Do not care about Dr. Murphy's Nurse, very unprofessional to the point of being rude to the Patient!

Dr. Murphy seemed to care at the time we had the appointment, however, we (my wife and I) found out afterwards that her follow-up care is not only lacking but non-existent. She and her staff wouldn't timely complete forms. When they did finally complete them they included completely superfluous information that negated the forms content for no reason that myself or any of my other medical professional care-givers can understand. I would not recommend anyone of any age see Dr. Murphy she doesn't care about you, your health or any of your needs. She wants you in, out and PAID, that is all.

Dr. Murphy seems knowledgeable about thyroid disease but the customer service of her office is terrible. Twice I ran out of medication for 2 and 3 days because they delayed responding timely and seemed not concerned when told when I would run out of medication.

I have been a patient of dr murphys for several years,she has relocated her office and I have not been able to locate her.i would appreciateciate a new address.

Dr. Murphy's front desk staff are extremely unprofessional and were even discussing another patient while I was in the waiting room. Dr. Murphy herself is terrible she does not appear to be knowledgeable in any way also she fails to return patient phone calls. Save your time and your money find another doctor!

I took my 75 year old grandmother to her and she is absolutely cruel! Told her that she didn't believe in pain medications and that my grandmother could just take Tylenol. Also my grandma has accidents and got sent a jury duty notice and this physician wouldn't give her physicians certificate to get her out of having to go through jury duty! My grandma has been disabled since 1995 and has horrible back, knee, and hip issues. This physician is a complete joke!
