Worst customer service I've encountered. The front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I took my mom, whom is senior citizen to get her parkinson's disease checked for the first time, but unfortunately my mom was not able to get checked. The receptionist was not helpful and was rude. She said my mom's appointment was cancelled because her insurance was terminated. I showed the receptionist my moms ID number for her medicare multiple times, but she repeatly kept saying that there was nothing she could do and insisted that my mom showed her medicare card, which she did not have, but she had her ID number. That was not sufficient for the receptionist. I even called medicare multiple times to confirm my moms ID number, but the receptionist kept saying there was nothing she could do because it showed that my moms insurance was terminated and that my mom needed to show her insurance card (no exceptions). I called medicare again to confirm my mom had insurance, which they confirmed multiple times that my mom has her medicare active, but the receptionist did not care. She kept insisting that my moms insurance was cancelled and nothing she could do. So, again, I called medicare (3rd time) to ask if there was a glitched on their system, they confirmed my moms insurance is active. The person from medicare said, usually when there are any issues like this, the receptionist is supposed to call. By this time, I had already left the premise so there was nothing I could do, nor that the receptionist would do. So, overall the receptionist was: 1) Rude 2) Unhelpful 3) Caused my moms health to get delayed because of her rude and unhelpful attitude 4) Receptionist could have easily called the insurance to confirm, but she did not. The doctor only gave me a walking test, a physical, and still accepted me even though she told me that my insurance was unaccepted now they send me a letter a year later saying I have to pay 350 dollars! What a scam! And they kept on calling and I kept on telling them that I only have one insurance card. It also took me a long time to get a hold of them for an appointment as well. No wonder it’s awful and a scam! Dr. Nasim is a top Doctor period, for all the right reasons for a patient who needs a Dr. who knows what they’re doing. Neurology is by far the hardest medical profession in the world. She is very well versed in all areas of everything that is associated with the human body. She has a very high IQ and a very nice bedside manner. Not to mention, she cares deeply for her patients. I’ve had a lot of Dr.’s in my life, she’s at the top for a reason. Tradecraft is all I can say. Some people are better at it than other’s.

Dr. Nasim is most definitely one of the Best Neurologists that I have had, in all my years of dealing with many severe health issues (I’ve had quite a few Dr.’s over the last 20 years also). There’s Doctors, then there’s Dr.’s such as she, who swore an oath to do their very best, use their expertise to evaluate facts, and help them live the best possible life they could, despite the insane number of diseases that impacts all of us, whether it’s ourselves, or ones we love. Dr. Nasim treats her patients not just as a customer, but as human beings, does the best to ensure that they can have some quality of life even with life altering diseases or disabilities. Dr. Nasim does everything in her power, years of expertise, to help her patients improve, NO matter the odds they face, or the severity of the disease. Dr.’s swear an oath when they become one, which has no boundaries, no judgement, uses facts on how to proceed with each one of her patients. I’ve been seeing my Neurologist, Dr. Nasim for quite a while now. No matter how grim my future is, or how depressed I may get in light of the seriousness of my disease, I’m truly grateful and confident, I am in the best hands possible in the medical field! My current state of health is not good, in fact it’s downright horrible, but I take solace in the fact that she is excellent at what she does for a living. I am not writing this for anything other than the simple fact that if you’re in need of a neurologist, (heaven forbid you do), please do yourself a favor and make an appt. to understand why I’m writing this short novel. As when it comes to your health, a loved one’s health, this Neurologist is the one of the very best in her field, going to be your last because of who she is & her attention to detail. We only live once, so when it comes to picking a Neurologist, make that appt., get into her practice ASAP. I normally don’t do reviews, but only want to help others get an idea of what kind of Person & Doctor she is. I consider myself lucky to have her help me fight this battle, and continue to fight for our one & only life. Humbly, forever grateful. I am prone to an extreme and severe motion sickness which no doctor has been able to control for very long. On my first visit she perscribed me a seratonin booster that at the right doseage allows me to regulate all types of nausea in a normal way which has not been possible in years.

I can’t believe that I’m calling for a week and no answer how bad is it

Really hard to get a hold of. They don't call back & hardly pick up the phone.

For the first time in many years, a doctor took the time to sit down with me and actually listen to my concerns and develop a treatment plan. Dr. Nasim is very knowledgable and deeply cares about her patients well being. She took the time to answer all my questions and help me with my problems. I'm so thankful to have found her.

She is very knowledgable and cares deeply about her patients. I have seen multiple neurologists over the last ten years, and Dr. Nasim was the only one who actually took the time to listen to my concerns and develop and effective treatment plan. I'm so thankful to have found her and I can honestly say that she has saved my life.

I have already recommended Dr. Nasim to a friend, after my first visit. As a woman, one would think a woman doctor would treat a woman patient with respect. Many do not. I was thrilled that Dr. Nasi provided the most compassionate care I 've received in a long time. She gave me hope that I'm in good hands and will be on the road to recovery soon. She took the time to read through the records I brought her and didn't dismiss my thoughts or research I had done, and acting on it. Great experience

Dr. Nasim has been a blessing to both my wife and me. She is one of those rare physicians who TRULY cares about the health of her patients and works so hard to ensure they are well taken care of. You never feel rushed because she patiently addresses every question on every visit. Alicia in the front office is always kind and responsive, too. And I am continually impressed (and grateful) at how much time they willingly take with me to ensure monthly refills are taken care of.

Took 6 weeks to get an appointment. Saw the Dr for less than 5 minutes. Never called to schedule another appointment. Called 10 times over 6 weeks and never received a call back or another appointment. Finally had to report this office and find a new doctor.

She actually listened and focused on the subjective symptoms as well as the objective findings. Dr Nasim is an open minded diagnostician who offers options for treatment that are effective and offer peace of mind.
