Dr Victor Ruiz is the #1 Thoracic Surgeon in the city of St. Louis in my opinion. He is an outstanding surgeon and I recommend him to anyone in need of heart surgery. My mom had a triple bypass done going on 10-years, she is in excellent condition, all because of Dr. Ruiz. This doctor is an all around great doctor, you won't be dissappointed, he is great at what he does! I tell you on the day of my mom's surgery within a few hours we were looking in his eyes only to tell us that everything was great, mom's doing great and I must say he is a Godsend!
