Dr. Therese Marie Lucietto-Sieradzki

Recently switched to another provider because I was tired of long wait time, unprofessional staff and tests that charged my insurance an exorbitant amount with no follow up. When I called regarding blood test results I was told I needed to make another appointment. I said I was unavailable for a bit and wanted to have a discussion and was told we don’t do that. I then asked for my test results to be mailed to me and was told no. We don’t mail your results. I stated theyre my records why won’t you release them and the employee told me that’s their policy. Go to OSF and your test results are posted within a day

I found Dr. Lucietto from a friend who recommended her. I had very chronic issue from jumping out of airplanes in the military. I wanted it fixed, not just physical therapy or pills... She was the only doctor that took the time to find out what was wrong and not do unnecessary tests and prescribe unnecessary pills, she actually did what doctors do, figure out what the problem is. I now have her see my wife and daughter and we live in Kansas and drive 5 hours for appointments. Hands down the best doctor I've had. I see posts about "waiting" for the doctor. Wouldn't that be a good thing, I wouldn't want to see a doctor that is just concerned about how many people can be seen in a day... I would want the doctor that spends the time needed with each patient! Just my opinion, see below "Appointment wasn't rushed".

First, if you want a doctor to get you in quickly, with impersonal care, don't come here. The reason you wait here is because Dr. L cares very much about each one of her patients and spends the time with them to listen. Figuring out my conditions required time and detective work, and she managed to figure them out, one by one, and make my life 100% better. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a doctor who is warm, caring and makes you feel like you're her most important patient.

I just love this gal !! I trust her with my health/life. She ask me to do something or to take a type of medication and that’s what I do. My last Dr retired after 29 years of seeing him. I felt lost. And a friend told me about Dr Lucietto and said her office was in Belvedere. Well after seeing her I would travel to Chicago to see her again and again. I love the way she takes time to explain everything. Let me tell you if you need a great family Dr go see this young lady she rocks!! Thank You Dr

Amazing physician. She truly cares about her patients. She is very easy to talk to. This doctor does everything in order to get to the bottom of your issue. She has so much knowledge. I had my father there for labs and she is so thorough at explaining what the labs mean. I have never had a doctor like her before. One of a kind!

This Dr. will still do house calls, enough said. She cares for the person she is treating.

Horrible horrible staff. Rude, forgetting to put in appointments, I have been out to her office twice now as told to by her staff and they were closed! They don't even keep the posted hours. Tests galore the doctor loves to milk insurance after leaving her clients sitting for two hours in the waiting room. I am not exaggerating. 2hours is my AVERAGE wait time. I can only go see her on my days off work as it is an all day deal. Stay away from this place.

Horrible low paid lack of office staff. Does not even employ an RN. Does not have any nurse practitioners or anyone else to cover when she's out of the office which is quite often due to hospital calls, education days, ect. Calls to reschedule your appointment quite often. Lack of organization and confuses you with other patients. Prescribes lots of medications that your insurance company will not even cover. Does not return phone calls. Highly knowledgeable, but not a business oriented person.

I am very glad that I have stayed with dr Lucietto as my primary Doctor! I had a run in with a previous staff of hers and had really debated if I wanted to come back but in glad I did! Not only do I trust her with my care buts he is fun to talk with also!
