Dr. Tajul S. Chowdhury

Was told "visit" was going to run me $160 when the appointment was made, they confirmed on 1/11/2021 and flat out asked the cost for the "visit" was confirmed it would be $160, they called again on 1/13/2021 to reconfirm and get my payment information and informed me it would be $310. as I was going to be a new client they were going to do the "appointment" over the phone. This is not acceptable, I had to scrape up the $160, I would highly suggest avoiding this clinic if you are on a fixed income or worse uninsured and still fighting for disability and have been out of work since 2009.

Yes I went in to see the Dr for the first time the PA asked me if I had kidney failure which I said no, I have had kidney stones in the past, also asked if I had liver failure I also said no, she said they would call the meds in, about a week later She calls me that they could not help me because I had kidney failure, all they had to do was to call my pcp to get the information, they had not one once of compassion for Pituitary Brain craintomy,and 18 fractures on my leg!

I don't care what anyone says. Been patient for more than 8 years. Not every office is perfect. The staff is wonderful, can be strict on their policies on medications, but who wouldn't due to all the changes. OVER ALL VERY SATISFIED

First, you dont see the doctor, you see the PA. I was told I needed a Epidural steroid injection. I was told it required sedation. I was given Propofol by a Medical Technician who said he was trained. I asked where the doctor, I was told they call him in after your're asleep. That's dangerous. They call him via intercom after the patients are asleep. A lot could happen in the 2-3 minutes it takes him to walk from his office to the OR. No thanks, never again. Is that even legal?

The girl who sits at the front desk has a degree in, "I'm sorry" because that's her answer for everything. I waited 4 days for a return call with a question about a new medication I was told to take. I never saw the doctor or the NP, my whole visit was with a medical assistant who ran back and forth to the NP asking him questions. Is that even legal? Someday this office is going to get caught big time and be shut down. Maybe it's better. No one will get injured. Huge lack of seating.

The wait times are awful, the staff is constantly changing. the only time you see the doctor is if you are having some kind of injection or surgery. The worst part is the head nurse she is extremely rude and argumentative when you have to talk to her. If they are going to replace anyone on staff it should be her.

I have had a bad experience with this practice. Always triple over book. Wait time in lobby nothing short of 1 1/2 hours. Then another 30 minutes in patient room. before you see the doc. Another issue that is unacceptable is that this office does not respond to requests made by my mail order pharmacy for refills . I am then having to waste my time with multiple calls trying to get the office to fax over my prescription.. Sorry to say but this is one highly unorganized and lazy staff.

Went in for 8 months and received poor help. Wasted 1000's of dollars and only saw the doctor once and he contradicted everything the PA said. He didnt understand why I had been wasting time doing the wrong treatments and confronted the PA. That would end up being my last visit. Its obvious they are only in it to scam all they can from medicare and medicaid patients, so if you're private pay DONT waste your time and money! Good luck to all of you who are on pain, I pray for all of us!

I don't recommend this clínic at all, first of all they have a ver unfriendly policy for their prescrptions, and when there's a problem at The pharmacy The people in The Office is rude and not resolutive. At The end, we even got charged with "ghost" charges... Not empathic at all with The situation of The kind of patients they claim to handle Maybe Dr Chowdhry is excellent, but his staff has a lot to learn

Long wait times, over 1 hr plus to see even Rosa. Office needs a lot of tlc along with staff. Had my last office visit after 3 years, I'll seek out another pain mgt office after being told by Rosa they just don't hand out pain meds even though it was over a year from my last RX. THAT'S THEIR JOB, guess there is no more money in it for them since I was told they can't do anything else for me. Was very happy with Dr Chowdury, when he had the time to see me and do procedures that helped.

Dr Chowdury has treated me with respect and dignity.He has had more success treating my chronic pain than any Doctor I have had over the last 10 years.

Dr. Chowdhury is an amazing Doctor! Very caring for his patients and u understands each individual. He's that type of Doctor that actually gives you the time to listen to your needs. I feel he's not only a very wise and #1 in his field but professional and caring! No pain!!!! and that i Love!

Dr Chowdhury has built an excellent support team. They have provided the support to make his successful. Rosa Gonzales is the gem that makes their work shine. Rosa and Dr Chowdhury have made it possible for me to walk upright.
