Tamara Dana Kanter

I've seen Dr. Kanter for many years, including personal and family therapy. She is a warm, thoughtful, empathetic person with deep experience as a practitioner who stays current in the research of her field. She listens well, is responsive to her patients needs, and provides honest and candid feedback and guidance.

Dr. Kanter has worked with every member of my family. My ex-wife and I worked with her through our divorce and she was always a calming, compassionate and fair voice. She kept us focused on the importance of moving forward while rebuilding our relationship around our passion for parenting our children. Tamara has worked individually with both of my children. She has also guided me through job loss, anxiety and has been a major influence on my personal growth.
