Got a shots in each knee yesterday. They started kicking in an hour after the shots. A day later, I'm no longer sidwinding up and down the stairs! We'll see how long it lasts. I didn't have to go under the knife right away....that's a big plus. I would definitely recommend Dr. Eikmann!

Dr. Eickmann is always professional and to the point. He did knee revisions on both my left and right knee's after they went bad from a previous surgeons mistakes. I have had great success for years now.

I recently seen Dr. Eickmann & his team for possible surgical consult. They were so professional & personable. I was in alot of pain and denial of another surgery. They took the time to explain the XRays, MRI's and the procedure. I am now 4 weeks post op and moving pretty good. Thank you for all you did. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I had a bicycle accident on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday afternoon I had a total left hip replacement. It is so wonderful that Dr. Eickmann performed such a major operation so quickly. Dr. Eickmann took the time to explain to my wife, my son, and me how the operation would be done and the materials he would use. The bone broke and left spurs, which he smoothed off as well. By Tuesday, I was up and walking the hallway of the hospital and on the way home by 10 AM. Thank you to Dr. Thomas Eickmann and his assistant Bianca Seivley. My experience was incredible! The whole staff was accomodating, professional, and compassionate. I will definately reccommend others to Corner Stone Orthopedic. I am very satisified with Cornerstone, and I was so greatful for Dr Eikeman's staff to get me in quickly for my first appointment, and my first right hip replacement quickly. Dr. Eickmann spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and validating them. He is doing further investigation to determine best route of treatment.

Awesome experience here. Was provided a comprehensive/thorough walk through of why I was in pain. Before leaving the appointment we collaborared on a solid approach to addressing these issues, before the end of the appointment. My questions were answered thoroughly, with care and understanding.

Dr. Eickmann is a highly competent Orthopedic Surgeon. He replaced both of my knees with ease.

I highly recommend Dr Eickmann and his staff! He is very knowledgeable and was able to schedule my surgery for my knee to get me back on track to hiking and all other activities I enjoy!

Dr. Eickmann was extremely congenial and very helpful. What I originally thought was a knee issue proved to be a hip issue. We were able to talk through it and come up with a treatment plan. Very satisfied with the service & professionalism of Dr. Eickmann &. Cornerstone Orthopedics.

Dr Eickmann is a great listener, he leads with confidence. I am getting a new knee in just a few weeks. I was highly referred by a good friend who had a very successful and quick recovery from complete knee replacement. I was able to get on his schedule in 30 days

Dr. E replaced my left knee on an emergency basis in 2019. I saw him to evaluate my right knee. He is a wonderful surgeon-knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. His staff is readily available as well. He is very current on latest research. My recovery was without restrictions that other friends had. I have referred him to others and they have also been pleased with his work.

I saw Dr. Eickmann after having constant pain in my knee for 1-1/2 years. After x-rays, he showed me the extent of my arthritis. He took time to explain my options and prognosis completely, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns. He always allowed me time to consider my treatments with no undue pressure. I was very fearful of knee replacement, but his competence and explanation of the surgery was so helpful and thorough—I am now looking forward to the surgery with the hope of one day being pain free! Highly recommend Dr. Eickmann!

Great appointment very thorough and informative!

Efficiency combined with the highest level of expertise and care. Eickmann previously replaced my hip and the results were excellent. Yesterday I consulted on knee replacement (which I will eventually definitely need). He walked through the options and provided excellent counsel (not yet! yay!). I believe I fully understand my situation and what is next. That knowledge is very helpful and comforting.

Heather was helpful for x-ray. I was made to feel comfortable. Dr Tom told me what I needed to hear. Took th first step before this link appeared. I will be returning to see everyone again. Got work to do. Dr Tom knows what that entails. Till I call you back ….

Dr. Eickman and staff were running over an hour late the day I saw him. I understand that this happens (as it had when my wife saw him in the past - maybe a standing issue with him??). But, when I was finally seen the exam was very simplistic and rushed. When I asked about needing an X-ray or MRI he said that he was sure he'd find something if he ordered an MRI but to trust him - I didn't want to know. I was, to say the least, taken aback. He told me to schedule physical therapy and come back and see him if the pain I had been experiencing for 6 months didn't go away. I found him to be lax in his exam as well as his desire to find out the true source of my hip issue and poor at explaining the possible issues and options. A different specialist did a much more thorough job and I now know what the issue is and have a doctor who is a partner in working toward resolving the issue.

Dr Eickmann has seen me through multiple joint replacements. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him.

Dr Eickmann has been a miracle to me! Born with a defect that every other doctor said could not be fixed, Dr. Eickmann fixed it! I lived with pain and deformity until I was 67 years old and he fixed it! I travel 1000 miles just to see him for check ups. I dont ever want to lose track of him

Dr Eickmann has shown me why he is one of the top surgeons here in Colorado and i suspect even outside our state. He is respected, detailed, punctual with his appointments and he always asks if he’s answered all my questions. I am using Dr Eickmann for my total knee replacement within a few weeks. On time; professional; first visit happened as I had my hip replacements done out of state and needed an evaluation; he listened to my concerns and made several recommendations which helped; Dr. Eickmann was specifically recommended to me by another physician; he is top notch and currently up-to-date on hip and knee issues; my husband used him for a knee replacement surgery. You won’t go wrong going to a talented, dedicated orthopedic surgeon such as Dr. Eickmann.

My experience with Dr Eickmann has been very positive. I have consulted with three other orthopedic doctors and have decided to stay with Dr Eickmann. He took his time and explained information about issues unique to me that other doctors had no information on regarding difficulties I have with medications and pain in the back of my knees. I will stay with Dr Eickmann for further treatment.

Had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. Was disappointed that if I need cortisone shot when joint hurts that I was told I could not get in for shot in the affected joint for a couple of weeks. When in joint pain that is not feasible and should not be that hard to get an appointment. Had to switch to this provider as my insurance changed. Former provider was very accommodating - CO Joint Replacement. Staff was friendly and so was doctor.

Great service from all staff, especially x ray folks. Also doctors assistant very helpful. Been seeing Dr. Eickmann many years,did my hip replacement, also did both of my wife's hips. Very satisfactory.

He was very cold and unpersonable. It's so easy to be nice but evidently hard for him. Did not help me at all. Find someone else if you can.

Dr Eickmann and his staff are very friendly and caring. They always listened and answered my questions in a timely manner. I trust Dr Eickmann Very much with my joint issues. I interviewed 2 other top surgeons in Boulder And Longmont before I met and decided on Dr Eickmann. He performed Left Total Knee replacement for me June 2 and will be doing my right TKR when I'm ready. He is extremely experienced and professional. I couldn't of asked for a better Orthopedic Surgeon or staff.

I had an evaluation of my left knee problems.

Dr. Eickmann definitely knows knees . He was pleasant and answered my questions . My surgery was made a bit tougher after previous surgeries on my left knee . Took longer than expected to get it right , but so happy I had him replace the old one . I went through 10 years of hell and tried everything. Don’t wait .

Dr. Eickmann is a good as it gets. The facilities, staff, and all around experience was top notch from beginning through physical therapy. This man really knows his stuff and listens to everything I said or had questions about every time we met, and I never felt rushed, or treated uneducated on any topic. I recommend all the way and will only go to Dr Eickmann for Any ortho needs a long as he is practicing. It is game changing to not have excruciating pain after he replaced my hip. Dr. Eickmann is an amazing surgeon, he did a full knee replacement on each of my knees 1 year apart as an outpatient. My surgery went well and my recovery was easy but I did exactly what he told me to do.

Dr. Eickmann is an amazing orthopedic doctor. He is an expert surgeon and does incredible work. I have had both my knees totally replaced by him. Prior to the first replacement, we worked together for close to a year on exploring non-surgical options. In fact, it is one of the qualities I admire in him: He'll do the surgery, for sure. But he is not quick to jump to the knife. If other non-evasive methods will bring relief, he will provide the details of those options and give his recommendations on each option. When surgery becomes the option, he is "The Man". Truly. With his experience and track record, he could become a typical ego centric arrogant doctor. But not Dr. Eickmann: He is humble, communicative, a good advocate for his patients and truly a nice guy. I am fortunate that he worked on both my knees and I highly recommend him. Dr Eickmann has done my hip and knee replacements. He is very experienced focused on safety and precision.

I was very disappointed with the doctor. He’d made his diagnosis before ever entering the room. He didn’t examine my knee, or listen to my concerns.

Dr. Eickmann very obviously knows his knees and is direct and to the point, which is very much appreciated, especially when one has been facing a conundrum for quite some time. I found him to be friendly and again, extremely knowledgeable.

Dr Eickmann at Cornerstone is a wonderful surgeon! After two knee replacements I would highly recommend him. Also, the physical therapy group at Cornerstone had me up and walking as quickly as possible and since they are in-house there is a great connection with the surgeons.

Other than being 30 minutes late he was good. I would recommend him

Everyone at OCC (Cornerstone Orthopedics) are terrific. Dr. Thomas Eickmann assured me I had just bruised my left hip. I would recommend them to people who have been injured to them. Their service is great.

Dr. Eickmann has replaced both of my hips and both were a success. I am very pleased and glad to no longer have pain that limited me to doing the things I enjoy.

Dr. Eickmann and his staff are easy to talk with and easy to open communication . I appreciate him answering my questions to assist in being comfortable with his recommending procedures . I will recommend him to anyone.

Dr Eickmann was an excellent fit for both my wife and myself to have a knee replacement surgery. Bedside manner was perfect, answered all our questions before and after surgery, has an excellent staff working with him, and is available to answer any questions even after our post surgery appointment.

Spent two hours in the room waiting for the Dr, got dressed twice to leave when someone came in and said he would be right with me. Should have just left, after he saw me for like 3 minutes ordered two MRI’s and said to make a follow up I three weeks. I did make a follow up, but with another practice. You should be ashamed about how you treat people.

He was very soft spoken, and asked me about me. He helped solve my problem and suggested physical therapy.

Dr. Eickmann is truly amazing. I had both of my hips replaced about 10 years ago by Dr Eickmann. He was so very highly recommended and regarded very highly by everyone I talked with during that time.. I recently sustained a leg injury that required major reconstruction and another new prosthetic hip. All 3 procedures were performed by him. The most recent Dr Reid assisted Dr Eickmann. They are brilliant surgeons, and have my deepest gratitude for the care I have received. Each and every office visit has been a pleasant experience with the caring staff, as well.

Great job with right hip replacement. Would have liked to hear more detail about his findings when he got in there.
