Garry Hubbard has been seeing Dr Lovelace for several years. We are extremely grateful for her practice. Dr Lovelace is knowledgeable & kind. Her Staff is also knowledgeable and helpful. Harry has had deep cleanings and has had a few extractions. The Big Country is so fortunate to have Teri Brooks Lovelace, D.D.S. and her awesome staff available right here in Abilene.

I was completely comfortable and happy with the staff. They were receptive to my disabilities.

Very professional yet very friendly staff. Dr. Lovelace is gentle and tells you what she's doing, and explains what is being done. She always calls the next day after a major procedure to check on you as well as giving you contacts number in case you have questions or concerns. I strongly recommend her services.

I am consistently seen and attended to at my appointment time, sometimes early, and otherwise within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. The office atmosphere friendliness and professionalism is on point. I have been treated by 3 different hygienists per agreed need due to dates and medical health. Each hygienist is professional, friendly, provide excellent dental care are very attentive to my welfare, and take the time to ask questions, and, listen to my responses. Dr. Lovelace’ practice, she, and her staff are a breath of fresh air in every way. I am wheelchair bound with and number of medical conditions, and have PTSD; she and her team give great effort to be attentive to and proactive toward my needs both physically and emotionally. Thank you Team Lovelace!!

Dr.Teri Brooks Lovelace took more than adequate time to do a thorough examination and explained my diagnosis and treatment. I will be traveling back from Bismarck, ND in June to see her again. Our town in ND has one periodontal Dr. and he did not treat my necrosis. My gums are no longer on fire and swollen and bleeding with ulcers because Dr. Teri diagnosed me and prescribed treatment accordingly. I am so grateful I chose her based on the reviews and gut feels after calling her office. I highly recommend her and her fees are very reasonable.

Dr Lovelace really impressed me with my appoint. after Countless referrals over the last few years, I felt like she truly took the time and interest in fixing the problem and just not passing me off to someone else. Even though she can’t do the particular procedure I need, she’s going above and beyond and trying to find the best doctor who can ensure we don’t just patch a problem but to give me a smile I can be very proud of in the end. Thank you Dr Lovelace for taking the time to set and discuss and explore things with me. Would highly recommend her to others!!!!

Dr. Lovelace & staff took thier time to explain and answer questions. Making sure the process and procedures were as comfortable and painless as possible seem to be thier top priority.

The overall experience at Dr. Lovelace’s office was terrific! She provides excellent care with a kind and gentle chairside manner. The members of her dental team, both front and back, provide outstanding patient service in a most friendly manner. All seem happy to be there!!!! I loved my experience at Dr. Lovelace’s practice.

This place is class act from staff to the dentists. Sarah has been my hygienist and I can’t say enough about professional and good she is every time I go in. I would recommend Dr. Lovelace’s office to anyone needing general or periodontal work. Beyond satisfied with the work they do.

Very professional, friendly staff, always helpful!

As always, services were provided in efficient and friendly manner. Dr Lovelace and her staff continue to exceed expectations with each visit continuing the fantastic experiences I have had here since first seeing her dad, Dr Brooks, around 20 years ago. Have had 4 or 5 regular dentists locally since first referred to Dr Brooks but have and will continue my semi-annual visits with them in addition to my local dentist. Outstanding organization. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Lovelace is a very caring, professional dentist. All of her office staff are friendly, and the dental hygienist is careful that she doesn’t hurt me, since I have sensitive teeth. They also have an attractive office.

Great experience

Teri’s staff is very welcoming and assuring. Each person I met was friendly, calming, and professional. I’ve never been to a female dentist before now, and maybe it’s the fact that she is a woman and a mother that gave me confidence in her. I didn’t do comparative shopping for my implant, and I must admit that it is very pricey. Oh well...I couldn’t do it myself!

A very pleasant experience.

My procedure was thoroughly explained before it was started. The explanation was exactly as what was performed. Teri was very gentle and even though I dislike the numbing shots, I did not feel most of them. I would definitely refer anyone needing a periodontist to her.

Dr. Lovelace and her team are extraordinary! They are patient and kind, explain everything in great detail and make you feel comfortable every step of the way!

Professional and friendly care from all the staff I’ve come in contact with. The gals at the front office helped with the paperwork for my dental insurance provider.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. EVERYTHING was explained in detail. I knew exactly what to expect before the procedure. The procedure was completed in a very short period of time and was almost completely painless. I have had more pain from a grass burr than I had during the procedure. I actually had less stress during the procedure than I had shopping for a few groceries at WalMart that same day.

Dr. Lovelace and her staff are so sweet! They make you feel at ease. My procedure was completely pain free and when the numbness wore off, nothing that a Tylenol wouldn’t take care of.

Very enjoyable and informative. I was in the lobby five minute’s tops before being called back for my consult. Her assistant explained what I could expect when they started working on my tooth. I visited with Dr. Lovelace and confirmed that her assistant said and we talked about how my procedure would be completed. I was set up for an appointment and provided with the total cost of the procedure. Dr. Lovelace was very professional and informative. I feel I was treated with professional courtesy and care, and, more like a friend than a patient.

Very enjoyable visit, and very productive. In for cleaning and check, I was in the lobby five minutes tops and my hygienist was ready for me. X-Rays, quick look, cleaning, visit with Dr. Lovelace for her professional assessment, final check, add flouride, and DING, all done. Office staff, reception, clinical providers and Dr Lovelace; everyone is professional and fun to be around. I feel treated with professional courtesy and care, and, like a friend more than a patient.

Dr Lovelace is amazing! She's so knowledgeable and uses the latest technology to minimize pain and discomfort of oral surgery. I wouldn't trust anyone else! If you are having problems with boneloss and periodontal disease I highly recommend her! Her staff is amazing and friendly too! If I could give 10 stars I would!
