. We came upon this office after our pediatrician of 16 years moved so I never imagined being so happy with a new practice.

She is very caring and treats you like a family member and not just a number. Staff in Oviedo is Great!!
