Very attentive to listening to my shoulder relief and needs

Dr was very attentive to my complaints on my shoulder. Not much could be done, all part of the aging process

` His staff is friendly and supportive ` He is open to questions ` My surgery was relatively pain free: I didn't need any opiates following the procedure. ` Be aware that you must be committed to engaging in a rigorous physical therapy regimen following the surgery. ` I am six weeks out of surgery and have already gained more range of motion than I had prior to the surgery. Additionally, I have less pain as I use my shoulder than I had before the surgery.

He did not even look at my injury. Rolled his eyes at my questions, laughed when I tried to get clarification about something, and obviously had no interest in my overall well being. The visit lasted all of 3 minutes and that was only because I was trying to ask questions about my injury. In his world the visit should have just been him saying hello and me paying him and scheduling surgery. I STRONGLY recommend you find a different provider.

Great bedside manner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent communicator. The entire experience felt like a five star hotel. Would absolutely go back if I need future services.

I had torn my shoulder up real bad And Dr.Ciccone explained very thoroughly what needed to be repaired I was very impressed on how much information he gave me on the procedure and what needed to be done after to heal correctly I'm doing better than I thought I would and I was just released from his care Thank you doc

I’m post op distal bicep surgery with new shoulder issues. The office got me in quickly and he was a really good doctor. He had a sense of humor, knows his way around a shoulder and is not quick to suggest surgery. It’s nice to know that there are other options besides going under the knife. Nice doctor and hoping the steroid shot is my saving grace.

Dr Ciccone is very thorough and follows through on every step, from initial consultation to the end of physical therapy. I couldn't be happier with the results of my shoulder surgery. I'm 65 and have full use of my shoulder and arm after the surgery.

I could hardly lift my arm when I first saw Dr Ciccone . He prescribed Physical Therapy & now I can move my arm with minimal pain. He gave me options re my treatment & answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ciccone has managed my chronic shoulder pain for several years without resorting to the knife. He answers all my questions without rushing me. Always feel like treatment decisions are a collaboration.

Dr. Ciccone sent me for an MRI of my shoulder after little to no improvement following one month of PT. On the follow up appointment he made no effort to explain the images or point anything out to me. When he came into the room he suggested we START with a month of PT. When I replied that we had already done that he looked at me dumbfounded clearly having no memory of seeing me in the past or had even bothered to read my chart before coming in the room. It was clear he was treating me as a cookie cutter case, which being an elite athlete really disappointed me. Steer clear of him if you want any kind of specialized attention or have an injury that requires a through exam and some digging to figure it out.

Dr Ciccone is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and efficient. I was seen promptly. I went in unclear about what needed to happen. He made it clear that surgery would be a little benefit. Instead he gave me a steroid injection. Even though he could not predict the result, I have already felt benefit.

Dr Ciccone performed arthroscopic repair on two tendon tears within my shoulder. He and his staff were very professional and explanatory throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to others.

I had ACL reconstruction about 7 weeks ago. Dr. Ciccone did an amazing job, his team was kind, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and acted like they genuinely cared. I feel like I have a brand new knee. Highly recommended, if you’re ready and willing to do the work on your side to make the procedure successful.

Dr. Ciccone is very nice and polite. I didn’t have anything seriously wrong, so I can’t speak to his treatment approach.

I have seen other orthopedic specialists, all of whom made me feel rushed. I appreciated that Dr. Ciccone gave me an opportunity to tell him about my lifestyle and actually came back to ask if I had other questions. He explained his diagnosis and I just really appreciated that he did not make me feel rushed, and took the time to listen. It was still a quick appointment, but I understand a doctor's time is valuable! I greatly appreciate having the opportunity to explain my lifestyle, the injury, and what I considered relevant info, so that an appropriate diagnosis/solution allowed me to move forward with minimal disruption.

Dr. Ciccone did an exellent job of replacing my shoulders. I suffered very little pain and recovered quickly. I would recomend dr. Ciccone to anyone who may have shoulder issues.

Everybody was great

My appointment was the beginning of April about the same time as businesses started shutting down and stay at home rules were in effect due to the Corona virus. Despite all the fears and concerns people had that time the doctor and his staff were all genuinely courteous helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr Ciccone is a great surgeon I would recommend him to anyone looking for a shoulder surgeon .he take tome to answer your questions and makes you feel comfortable.

Spent a lot of time with me explaining the surgery that my elderly father had to undergo. After the surgery came out and sat down with me as opposed to just standing there telling me everything went well! It was really out of the ordinary from what I am used to. Office visit was similarly courteous and informative!

Dr. Ciccone is a cold and unsympathetic doctor. I went to this man with terrible pain and a MRI that showed a rip in my rotator cuff and he said "how do I know you didn't have the rip before the injury?". BECAUSE I WASN'T IN PAIN BEFORE THE INJURY! He was very rude and offered no medical guidance. I will never return to this doctor.

He has been attentive to my needs.

Dr Ciccone takes time to tell you what is going on and what to expect going forward.

My care required 6 surgeries. I could not have found a better team of physicians. Dr. Ciccone is amazing, caring and professional. My anesthesiologist was Dr. Bryan. Both of these doctors care about their patients. I would highly recommend both of them, and Lutheran Hospital. My care with every surgery was the best. As an RN, I probably have higher standards. This team met everyone of them. I am very grateful for the fonal outcome.

I was a mess when I first met Dr. Ciccone, and was in a great amount of pain. Once he ran tests and found my issue, we scheduled surgery. He has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns....and has been so caring to my whole family. You can tell that he loves what he does because his passion and devotion to his patients shows in how he treats them! I have no doubt he has provided me with the best care possible and I feel blessed to have him in my corner. Thank you for everything Dr. Ciccone, you have changed my life.
