I had a string of horrible experiences at Dr. Lynch's office in Plymouth a couple of years ago. I had multilple follow ups to get my contacts right. He was at least 45 minutes late each time, and I waited for over an hour at least one of the times. When his staff realized that I wasn't buying my glasses and contacts from them, they became very uncooperative. I believe they actively tried to make it difficult for me to get my prescription filled elsewhere. I had to go back 4 times to get the correct prescription information for my contacts. It was the most ridiculous and frustrating customer experience of my life. I complained to my insurance provider, who thankfully got him to refund my portion of the exam fee. Why am I just now writing this review? I was on the site to give my new eye Dr. a great review, and Dr. Lynch came up as another provider to compare mine to. Consider them compared.
