Dr. Nguyen aka Dr.Wynn has been an excellent Doctor and surgeon. He has been my doctor for the last ten years and has performed multiple stent procedures and two femoral bypass surgeries. I have nothing but high praise for him and would highly recommend him as a doctor. Great bed side manner and a great surgeon.

Prior to seeing Dr. Nguyen, I was told by two other surgeons that I needed surgery although they never explained to me why. When I saw Dr. Nguyen, he ordered additional testing on me. Based on the test results, Dr. Nguyen told me that I did not need surgery. It has been a few months and I am doing fine, without the surgery! Dr. Nguyen told me that "I don't make money if I don't operate; however, I would never do unnecessary surgery on any patient." Honest surgeons like Dr. Nguyen are rare!

He is very good at communication and caring. Due to having bad surgery experience in Los Angeles on knee replacement and reaction to my meds for Parkinson's, I was hesitant on going under again. He let it be my choice of not taking my meds. His surgery on me was to remove a 4 inch mass under left arm. NO pain or bleeding after release from St. Mary's. I felt I could go home after waking up. No additional reactions to my Parkinson's. Excellent surgeon.

He is very egotistical. Is not wiling to admit his mistakes,( and with me he made a few). He had to repeat the procedures, because he failed to use the clot busting drug on the balloon when the first angioplasty, so I had to endure a second procedure, on each leg. He had to do surgery in my groin area, to remove clots, and he never examined the incision after the surgery, resulting in an infection, which had to be treated at the Wound Care center.
