I had a great experience. My previous dermatologist kept telling me a spot was fine in an area I had previous basal cell ca, she did several skin biopsies. The one on nose the margins were not clear and she referred me to Dr. Mollet. I have had Mohs surgergery and reconstructive surgery. I went for 6 month check up today. The staff were all kind and she was very kind, She burned several Precancerous spits, I find her very kind and friendly.,

Dr. Kuykendall worked with me when I lost all of my hair. She did an excellent job in restoring it. She is very professional and all business but in the long run I love her for how she helped me. Thank you so much Tracy!

Dr. Kuykendall probably saved my life. She found an invasive melanoma on my skin that numerous other doctors missed. She immediately arranged for me to see an oncologist and a surgeon at Mercy Cancer Center. In just over two weeks I’ve had an MRI and a PET scan, and I’m recovering from a surgery. I’m convinced that if Dr. K had not acted as quickly as she did, the cancer would have metastasized. Thank you Dr. Kuykendall.

Would leave zero stars if possible. Dr. Kuykendall and her staff are totally unprofessional and by far are the most uncaring people I have ever encountered. After being jerked around by them for months over medication my daughter desperately needed, we showed up to her new office, where she refused to see us. She and her new Edmond office (Luminary) are smearing the previous group (SPMG), who have been nothing but kind to us. I filed a multi-tiered complaint with the Oklahoma Medical Board and reported her to the Oklahoma Medical Association. She is negligent at best, abandons her patients without care, and impedes patient health care she took an oath to provide, all while bilking our insurance companies and wallets. I feel sorry for anyone who has had the unfortunate and traumatic experience of being her patient. Beware of docs who group and office shop and move towns frequently.

She is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever encountered. She is unorganized, yells at her coworkers, and didn’t show up for scheduled appointments. In the middle of treatment for skin cancer she stopped responding and left her job with no recommendations on further treatment. It was a nightmare.

Dr Kuykendall comes in the room and sees my fungus & immediately says “that’s not good, you should have come in sooner. That has to be removed”. I ask her if I will live and she immediately respond with a flippant “maybe” and walks out of the room. Lab results showed it was a simple fungus we treated with antibiotics. Would never recommend her to anyone. Dr Kuykendall has no bedside manner.

I loved Dr Kuykendal but received an email that she is no longer at that clinic. Does anyone know if she is still practicing and how to reach her?

First of all only Doc that could see me as a new patient under 3-4 month wait like most. From the time I entered to the time I left my experience was amazing. Front staff, nurses, Doc, everyone was out of this world. Greatly appreciate it!

Dr. Kuykendall is wonderful! I have been going to her for many years to treat my many occurrences of skin cancer and eczema. She is a busy doctor because she is so good. I have always found her to be personable, caring and always pleasant. I will truly miss her here in Tulsa and am considering traveling to Edmond to continue my treatment with her.

I have had very positive experience with Dr. kuykendall. She has always been very pleasant, she listens to me and seems to be very kind. She found melanoma on my back, referred me to a surgeon and has been handling my follow up exams since then I'm very grateful to her for her care. I would like to continue my future care with her.

I had two separate appointments with Dr. Kuykendall for a very emotionally upsetting condition. Each appointment I was called from the waiting area as much as thirty-five minutes late. Once Dr. Kuykendall entered the room I had the distinct impression there was a race going on. On my initial visit Dr. Kuykendall examined me for no more than fifteen seconds before making a diagnosis. She told me the medical term but did not discuss what it meant, what caused it, nor a prognosis. On my second visit I decided to ask more questions. When I asked for a prognosis, Dr. Kuykendall said "be patient" as she walked out the door. Later attempts to speak via telephone to someone about a possible reaction to a procedure Dr. Kuykendall performed went unanswered. No return call. Dr. Kuykendall is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Money appears to be the overall motivation for Dr. Kuykendall. Do not waste your time with her. You will be sorry.

I adore Dr. Kuykendall. She is personable, caring and has a wonderful sense of humor. I’ve been going to her office for a number of years and she is always attentive. I do not understand these negative reviews as I have never seen anything but positive personalities in her office. She is very busy and it takes a while, as a new patient, to get in. I think the wait was well worth it.

Went in for a recall surgery for melanoma. Sat for 20 minutes and was informed by the Dr that she didn’t have time for melanoma surgery. She had staff that didn’t show and she was running behind. Previously I had been told this was urgent and shouldn’t wait til September for the procedure. I walked out and do not intend to go back. I’ll find another Dr to finish her work.

Not a good experience. Seemed very rushed. No one smiled. You have to pay for a follow up visit to get a new refill.

Always rude and in a rush. Would never refill prescriptions made me come in and pay for an office visit.

Used to be good but money hungry now. Long waits and makes you come in rather than taking a follow up question by phone.

Horrible experience. Agree with other reviews. Waited in the office for more than an hour to see the physician. She was not helpful in any way. Didn't feel like she had the time to listen nor did she care about my issues. Overall the staff was apathetic and not caring. Absolutely would never return as I didn't feel I was treated well or that the doctor or the office cared about me as a patient.

Dr Kuykendall is a kind and caring doctor. She is very knowledgeable in her field and I think she has excellent judgement.

Excellent physician who is very thorough. Treats patients respectfully.

I have used Dr. Kuykendall in the past with good experiences. HOWEVER, I attempted to take my daughter to her and found the experience to be ridiculous. It is obvious the office overbooked patients. The appointment time was 1:20pm. I took my daughter out of school. We have been waiting an hour and still not gotten into the office to see the doctor. Don’t waste your time here.

TOTAL FAILURE! I was a patient of Dr. Kuykendall for years. I went in every 6-12 months because I am fair-skinned, freckled and spent too much time in the sun as a teenager. The first time I saw her I had a suspicious mole that came out of nowhere and Dr. Kuykendall froze it off. Within a year, it grew back. I pointed it out to her again, reminding her she had removed it once, but she said it was "nothing" and suggested we leave it alone. Another year or so passed and it began growing big

Ill - trained and apathetic staff.I was called twice to confirm the appointment and told at patient check-in that our insurance was not acceptable and we are out of network... Badly trained staff reflects poor management practice...will not be back again.

Did a test/culture that wasn’t even necessary. It’s been three weeks trying to get results. Going to file a complaint with State Medical Board. Do not recommend

Dr Kuykendall and her staff have spent a great amount of time in the diagnosis and treatment of my debilitating skin condition. They have spent hours working/fighting with my insurance company, and the pharmaceutical company to get me the treatment that is finally helping my skin condition. I think Dr. Kuykendall is brilliant, patient and kind. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

She is way overbooked causing me a long wait more than once. Her nurse is beyond rude. While the doctor was not rude, I could hear her talking negatively about a patient from inside an exam room. Not only will I not be back, but my two friends who were patients of hers will not be back either. How she stays in business, I will never know.

She has horrible bedside manner. Treats you like a thing not a person. Horrible for surgery and stitching.

Dr. Kuykendal has been spot on for choosing my skin regimen,she has expertise with injectible fillers/botox and is thorough with examinationss, diagnosing and treatment options. She cares deeply about the financial, emotional and physical well being of her patients. She has treated both me and my daughter for years and done wonders for us both! So grateful for all she does!

Total waste of time and money.

The doctor is very nice, but seems to rush through appointments. Don't feel like she really listens to what is going on. Also does not do a thorough job on full body cancer scans. Had it done twice and felt like it was just a way to bill insurance. Did not feel confident that she took her time.

They don't communicate well with patients. I had to call at least 4 times to figure out my prescription. When I go for an appointment, I often wait over 45 minutes only to see the doctor for 3 minutes. She rushed through our appointment and did not take the time to explain a complicated medication to me. I am switching doctors.

Unnecessary waiting, office personnel confusion, constant phone tag to get test results, medical assistant inconsistencies, doctor tardiness when I finally get into the exam room, endless holds on phone only to get the response, "The medical assistant will call you back," overall impression the "more patients, the more the money." This practice seems to have it all. Sorry. I'm going back to my previous dermatologist.

i went in for a full body exam. She was able to perform the exam and freeze 3 spots in less than 15 minutes. No conversation, she seemed irritated the whole time, and she left the exam room quickly without any discussion. She may also be running a day care in the office because there were a couple of kids running around and being loud. Walls between rooms are paper thin so you can also hear what is happening nearby. I want a doctor that cares about helping the patient. I won't be back.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a Doctor office. By God, if you don't have every bit of your insurance information on your person, then you will absolutely not be seen or even allowed back there to look at the Doctor. I had a picture of the front of my card and they spoke to my insurance and was being emailed the rest of the information, but because they didn't get it right then, I couldn't be seen. This office doesn't care at all for you. They just want your money.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kuykendall. From making my appointment, registration, and my office visit, Dr. Kuykendall and her staff were top notch. The staff were kind, my appointment was on time, and never did I feel that Dr. Kuykendall was in a rush to get to the next patient. I was beyond impressed with my experience with this office.

Couldn't have asked for a more talented doctor. And on top of that, the office staff are so kind and helpful. 100% likely to recommend.

Went in for help on Dandruff after using some steroid shampoos given to me by other dermatologists that was not working. Spent about 3 minutes with her (not an exaggeration). She gave me some shampoo that you can buy on the shelf at Wal-Mart (neutrogena) and gave me a prescription for basically the same stuff I had been using. The lack of care was pretty evident. Worst part, I get a bill in, a month later, for $110. For 3 minutes...and no help.

my wife and I just left there and are very pleased with how our visit went. Dr. Kuykendall was very caring and took time to explain to both of us all of our questions. Very smart with lots of degrees

I scheduled for my son to be seen because of his acne concerns. The office called to reschedule me 1 hour before his appointment. I accepted the next day appointment only to be called 2 hours before his appointment to be rescheduled again. The third attempt to have him seen, I received yet another phone call 1 hour prior to his appointment and they needed to reschedule again. I do NOT recommend this office. Please find someone that handles business better!!

Dr. Kurkendall is excellent!!! Knowledgeable, kind, caring & engaging. Took a careful approach to a new "spot" in my scalp---- a pre-cancerous lesion--- now gone thanks to Dr. K--- I will be diligent with my follow up check-ups!!!!

Over the past few years I've visited Dr. Kuykendall several times; twice for a skin condition and once for a scary looking, fast growing nodule. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Kuykendall greeted me with a smile and firm handshake. She very professionally answered all my questions and treated me successfully. I strongly recommend her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuykendall for years. I loved the idea of having a woman Dr for my derm needs. She is highly professional very intelligent and knowledgeable in dermatology and she will work with you to find a resolve or the best individualized treatment for you. For patients that say theyve had a bad experience I wouldn't bet it is due to the staff or the quality of care Dr Kuykendall provides. Amazing place and will continue to send family and friends!

I am so thankful for Dr. Kuykendall and staff. She did a punch biopsy on my son which was so seemless and thorough. He has no scar and she followed up quickly with the results. She has also helped with any question or concern I have had. I am truly thankful for her and her expertise.

Moved here recently from Shawnee where for almost six years I was under the care of a great dermatologist for treatment of chronic psoratic arthritis. I never thought I would find a physician I was that comfortable with and trusted that much. I was referred to Dr Kuykendall and have been nothing but impressed. Her medical expertise and care is stellar. Your greeted by the doctor with a firm handshake, disarming smile and she looks you in the eye. For top quality care you will find it here.

Not only is her office staff extremely rude, but she doesn't accept responsibly for them. She blames it on you as a patient. Many times I have been given the wrong information regarding my medicine. I truly do not see how she is still in business if this is how she has been conducting herself. I would not recommend going to Dr. Kuykendall unless you enjoy being humiliated.
