Does zero specialty services in her office. Refers you to various dental practices in Marion for everything. She can’t even do a simple root canal. Very happy with this dental office ????

Never ever returns a phone call, no matter how many messages are left. Cancelled the same appointment on me 3 times, then told me I would need to call back in 6 months to try to schedule it again… when they are the ones who cancelled it on me! Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

My kids had appts for cleanings. We get there and are informed that they will no longer be taking my insurance at the end of the month. They said my daughter needed 3 fillings and they said they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get us in before the month was up and we needed to find a new dentist. I took her to a dentist. They did X-rays and examined her. She had ZERO cavities! The new dentist checked twice. It’s a blessing that we had to find a new dentist.

They scheduled my daughter for a new patient appointment in November of 2020...at that time Chris said they were backed up until February 9- because of the Covid. On February 8th, Tonya called me and said they needed to reschedule her appointment- then proceeded to not answer the phone for the rest of the day. On February 9th in the morning when I finally got an someone to answer, Chris said they wouldnt take my daughter because they stopped taking her insurance on January 1 2021. What a crock!!!! I love Dr. Phillips and her staff. I first met her when I had an emergency. she got me in right away and repaired a front tooth problem. She sits with you and asks questions and genuinely cares about your dental health. She is a professional and so is her staff. I enjoy going for my twice-yearly visits.

Fabulous no pain can rebuild your tooth I can't say enough

Dr. Phillips is one of best dentists I have ever been to.

I don't give this place any Stars because they tell me I have an appointment on March 8th on a Friday and then they tell I have an appointment that Monday but yet they called me on Monday to remind me of my appointment for Friday.

They are good and always make me feel welcome.

Very friendly and professional. Great dentist for people who don't like to go to the dentist.

Dr Phillips and her staff are very friendly and caring. She is very comforting and my visits with them are always a great experience.

Very personable dentist and staff. Every time I've been there, everything is great and I leave feeling better than when I went in. Very good pain management and friendly.

I didn't even want to give them a star they filled a tooth Wich was suppose have a root canal wich she had a dental student do and didn't even tell me it was a student I thought he was another dentist part of the filling fell out 2 hrs later and it got infected they are the worst dentist I've ever been to I requested the dentist the next time i came back she had the dental student do the whole partial root canal Wich got infected and hurt me for 6 months I wouldnt even take my dog to them I didn't even want to give them a star they filled a tooth Wich was suppose have a root canal wich she had a dental student do and didn't even tell me it was a student I thought he was another dentist part of the filling fell out 2 hrs … More

Well it was all great until a few days after my appointment now my mouths completely infected nothing of my own fault because half the tooth is still in my gums

I been trying to get into dentist because of a broken tooth. I couldn't get in no where until the end of October and that was to long. My insurance company called these guys and they got me in yesterday 9/25/17 . They all was wonfer ful . had my tooth pulled. Was very happy. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks a million. ????
