The complete staff is extremely friendly and professional not easy to do. The care and knowledge of the doctor and staff is just AMAZING.

I thought the office and staff was incredibly kid friendly. I loved the snacks/drinks and coloring pages for the kids and the overall warmth towards the children. Every doctors office should be like this

Great experience! Dr Delucia spoke directly to my 10 year old daughter and patiently answered all of her questions. She was fantastic!

Dr Delucia and her staff are kind, respectful and caring!!! She explains everything and makes sure to talk to the child/patient, not just the parent. Her warm smile and calming personality made the visits enjoyable!!

Dr. De Lucia was wonderful. It was our very first time with a broken/fractured bone and she made both my son and I feel calm and well informed. If we ever need an ortho again, we will surely call her...but we hope we don't ever need her again!

Such a positive experience. Staff are friendly and Dr. Delucia makes sure you understand what's going on and next steps. She always allows for questions too and doesn't make you feel rushed.

I love the way every thing was explain in terms where my son could understand what was happening to his ankle. The visual pictures made it easy to follow as well. Dr. Tracey Delucia came highly recommended and we're glad that we were able to see her.

We had a superb appointment with Dr. DeLucia! We planned to only see her for a second opinion but my son was so impressive that he immediately asked if she could do the surgery instead of his previous Dr. She completely involved him in the appointment and decision to proceed with surgery, which but him at ease. In fact, when we left I heard him mumble to himself “this surgery isn’t going to stop me”. I also appreciated that she gave me her email address for follow up questions and responded to it right away. We have full confidence that the surgery will be a success with Dr DeLucia in charge. Great bedside manner , very engaging with both parent and child.

Such a great practice! We went to seek guidance. They took time to hear my son’s concerns, take x-rays, answer our questions and give recommendations. Everyone was great through our entire visit. Thank you!

Dr. DeLucia is fabulous. She puts her patients and their parents at ease. She was recommended by three different nurses at different facilities and I can see why. She even called, personally, the night before my son's surgery. To say that I and my family are impressed and thankful would be an understatement.

Dr Delucia was wonderful. She knew right away what the issue was that had been causing my daughter’s pain and gave us easy tools to implement for relieving her symptoms

Dr. Delucia is a wonderful person and a great doctor. She knew exactly what was going on with my little girl and I am very grateful for her.

She is wonderful to work with and very professional. Never had a problem with any of the staff. She did a complete reconstruction of the ACL. My son was up and on it within weeks and it's perfect. Hopefully we never have to see her again but if we do, she's our Dr. Thank you Dr. Delucia!!!

Dr Delucia and her staff were absolutely amazing! She spoke TO my 9 year old son in a way he understood, giving me the info I needed at tge same time. The whole office was wonderful.

Prompt service, professional and kind. Highly recommend Dr Delucia!

Dr. Delucia takes the time to explain things to her pediatric patients and their parents. She also took the time to reassure my daughter about her weight after her PCP told her to lose weight. She is an athlete and has muscle mass and he told her to drop 5-10lbs. Not taking into consideration her rigorous workouts and what her sports consist of. Dr. Delucia told my daughter she was perfect and to eat her protein for her muscles. She understands a teenage girls self body image. Dr DeLucia was excellent very caring and took the time to talk to us and talk to my daughter and explain every step of everything. You can tell she enjoys what she does and genuinely cares for her patients.

Dr Delucia is amazing. She is the best pediatric orthopedic doctor in the area, hands down. She helped my 3 year old daughter with two different leg fractures and continues to care for her. She works with her PT and pediatrician to make sure everyone is on the same page. She is a gem. What is NOT great is that Baycare has a new policy that if you choose to see one of their doctors and you have insurance and that doctor is NOT in your network, you pay a much higher rate. I was told the exam at the self pay price would be $68. (Delucia is worth every penny.) I was fine with that. Then they changed the rate to $114 because they said I didn't get the self pay discount - because I chose to see Delucia and she wasn't in my network. I actually like this doctor the best, chose to pay in cash and I feel I was punished for that. They said it's a new Baycare policy which means ALL the Baycare doctors I go to for my family of four have to be in network or I will pay a higher price for going to them. Dr Delucia has been PHENOMENAL during this ACL injury journey we have been on with our daughter. She has always been supportive and encouraging. Any questions we had, she answered. We truly appreciate everything she has done and is THE best surgeon for this type of injury!

Dr. Delucia saw my 2 year old daughter for a minor tibia fracture today and was AMAZING. The office staff was also incredibly kind. They made her comfortable during a very tough day for her. The office staff gave the kids in the waiting room snacks and juice and once in the room had her coloring while waiting in the room. Casting was easy and quick and Dr. Delucia and her ARNP were so caring. Dr. Delucia even casted my daughters stuffed animal she brought with her to help her have a better experience. She LOVES it. My 10 year old son had ACL/ MCL surgery last week, with Dr Delucia. She is amazing. Very kind, loving, and my son absolutely loved her. I have no complaints about her and she did amazing work. My son has pain level has been phenomenal which surprised me. I recommend her to anyone.

Dr.Delucia is amazing. She did my knee surgery 4 years ago. I am a college athlete and she gave me hope and an opportunity to play the sport I love again. She is phenomenal at what she does. I am extremely grateful for her work.

Dr. Delucia is amazing. I am so glad we found a forever doctor. She talked with my daughter and made my daughter feel so much better even when other doctors were awful. We will never go anywhere else!
