Dr. Susan Felice Turner

I reached out to Dr. Turner in need of an immediate counselling due to a traumatic event in my life. Dr. Turner returned my call within 24 hours and offered a consultant within a week. She made herself available throughout the week, when i just needed to "Talk". I am beyond grateful for Dr. Turner, she is a great provider who listens and provides genuine feedback and ways to cope with stress, anxiety and just the overall situation. I loved how she went through the healing process starting with the childhood events. I'm thankful for her and all she does for others.

Dr. Turner is an understanding, compassionate & reliable therapist that truly cares about her patients & works hard to make sure they receive the treatment they need. Her schedule is flexible & she always makes herself available. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years now & am grateful to have found her.

She projects her anxieties on her patients and does not have their best interest in mind. She is also very disorganized. Someone who was supposed to make me feel safe turned on me and is the person who caused a panic attack.

East to talk with, kind compassionate and patient. Made time for me on an emergency basis. I wish I had found her before

She is horrible. Tells patients they aren’t the problem and encourages their negative behavior while also putting the problems on family members and not herself meanwhile she is getting paid to help fix things not make them worse . Don’t even waste your time ! So rude and impatient !! Very unprofessional as well.

Dr. Susan Turner is an open and honest therapist who is nothing but patient, compassionate, and warm-hearted. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. After going to her for about a year now, I feel that I have someone I can safely go to to share my feelings with and be helped and supported through all of my problems. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could, as well as highly recommend her.
