Silvia has been my GP for 14 years. I could not ask for a more caring physician.

Dr. Sylvia is the best! She is very creative and knowledgeable, including knowing when to ask for help from a specialist. She also doesn't leave a stone unturned - totally thorough, with impeccable follow-through. Her office is a solid, reliable, warm team of ladies. The whole experience is supportive, reassuring, and professional. And one thing that is rare in this field is the understanding and support for emotional difficulties, how they impact physical health, and how to treat them. Thumbs up!!

I was a college student seeking a kind, respectable ladydoctor who didn't judge me on the weight I'd put on, or overlook my actual medical issues in favor of telling me to lose weight. Weight bias is REAL in the medical field, and I expected more out of a "compassionate, kind doctor who practices from the heart". I left feeling incredibly insecure, body shamed and humiliated. "Just lose 10 lbs by the next time I see you"--um, but can you help me with my endometriosis? Can you approach me as a hurting human who deserves to be looked at as a human first and not as a BODY? Excellent female doctor, listens, takes time to understand and very compassionate. Looks at the whole person and starts with a natural approach and integrates western medicine practices if needed. Amazing experience.

Sylvia is the best - She listens & cares - Highly recommended!

Some years back I experienced a crash that I thought would be a few months recovery. It has been 4 years and I still have horrendous and debilitating pain at times. I have seen this affect my companies, my family and those around me, Dr. Sylvia has helped me through the very worst of it. I base my review of a Doctor on how well they get to know their patients, even when at times they must feel like they cannot help them. Hearsey healthcare was the tip of the spear for my recovery and helped line out the rest of my recovery team from specialists to simple massage therapy. I have never experienced a more life changing incident and although I look like a reasonably fit 37 year old man, Dr. Chatroux and her staff have helped me address the problem, not just the symptom. Silvia has been the doctor for me and my daughters for over 20 years and she is a life saver! I could not have stayed as healthy as I have without her devotion to us as her patients and I consider her a friend. She is a true healer and works with us, even when my medical issues became very complicated, she listens and hears all of your concerns. Silvia is extremely intelligent, even diagnosing and curing some issues that other doctors could not. She is a great doctor and person. Although I've never had a PCP I disliked, I've never had one I truly liked. The front office staff here are lovely and very friendly; when I came in, I was greeted warmly and with sincerity. Despite the fact that many offices are not trans-friendly or experienced with trans healthcare, the staff and practitioners here are working to become more educated with the subject and are extremely respectful. Doesn't seem to want to go out of her extremely limited comfort zone to actually help patients. Restrictive and set in her ways, there is not much if any flexibility with this doc.
