Dr. Buchek is amazing. Shes caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She's been my family's primary care provider since the birth of my son 7 years ago.
Good medical care overall. I felt she could really come across as demeaning at times. I would not recommend the facility either. The secretaries were poor at communicating. I remember once telling them I had 2 issues prior to coming in. The doctor gave me a bit of a hard time. She had an irritated tone but I told her the office staff clearly didn't accommodate or communicate because I told them. She was quiet after I said that but I just said to myself I'm ready to move on from her. Bedside manner and a heart for people trumps all the smarts in the world. I needed someone more well rounded. She has been proactive in managing my health issues. She takes time to listen to my concerns and point of view. She's very thorough. I trust her.
Dr. Buchek is very attentive. She is genuinely concerned for her patients and provides quality care. Prompt in returning calls and thoroughly explains reason for tests and subsequent results.

Dr. Buchek will always return your call, and if she can't, she will make sure a nurse on staff calls within the same day (or the next morning if possible). She explains why medical tests are being ordered, and is honest with you if she is not sure and needs to ask another doctor for their opinion. I am extremely confident in her clinical skill and expertise.
