Not helpful at all when ordering online contacts. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. Also messed my total up last year when I went to got contacts and glasses. She came up with 3 different totals. Good thing I knew what I was supposed to pay.

Very disappointed in recent service. Usually receive solution with contacts, I was told they no longer do that. I was also charged 65 dollars for a contact fitting this has never been done before and I was not informed there would be a charge before it was done. I had to contact and verify my own insurance. Overall very disappointed with service compared to last year. Dr. Hicks is great but other staff was not friendly or helpful. Very disappointed in recent service. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF at Saraland location. Good luck getting his staff to answer the phone and bill your insurance correctly. Dr Hicks needs to fire EVERYONE at this location. DO NOT USE ????

Dr Hicks was friendly and professional. The staff was very kind and the best part... My exam and glasses didn't cost as much as other places .

Very professional and kind, I've been dealing with Dr. Hicks over 10 yrs and I haven't had any problems with him or his staff ever. They are friendly and very helpful.

i have seen my fair share of eye doctors an in my 13 year of wearing glasses Dr Hicks is by far the best i have seen
