I had high hopes and was very disappointed. The front desk staff are not very customer service oriented, actually bordering on rude, both of them. I went in to have a front tooth repaired. Their fist attempt, they didn't even show me with a mirror. I went home and it was translucent gray. How they didn't notice that is beyond me. I went back, this time it was a little better but still not a perfect match AND not even the same size as the other front tooth so my front tooth does not meet the bottom tooth when I close my mouth. God forbid they have to do a little extra work in the billing area. One some inconvenience for them and they threaten that next service will have to be paid in full by you next visit. Also their out of pocket cost is much higher than I have ever paid before, even in the Boston area. Don't waste your money on this practice, just go to Athol Dental instead, at least they are helpful and the Dentist does a good job and doesn't overcharge or threaten. I received 16 veneers from Dr. Goldsher about 10 years ago. I was so happy with my "new" teeth back then and am just as happy now. My smile is something I am so proud to display - All the time! - and my sense of self-worth was greatly enhanced by my beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Goldsher. Mary Strojni
