I am so confused how it could take 2 hours of waiting to do something that takes 10 minutes?????????

Best ophthalmologist in town!!!!

The staff was wonderful as was Dr. Butler. I will not go back, however, due to the overuse of fragrances and cleaners. It made me sick and gave my driver a migraine. It took a week of airing out and 4 washings to get it all out of my clothes.

Terrible disrespect of patient time. Waiting over two hours for appointments is unacceptable. Unfriendly staff. Plan for at least two hours for your appointment, possibly longer.

The entire staff was professional and curteous. Dr. Butler took the time to fully explain the treatment options and the cause for my eye issues. I would highly recommend.

The only good thing I can say about my experience with Dr. Butler is that his staff are all wonderful. Dr. Butler, however, lied to us, withheld information and totally messed up my eyesight. I went in for cataract surgery. It took 2 surgeries to do one eye and now what little I can see out of that eye is all wavey. I am now going to a different Dr. who is going to try to repair what is possible. The pupil in that eye is permanently fully dilated. There is no repair for that. He installed a different lens than he had told us would be put in. I have lost my distance vision. When I asked him why he had not told us that my pupil was permanently dilated he said he was sure he had but "it is complicated and you probably didn't understand". We felt insulted! I am sure if he had said "your pupil is permanently dilated:" we would have both understood what that meant!! I would not recommend him at all.

Plan to sit for a few hours waiting. Disrespectful of patients time. I will be looking for another ophthalmologist.

Dr. Butler and staff are amazing! They care about their patients and it shows! Thank you, for being there for our family!

Had fair to good eyesight prior to seeing Dr Butler. He recommended cataract surgery for each eye. Left eye did fine.”complications” with rt eye. Resulting in permanently blurred vision. Took 3+ weeks to be able to read the E on the eye chart. Dr blamed me”for”moving” although sedated. Iris “flipped out”. Had trouble getting it back in. Pupil in that eye now permanently irregular. Dr was evasive & rude following surgery. Accepted NO responsibility. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Great guy. Office staff very sweet. I love candy, she is the sweetest.

Office staff friendly and curtious and are the first to greet you through the doors. Payments made at the start of your visit with eye tests to follow. The doctor is kind, quick, and somewhat thorough with each visit. Must be referred to by your family doctor. Waiting room is always clean and quiet with a largw waiting area.
