This office is terrible. They will say your visit is covered and then recode it to a visit that isn't covered to make more money. When you call to check on it you are given the run around for weeks before they finally say sorry your screwed. Our $5 copay well visit turned into a $1500 bill. They said when we answered the doctors questions it showed that some thing may be wrong. Nothing was done but a well visit and normal well visit bloodwork. The doctor seemed nice and I'm not sure if he's aware if what's going on there but his reputation is quickly being ruined.The office staff, mainly Christie McLaughlin, is unbelievably rude. Not only will I never return but I will go out of my way to prevent others from making the same mistake I made by visiting this office.our lady of the lake should be ashamed to be associated with such shadiness. This office is terrible. They will say your visit is covered and then recode it to a visit that isn’t covered to make more money off of you. When you call to check into it you are given the run around and told sorry your stuck with the bill. A $5 copay well check turned into a $1500 bill because I answered the doctors questions. Nothing extra was done but they charged 1500 for what was covered and then spoke to my wife as if she was a child. The sad thing is we have been with the lake for 20 years. We will not only never recommend them we will go out of our way to steer people away from them. It’s a very shady practice with nurses and admin staff that could care less about the patients. The doctor seemed very nice and helpful but the people working around him are in the process of ruining his name and office. We will never be back.

Great Dr. I was a pt of his years ago at Ochsner, and thought he helped me through a lot of my struggles i was experiencing at that time. He listens to your medical concerns and offers the best solutions to assist with his pts medical needs and care. He is also very prompt and courteous to his pts.
